TapJoy I can’t get my rewards and even can't sign up tapjoy website

I have completed an offer three days ago, and have sent three mails to try to connect the Japjoy support. However what I recieved were only auto replies. I try to sign up on Tapjoy website to find some help, but I cannot sign up. What should I do next? How can I get my rewards? It costed me nearly $40 and whole weekend to complete the offer, but now I cannot recieve my rewards!

TapJoy false terms of service/design home

I read a lot of these complaints. I've had some similar problems that I was able to resolve after submitting proof. When you click on an offer in design home it states you will need proof is there us an issue. My issue is not so much with the fact that i'm not rewarded my diamonds right away because there's technical issues and i'm a very understanding person. Things can happen. It's frustrating to go through that process and then have to wait to get your diamonds. My biggest issue with them is the fact that they are not clear about almost everything. They do not tell you there's a limit to how many offers you can complete, nor do they state anywhere that there is a limit to how many inquiry requests you can make in a 24 hour period. It does not state this in their terms of service through design home or their personal websit. So I made a few requests in one day, not exactly at the same time, and they rejected all of the ones I had made in a 24-hour period and sent me an email saying that i'm violating their terms of use and that all my requests are up for denial because of suspicious activity. Now this was automatic! They didn't even research it or look into it yet. Thinking I missed something I read the terms of service in detail and there was no mention of it. I went to their website. On the website, I also read their terms of service and there's nothing in there in regards to this. I did learn that there's a lot of issues because it's third party companies they're dealing with. A lot of big companies are using them and they cannot handle it because there's too many errors. If you make an inquiry request, they literally tell you that automatically. Along with accusing me of this without letting me defend myself, there was a threat that I won't ever be able to use their services in the future if it continues. Trying to eat crow and prevemt the situation frim repeating because I was disappointed, angry, and frustrated about this magical multiple ticket alert, I inquired as to the limit of inquaries in 24 hours. No response anywhere from anyone. Luckily, I am a planner and read instructions so I have collected evidence and screenshots on every offer and every detail.. If there was a limit, I wouldnt have wasted my time on offers that typically require one. Actually i've dealt with reward errors mire than not.in mist situations, it took a couple days but I was compensated. I've had rewards change on me with no warning. They realize that most of the time their instructions say one thing and the third-party offer is another and you have to let them know and they will reward you if you can get them to review it. Now some offers won't let you submit a request for 36 hours and others 24 hours and it's frustrating because the point of it is to collect diamonds to purchase items in the design home game so when this constantly happens it ruins the game itself. If you are trying to get a few extra diamonds for a couch on a challange ending you may as well eat that plan. This company has so many problems and so many errors and instead of solving them they just continue to do the same. Like I said earlier I understand how things work and I realized that sometimes for good things you have to wait, but I am giving my time, information, and effort into something in order to get something back. This company isn't the ones that are going to have to deal with the constant phone calls from solicitors or the constant emails or anything else that comes with completing the random offers. I feel for some of the people on here I saw didn't prepare to collect evidence on the things they completed. Honestly we shouldnt have to but they do state its a possibility. As I stated earlier, it doesn't matter sometimes! I have two situations where I completed the offers. I have all the evidence and they stated that it's not rewarded on my design home offer wall, yet it'll suddenly say that it's resolved. So basically they're saying we know we didn't reward you for it, you gave us info, but we're not going to do anything about it. I even have documented evidence of this.

I did notice through that email, it states I can replay to the email with proof of the offer completion I can have a reward specialist review it. Well, if you over whatever the number of inquiry requests tapjoy considers "multiple requests, " because I still don't know the answer to that, all claims made 24 hoirs before are denied. In your email you can search by case number and respond to each one. Unfortunately, I using have a request resolved in a day or so. Any of the deied reviews have been still pending with no reply for a week. I haven't even received an email stating they will get to it when possible. All the reward states on status is "Waiting for tapjoy customer service to take action." Well it said that since the beginning so who knows whats going to happen.

TapJoy no offer, no research and now, no more account. are you getting nuts?

Hi but what a hell is going on. Every time Tapjoy got double rewards, I have no access to offers, no access to research... worse now, Since 2days. I Got big troubles to connect to my account, the entire content of tap research is blank not available, try to reconnect on safari, my mail would not exist any longer ... so I try by recreating an account and now I got on the developer side where I don't belong? What's going on... no offers, nothing.. very discontent... I'm a serious Covet player and honestly fill my small research. I repeat I'm not an app developer or publisher jezz reconnect my account. Please help me, this time I'm not letting this go without asking for reparations... I want a compensation for huge loss of all diamonds I could have win and that I needed so badly to start another season on Covet. Thanks 4 helping 🙏

TapJoy tapjoy wall offers

dear sir,

i didnt recieved the rewards on tapjoy but i completed the all offers, like, "Attack a level 2 monster in lords mobile", "IQ Option- Make $40k from $10k on Demo account and Get Reward 50400 Avacoins" and the list goes on. I am playing Avakin life also i have spent real money on it but than i preferred tapjoy is a good choice rather than spending real money...

