I completed an offer and I have not received it. I made a complaint and it said I received it already but I didn't.

Case #[protected] I was sent an email to provide proof of purchase for my missing diamonds for Covet Fashion. But no instructions were sent as to where to send the proof to.

Ive done 2 offers from tapjoy in game. Twitter and a credit check. Ive submitted screenshots of everything. And no responses. Please look into this. Thank you
This has been an ongoing battle with this. No one seems to care to do anything.

I received a confirmation email about me gettin to level 10 on a separate game, and should be getting the credits for my game. I have waited over a week and still havent gotten anything. Please help me.

I have waited a week to receive diamonds for these offers in covet. I completed them during double diamonds week in June. I took screenshots for proof, but have yet to get a reply to the tickets I sent in. Is there a way to get this resolved besides tickets and covet? None of the offers are paying out. Not even for the videos I view.

I conpleted ff15 7/2/17 and lootcrate on 5/10/17. No coins. Sent screenshots as well. Anyone around to help? Got plenty of proof but cant send it because you can only file one ticket. Emails sent in response are automated and noone is trying to help. Posted on fb messaged on fb.

I completed the powerball offer and I recently completed Lord mobile offer too but I didn't get rewards for that.

I downloaded an app through a tapjoy promotion in killshot bravo... Spent hours completing the promotion and did not receive the award.

Tap joy responded to me and told me that the game wasn't downloaded through them and I wouldn't get paid out.

Completely false!

Its been over a month and I still have yet to receive coins from 6 or 7 different offers..I have tried so many times to reach out and noone has yet to email me back

I have did 3 surveys that's worth 10000 avacoins all together and then I downloaded 5 apps that's worth 40000 avacoins I waited about 5 days and i still did t get them. I was wondering where my coins are and if you can please give them to me. I waited to long I believe and will uninstall the app if I don't have them.

I completed an offer on July 12th for subscription to Bon Appetite to receive 13, 101 diamonds and still haven't received the diamonds.

Completed a 25-30min survey about non suicidal self injurious behavior via tapjoy that was worth 6000 plus diamonds for my game home design at around 6:50pm est but did not get any of the diamonds posted to my account. The study was conducted by professors at vanderbilt university.

Completed gardenscapes to level 25 as offer said. Did not receive diamonds. Made the complaint through Tapjoy as design home says to do. Tapjoy said situation was resolved. No diamonds. Responded to their email that diamonds not received. Tried to make complaint again thru Tapjoy and it won't let me do it. This has been about 2 months. Ridiculous.

The same thing happened to me from trying Tapjoy. As soon as you complete the offer for lords mobile it disappears from the reward wall completely and mysteriously?

I still haven't received my diamonds for 2 offers I completed in Design Home. I tried submitting another request. I am missing over 29000 diamonds for the 2 offers. Gardenscapes Level 10 and Level 25. I also submitted the screenshots. I can't find the email. This is from July 31st, still no response.

I've been downloading a lot of apps for avacoins and it won't give my the money I've also been doing surveys and I haven't gotten any money and it's like over 2000 coins worth of stuff

Recently completed one of your tapjoy offers for cash and was Never awarded the cash. When I followed your instructions on how to report missing cash I received an email saying I'd already been awarded the cash which is ridiculous.

I have several tickets with screenshots and no response from your team.some being well over a week old.then add insult to injury you are not honoring the right amount owed for each offer.instead you are paying half of it and not actually giving me anything for it.I am just beyond upset at this point.

You better stay away from this, the providers do not fulfill the rewards, like Candy Club - Delicious Gummies, Chocolate, & Sours.

I ordered, paid for these very expensive candies, never received my diamond rewards.

I contacted Tapjoy about a week ago as I had not received the diamonds I earned for signing up to Amazon Prime and streaming a show. I have now sent threw emails and not received a single response, yet they have responded to other emails I've sent regarding lower paying offers. I completed a download of genies and gems and was supposed to receive 90 coins, which I never did. I thought that maybe I needed to play genies and gems so I did and am on the 11th tier. I completed final Fantasy xv level 10

I completed an offer in the Design Home app for free diamonds. However, I did not receive 45000+ diamonds in Design Home I was supposed to attain for reaching level 10 on Final Fantasy XV. I met the requirements of reaching level 10. It took me almost a week to meet this goal so please repair asap.

I am completing survey through them and not receiving my rewards I have done several surveys through them and they never reward me or get down to fixing the problem they are using excuses why they can't resolve this matter I will no longer participate in surveys and will recommend that no one else does

I played the game and reached level 11. The required level was 10. I did not receive the diamonds and it hasn't come up in the missing diamonds tab. If this could be resolved please.
