TapJoy / payment not received and constant emails ignored

I play Covet and have completed a surveys that did not pay out diamonds - I have sent numerous emails below only to be completely ignored by Tapjoy staff.

Please see photos of emails attached as evidence - this has every single detail you need on it. As I said, I completed TWO surveys that day - the second paid out but the first did not - I am not sure how Tapjoy employees cannot understand this fact and refuse point blank to escalate this matter to someone who can.