Lol well, I've got multiple screen shots of typos and errors from tapjoy on their "detailed" instructions in reward offers. Classic.

Same here. Along with that, i took it further based on their instructions and IT WAS WORSE. The terms of use that we agreed to on design home and when we submit an inquiry on the game to Tapjoy does not say anything about how many offers you can complete or how many inquiry requests you can make. Now without any warning or notice, I got an email threatening I'm possibly acting on suspicious behavior and I may permanetly be shunned from using tapjoy. I was shocked. On that note not realizing there's a limit because it doesn't say anywhere, I made a few inquiry requests because they were inaccurate and I submitted all the evidence and come to find out I get a letter saying that all my inquiry request are up for denial review I even was rejected on to things that I spent time completing. I'm talking about offers that even had detailed information and required purchases and they still haven't resolved issue to this day! Now this was their error and they don't care! I've contacted everybody and now I'm going to have to take it further to the Better Business Bureau because you can't offer something and not back it up. that's illegal! luckily, I kept all the evidence! I have photos, emails, and the lack of responses and then the responses I got and I made sure I made copies of all the terms of service and everything because I already see that they're changing stuff so make sure you collect all your stuff now before they change it on you. I'm getting pictures of the changes just so the Better Business Bureau can see the comparison. Also there are times when I take a screenshot of an offer that I'm working on and if a new Diamond total comes in, but it's the same offer, they will replace it if you have yet to complete it. Some offers take days! Be careful because design home dealing with Tapjoy is insane. In all honesty I can say Tapjoy is the worst company I have ever seen in every way shape and form

TapJoy diamonds for design home

They had a offer to complete to order Hulu and you'll get 40 some thousand diamonds to help play the game well I did and I've already set up my account and I can't get them to give me the diamonds or so much as email me back about them..very bad costumer service on their part slot of people has already quit playing the games because they do so many people this way

TapJoy free gem offers for castle clash

My tapjoy account seems to be banned. I had a couple days off work and was rolling through free gem offers and not getting a substantial number of them. When I disputed them and submitted proud via email, I started getting mails for too many tickets and got banned with no warning. I am not a scammer or trying to work the system, I just want my rewards as described in the offers. My tapjoy id is [protected]. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com.

Over 2 weeks. IGG says to wait for a response from Tapjoy. Resolution is seeming less and less likely as each day passes.

Still no response at all. I was referred here by igg customer support. Are these boards monitored? Is there any proof tapjoy resolves any of the issues posted here? With a 1 star customer service rating I question whether or not I’ll ever even get a response.

TapJoy lords mobile and ebook offers thru tapjoy

I've downloaded Lords Mobile thru tapjoy in Home Design, worked my [censored] off to finish tasks just to be told I didn't download it thru tapjoy link thus won't be getting my diamonds. I showed that I downloaded the game and did the tasks as requested. Those offers that don't open or download in tapjoy on Home Design I ignore and choose another. I'm 40+ and know I have to download thru the games link -Home Design thru tapjoy- to get rewarded so why would I work so hard and long on a game if I know I won't get rewarded? I'm very disappointed and upset because they also didn't pay me out on the ebook/kobo offer. Please help. Thanks in advance.

TapJoy suspension

I had lost my device on public transport two weeks ago and only manned to get it back yesterday when it was finally returned to me via social media. I then check my emails and find loads of emails from tapjoy saying I have been perminanyltely suspended from tapjoy and I have not even used them other than for wiz Khalifa weed farmer. Please can you sort this out. I can assure you of what ever the reason this will not happen again as my phone now has security on it and all apps are locked. My gmail is. TapJoy rewards

I'm playing cooking dash & I did the final fantasy reward to receive gold, I completed the task. I opened up a case as I didn't receive gold. They asked for proof so I sent screenshots, they then marked it as resolved but it was still held in the 'not rewarded' section & I still did not receive gold. I then contacted the game support & gave them all info, tapjoy told them they'd contacted me, which they never did. Now the reward is completely gone so I can't open up a case again or see any correspondence. Tapjoy are not contactable unless you have a reward pending but it's gone! As they deleted it. I'm not the only one it's happened to either

TapJoy gold rewards for mlb 18

I have done a number of offers on the app and have not received promised gold for my part there are over five offers this company offers no way to contact them they keep sending you in a loop and at the end it says the email you have mailed is not monitored what am I to do going forward. I have Ben going in circles for over a month at first there was contact with offers they rewarded now there is none whatsoever.

TapJoy wrongly not rewarded entitled online currency.

I have been told I won't be receiving the online currency I am intitled to.

I followed all the instructions. I completed the 31 stressful levels and have wasted several hours over the last 3 days in doing so. I feel robbed.

This in not the only offer they have not come through on. It was the most time consuming though.

