TapJoy — no diamonds received for completing level 3 in coin master

Dear Team, I previously informed your team of a few issues and have had them resolved except this one-I completed level 3 in Coin Master and haven't received my diamonds. Before the x2 offer ends can i get help please, nothing is working (i have tried all the advice previously given, except contacting the company directly). Thank you.
