I did an offer that supposed to give me 22, 848 avacoins but I completed it and never got my coins and I did another one for 22, 400 avacoins and completed it too and never got it and your wonder what offers the ones I took are lords mobile and comparably. They say they are pending but I completed them and they room me hours to complete so plz help to fix my issue.

Is anyone monitoring this board or any other complaints about not receiving diamonds for Design Home? I have also submitted multiple complaints while following their instructions meticulously. Followed up with Design Home as suggested after two weeks. No answer from either. I see many similar complaints on this board, on Facebook, and on other internet sites. Unethical and frustrating.

Sunday will be a week since I haven't received my coins! I have sent proof and been emailing them every day and have yet to get a response! The only email I receive was the generated one I feel as though they are sending out fake advertisement which is fraud! They r quick to take your money but takes forever to help you! 100, 200 is a lot of coins!

I have completed prob. 40-50 offers on last 3 weeks and have not received 1reward. I've used missing reward to fill cases and never hear back or receive email saying tapjoy hasn't heard from me when I have screen shots where I sent proof. Purchased from Gillette 3 days ago and the advertised 1280 gold has yet to be received. I have provided all proof of my purchase and no gift.
Not sure if Tapjoy is a scam for advertisers to get business or legitimate. Shame that false advertisement is the basis for this company.
If this place won't honor their word I believe it should not place ads for rewards to serious gamers.

I have completed several offers and have not recieved any gold. I have submitted many emails and they are all automatically generated by the system. One email said congratulations we have gone ahead and rewarded you (insert offer), but I still didn't receive anything in game. I responded to said email and no response. One email I responded to 10x and still no response. I am seeing many other people with the same problem so this makes me think this company is no longer in business.

Several weeks ago, I downloaded and played Angry Birds Match up to level 25, as the Tapjoy offer required. I never received the 3400? diamonds I was supposed to get. Tried to sign up with Tapjoy to complain, but they would never send the confirmation email. I tried many times.

There have been other non-payouts during these weeks, but for much smaller amounts and much less time involved.

Then today I did an offer for Lay's. Free sample bag of chips, supposedly, and 3275 in diamonds. Took a long time and required way too much of my personal information. I did everything required, including taking a survey, all of my info, watching ads, etc., and then nothing. I did, however, immediately get spam texts on my phone. Thanks a lot, Lay's and Tapjoy!

I've made 2 qualifying Gillette purchases in exchange for 48549 diamonds for each purchase, totalling 97098 diamonds.
First purchase was made 09/09/17. Second purchase was made 09/25/17. I have received both items but no diamonds. I've emailed, sent support requests, tickets and even rated them on Google play store with hopes of resolution, to no avail.
I'm very disappointed and I feel scammed! This is very unprofessional for a business!

Hello I have completed a form and had a Graze box delivered to my house but the coins never came I had it come to my house three days ago and only did it for the coins I know at the bottom of the screen for some of the offers it said to allow 72 hours but I also had it mailed ( which took two weeks ) so the date is way past over due. Please take this into consideration, Thanks!

I played the game and achieved a level 7 castle, but It still won't give me my avacoins (avakinLife) it was for10080 avacoins and during the double coins event, so could you please help me and give me my coins PLZ it would be so helpful if your able to resolve my problem and give me the acacoins... I'm sorry if I'm being kind of pushy but this was the first time that this problem has ever come up and I don't know what to do

I have submitted all the information for a reward a few times through emails and calls. It has been almost 2 months. I have submitted the required info still have not received my reward. I don't know the issue but this is ridiculous. I would appreciate action not another email. Maybe I could get a $20 or more reward card to purchase diamonds for the inconvenience. Please resolve this issue.

I have submitted several tickets to tapjoy for diamonds earned either through online tasks or direct monetary purchases for items, referencing the items purchased and the ticket # submitted, but have not received a reply. It has now been 10 days. I've reached out to the app customer service as well, no reply. The app i'm using a earning/purchasing diamonds for is design home. It's a great app, just a scam when it comes to actually receiving your diamonds. And yes, I realize there are numerous hoops you must jump through in order to earn them. I've actually attached receipts of purchase from my emails received, showing proof. Still no response...

