A few days ago whilst Tapjoy was offering double diamonds I complwted the coral offer, creating a new account, depositing £5 and betting. Since then I have submitted three support tickets and sent over screenshots however I received only the automated responses to my email adress [protected]@Gmail.com. I purchased this offer in order to complete specific challenges I have now missed which is very frustrating. I would appreciate a response and the 23, 384 diamonds owed as soon as possible.

Hello for the past 72 hours I have not been able to earn free diamonds for Design Home game I I keep getting a notice saying something went wrong we've been notified about this issue will take a look at it shortly well it's been 72 hours can you please tell me why I'm keep getting that messages on my game this is my favorite game I have paid at least $20 to $30 buying diamonds I was trying to earn free diamonds I was able to do it before and now I'm getting that message please get back to me soon Thank you and God bless.

Tried doing an offer called uk credit ratings for £1 for double diamonds but was not rewarded and tried contacting tap joy over it but was not responded to other than the usual automated response asking for proof of completed offer including the proof that the money had been taken from my bank account and tap joy haven't responded or paid out the reward but the tap joy app won't let me report my offers that have been completed but had expired with no rewards being paid out

I completed several offers in the mobile game "Walking Dead: Road to Survival" which I spent a lot of time on, almost an entire day, with the promise of rewards of around 2000 "coins" in game currency.
After waiting 2 days as instructed for my rewards, I contacted support to let them know I hadn't received them. They asked for screenshots, which I sent, then I have had no response since then. This was over a month ago and I have sent 2 emails to chase with zero response.
Support for the game itself have said they cannot help and that Tapjoy need to sort it out for me.

Please respond to remedy this ASAP

Please help me get my reward coins.i've sent 2 screenshots of proof of completing BattleCamp rewards today and i have not gotten my reward.I am so frustrated rightnow and upset!I have tried and tried and i have done the reward offers many of times and this is the first time i feel so angry about not recievi g my rewards because i have put alot of time in recieving it and now i get auto reply complaint but no help with getting my rewards for my Battle Camp reward.

Almost 2 months ago i signed up for Disney through Covet for 10146 diamonds. i have received the movies..i still have not d my diamonds. this is the 2nd complaint to you all..but ive complained to several different platforms. No1 has replied. i wantmy diamonds please. i sgouldnt have to go thru this. i completed my part of the deal. you need to complete yours. this is bad business.

I did an offer on Covet Fashion game to purchase a variety from Gillette products as low as $10 and earn 18, 390 diamonds, from Tapjoy.
I purchased the razors and did not receive my diamonds. When I clicked on the page that told me to report it to Tapjoy, it said the offer was not found. I have a picture of the offer and of my order confirmation as well. I have attached these photos for viewing. Thank you

I downloaded this game, made it to level 20, and didn't receive my coins. Which is weird, because I helped my friend get to level 20 on this exact offer (league of angels: reach level 20), and she got her coins right away. I even waited the whole 24 hours - please resolve this issue. 9070 coins should be in my game right now. As if that isn't bad enough - their app conviently doesn't accept any sort of complaint.

I have the Design Home application on my smartphone, and I have completed this task [Case [protected]]- Reach Level 12 in Battle Camp : ref:_00D30pf03._5001B12FTKF:re, but the this reward never show up in my app.
I can't tell you how frustrating this is. Although I have sent the screenshot proff of the app running on my device, I didn’t receive my reward ! I have Open this case since August 30. Can you help me please ?

I have two issues I've been waiting for a response for over a week with no reply [protected]@gmail.com.

One of them is to do with an offer with tails.com we're I had to sign to the offer of £1 which I did and sent screen shots of proof.

The other one is Apple music app which I downloaded signed up to the three month offer as requested. Have screen shots of proof as well.

I been playing design homes for some time now.. I downloaded and ran a app called shop hollar.. I spent over ten dollars and still haven't gotten my diamonds..i sent the order number and the tracking number via screen shots... What happened...the date of the order Aug. 26.2018 i have my attach proof of purchase..please look into the matter and check it out please...

I play kill shot virus and clicked the link that would give me 1008 gold for a £10 William hill bet. I deposited my £10 and went on to bet it. After waiting for the gold to arrive I clicked on the link for missing gold and I submitted a request. I was told that I qualify and will receive them. I still haven't but cannot seem to contact anyone that can help? You can only submit a form once. I now feel I have been scammed. No gold for my game and a wild goose chase if a complaints system.

I use the app quid, there was 4x coins on tapjoy, so i saw an offer to donate $18 to help the children and also will get 1620000 the instructions said make a minimum donation of $18 and get your reward, that was 2 days ago, and still I did not get my coins. I also contacted Quidd customer support and they did not answer me with an email since then. Please help, thank you for your time

I have been playing the game ( design home) and completed an offer download and purchase 10.00 worth of merchandise from the app (HOLLAR)
I have a screen shot of that order and an email from the app...I have written through the app to try to resolve the issue but it seems as though all traces of the offer, Holler have now been deleted... Please pLease rectify this issue and

Please please help me get my rewards
I send all the required info, but I suddenly got a failed message, 31 of them as is that email was blocked

Hiya, so about a week about you said that whatever amount of reward given will be doubled so I did an offer and it was to reach a level 10 stronghold in mobile strike. The offer ended after a couple of days but I thought it would be fine as I started before the offer ended. And after a week of hard work and determination I finally got a level 10 stronghold and when I went back on Avakin life (where I started the offer) I didn't get any reward so please can you send me some kind off reward. I completed an offer to sign up for Hulu on 8/16/17, which I am currently using. I have not been awarded my diamonds. I notified customer support on 8/17/17 and have not received a response. Why have you not responded or awarded the diamonds? Why are you in business if you are not going to honor your word. I have completed this offer and sent numerous screenshots of the process and finalization of the offer. Its working on 72hrs when the offer should pay @ 24hrs. I have only received automated emails that state u have a higher than normal request volume. That's all well and good however 48hrs overdue should be on the app The offer was on the game kill shot bravo. I've had some problems with offers before but I figured out why and where I had dropped the ball. Tapjoy you have failed short of expectations on this offer. I completed an offer to play a game and reach citadel level 10 but am unable to redeem it in game. The offer does not show up in their in-app "Missing Gems?" page and there are no other steps offered for additional customer support. I completed the offer on 8/21/2017; the app says to wait an hour for rewards to pay out and it has been over 8 hours and the offer is still present on the offers page.

Simple solution would be for the gems to be awarded. The game is version 2.7.0