TapJoy ticket scam

I am using TapJoy for gaining Currency for one of my Mobile App- Games. There are a few offers which requires money to get rewarded.

I just solved one of this offers and paid money to finish the task. I sent several PROOFS that my request ist trustable and completed. They are replying that the Game is not installed on my device, what is not true, since i sent them screens and so on.

I want my Ingame Currency!

TapJoy I did not receive the reward for gillette advanced razors after completing the offer.

I completed the Gillette offer yesterday and did not receive the reward right away. I did as suggested and was going to give them the 24hrs to process the reward. An hour ago, I went back to check the progress. The whole reward status wall had changed. Normally after 24hrs and still not receiving the reward, they give you the option to contact them about the issue under the not rewarded category. When I went back, the Gillette offer under the not rewarded category was gone before I could take advantage of the "contact tapjoy " option under the offer. I am including proof of purchase snapshot.

TapJoy not receiving diamonds for offer in wof

In offers I downloaded and ran My zVegas completing level 22 by day 5. I didn't take a screenshot as I was unaware of the need. My Vegas provided this "I hope I can help you get the promised items in the other app. I recommend that you contact the app in which you were promised the items with this message from myself, : You appear to be a user who completed the offer based on the information I can see about how long you have been playing and the level you are on. If I were the app in which you were expecting the items, then I would honor the offer and credit you the virtual items as promised. I sincerely hope that helps you get what you need. We will tell our marketing team to follow up with them to make this experience better in the future." I am requesting the 1285 diamonds for completing the offer. The support thread in WOF was deleted so I can't continue to reach out that way.

TapJoy mlb tap sports baseball 18

I downloaded Vegas Slots as required. I reached level 22 within 7 days as required. I waited 3 days before contacting support. Once contacted, I submitted a screen shot of the requirement stated as well as proof they had been completed. Since then I have not been contacted. I went to check if the rewards were still "pending", however the reward has been completely deleted from the list. I never received the reward.

This game is ridiculous you people should just be none existent 14 boxes purchase and not a single player, way to be on top if thing everyone get the same crappy rewards daily regardless if they purchase your precious gold lol you people make me sick.

TapJoy they're robbers! scammers!

I fully completed a task for gold on a double weekend, sent all of the verification and they just ignore me. It's been over a month with me sending an email asking for an update and they ignore my emails.

They owe me and they are trying to get away with not doing what is right. It's a breech of contract!

I've sent them over 12 emails politely inquiring about how long this should take and now I'm fed up.

They're liars and thieves!

This is the same lesson I had to learn and use as the basis to stop using any of their offerings a long time ago. They lie, steal and cheat.
They most likely get around by sliding place to place on their stomachs without legs or arms.

Above is the reference # of the offer I completed and was NOT rewarded for. I PAID $1 to start the FREE trial with clickyourscores.com. Then wasn't rewarded.

I had to wait 48 hours before the offer was available for logging a support ticket. I responded to the email immediately! I provided screen shots of my sign up form containing only new and valid info., my receipt, my email confirmation from the company including an additional receipt AS WELL AS a screen shot of my online banking account linked to the card I used! My name was located on my banking app and so was the $1 charge from clickyourscores.com.

I never received another email in regards to the offer or support ticket. I took it upon myself after a few days to forward and resend that email plus attachments. I did this a few days in a row. I've still heard nothing. No email stating that I wasn't getting the reward, no email stating that "the case is considered closed because its been 72 hours and we didn't hear back from you" NO EMAIL at all. Im getting return emails or failure to send messages when I attempt to reach out to tapjoy directly. I was denied answers even when I included my case # and reference # and all screen shots and proof.

Up until today the offer was still visible on the tapjoy app under the not rewarded tab. It is not visible under either tab now. This offer was over 5, 000 diamonds reward. I just got charged $39.95 for an actual membership with clickyourscores as a result of not being rewarded or hearing from you at all. This is outrageous and the case is not closed. I expect to hear from you in regards to this complaint

TapJoy covet fashion

I have been playing this game for a couple of years and have spent a lot of money to help level and earn rewards. However occasionally I am not rewarded for offer completion even after my original support ticket is answered and I submit photo evidence. Here are the two most recent complaints I filed you can see the submitted date but 48 hours passed by AFTER I completed the offer, before I could even log a support ticket.

TapJoy in game currency not received

I've completed a offer! Got to lvl 10 in a app game and I had to submit a request! I've waited days now and then they contacted me saying I have to send this to a supervisor! Ok no biggie! Then a few more days I get a email with the automated message we can't issue you currency cause we determined this app is not on your device! Will it's on my device and has been since day 1 when I started this offer! Next you can't even give me the common curtesy to have human respond to me! I can prove this app has been on my device since I started this offer! Thanks! I doubt I'll hear from anyone cause they resolved this supposedly! But in my eyes y'all owe me and everyone else that has completed your steps to recive there currency! Sad part is we have proof of these things! We've taken the time and patience! Thank you