I refer you to Case [protected] which I have been ignored. I installed a game offer which promises me gold for installing final fantasy and reaching citadel 10 in the game. I achieved the objective and waited for my gold that never come. There was no option for me to make a complaint in the game for that offer until a new offer to reward gold on achieving citadel 13 which I achieved and received the gold payout. So my complaint now is, what happened to my gold reward when I achieved citadel 10? I sent in a complaint but many days had passed without a reply.

I completed the Hollar offer during the double awards weekend. I had to register and complete a purchase of at least $10, which I did. After not receiving my 12, 000 diamonds, I submitted the request through the site. When I got the email asking for proof of purchase, I attached the email showing I registered, the one showing I made the required purchase, and the one showing my item had shipped. That was a week ago and I still have not heard back. However the Tap joy app says I didn't complete the offer correctly, which isn't true. I completed all of the required steps. I want my reward ASAP.

Completed the burry car quiz for 40 points for fish farm 3. The directions simply said complete the quiz to recieve your reward. How hard could that be right? After completing the quiz i got no points so i attempted to put in a support ticket but the offer was not on the list of offers I'd tried so there is no way to get support. After completing the offer there was a comment section at the bottom of the page and every single person who left a comment had not gotten their reward. This is not the first time I've had problems with tapjoy rewards. I have never come across a company that is more dishonest or poorly run as this. They will never take responsibility for anything. Its never their fault. They will bend over backwards to blame it on someone else even though its got their name on it. If you looked up the definition of scam in the dictionary it would say see tapjoy. The surveys they have for points are the worst. It will just be 10 questions for a ton of points but then they need to ask questions to find the right survey, then its not worth what they promised. Then the next one isnt right either. Choose another. Then more questions and more lists of surveys worth even less points. Then more info. Then choose from another list. Then they need more info. Then they find one for you but you need to answer these questions while the survey loads. While it loads! This isn't dial up internet! Then more questions and by then you are a half hour and 100+ questions into a 10 question 3 minute survey and the survey hasn't started yet! At that point your 300 points is down to 7 assuming they let you do that survey. This may sound like embellishment but i assure you it is not. If anything im leaving out several steps. Tapjoy represent everything evil and wrong on the Internet today and i will no longer play any game or purchase anything from a company that does business with tapjoy. Every offer is engineered to not pay you. Same with their support system. I hope the president of tapjoy gets the worst case of herpes and hemroids ever in the existence of mankind. If there is a god im confident he/she will.

I have written about missing rewards totally > 25, 000 in reward diamonds for surveys completed in July! There are 8 surveys in total, all worth 3147, before the conversion to the reward system. That is 25, 176 missing reward diamonds. I have written the game support. I was told "I have gone ahead and credited your account". I never was. I have screen shots and saved emails and keep writing and sending them and I am just ignored! My time is valuable and please believe me I did not complete these surveys to allow that large reward to vanish in thin air. Now, I had to wait 2 weeks for a Parabo reward and was given half. The customer service is terrible. Generic computer generated responses are infuriating.

Hey tapjoy I completed an offer in 8 ball pool where I had to download final fantasy xv and had to update its citadel to level 10 within 7 days but I completed it within 3 days.As a reward 130 or 140 cash had to be given but after completing the offer I didn't get the reward

I’ve been Unable to receive tapjoy coins for the last two months I don’t kno w if I’ve been banned or this is a problem with the server I followed all directions I have not violated any terms I’ve checked and I still have not received my coins if this continues I will have to report titled to the BBB and it will possibly be removed from Avakin or any other games. I myself am not the only one reporting. I would like not to so please have my coins transferred into my account I’ve taken many surveys and downloads and subscriptions . I have sent many complaints for other offers and didn't receive my rewards except for 2, which was quite a while ago...
I'm so tired of working so hard to earn my rewards in diamonds and I don't receive their... I have very little confidence in tapjoy and receiving my diamonds... Your surveys are discriminating, I'm sent through more redirects until my phone tells me that there have been to many redirects... All I want is what I have earned and I believe that it's the only thing that is fair... Very disappointed am I in tapjoy...
