The offer was for coins in quidd, download final fantasy xv mobile game and get the citadel to level 6 / 10. The offer is not in my completed offers so I can't even contact them about the missing coins from this offer. I can't even find an email for their customer service on their website. Overall, not impressed by their service at all. I would t mind but I invested a lot of time in a very bad mobile game on the promise of 1 million coins in quidd.

The offer was to complete level 9 in battle camp and receive over 800 in gold. It has been over a week and I have received nothing. I have emailed & tried calling but to no evail. This is not the first or even the second incident where this is happened. On many occasions I would get an email from them telling me that they hadn't heard from me in three days and they consider the issue resolved but I never received anything from them telling me what the resolution was

I completed the sign up for hulu for 50400 gold and was never rewarded I just want my gold I spend and do a lot on Tapjoy but I've already paid for hulu and sign up yes it was my first time I did everything got emails from hulu but no gold from avakin life please advise swiftly thank you

I don't have many complaints about tapjoy I love you guys honestly and you can check I used and complete survey's all the time but this isn't the first time there was a slip up but I really want what i paid for

I completed an offer on TapJoy for 420000 coins on avakin life here are some screen shots. I have yet to receive my currency. I completed an order of at least $10 just like it said and I'm getting worried that I might not get what is owed. Please contact me asap. About this issue. I've use the app home design and have gotten offers through tap joy, paid and have gotten nothing I used the hollar app ordered 30 dollars worth of items and nothing, I've also done 5 or so quizzes and other games and no gems. I've written many emails and have went through the tap joy missing coins section weeks Ago, it's not fair for me to spend my time and money on a service that does not in return give me the gems I need for the game, I have emailed the company like I said with no response.

Hi, I play design home daily, I have had so much trouble with trying to submit "missing diamonds" there has been a problem with the drop down menu for over a week now. I have completed so many surveys and quizzes but there are only 2 options in the drop down menu for this game. I have tried to use both options to complain about the other surveys/ quizzes I have completed. But it's is telling me daily that I have already submitted a complaint regarding this "option". And I can't use it again.
This is so frustrating as I can't afford to BUY diamonds and the ONLY way I have to earn them is by completing quizzes and surveys.
Can you please help me and fix this problem asap. I honestly didn't think it would be out of order for this length of time and it is the only game I ever play. I look forward to it each and every evening. But it's taking the joy out of it when I complete surveys and quizzes day after day and received nothing for it.

I've been playing an install an run game yet I'm still not being rewarded I reported it, It said wait 24 hours waited 24 hours I got no coins then I emailed a picture of the app running no response no coins. The instructions were to reach stage 1-3 I reached 1-18 an I continued to play. I've patiently followed all instructions yet nothing has been done is beginning to irritate me and I am ready to uninstall the game as tried patiently I've done numerous of these surveys online quizzes and excetera yet nothing is happening I would like for something to be done or else I will be forced to uninstall this game because it's wasting my time, I spent thirty minutes doing a survey nothing, I took a 20 question quiz about tree's nothing.

I have completed various offers so that I can receive free coins on Topps Kick. They were all working fine and I was receiving coins properly.

I then noticed the app offered daily coins as a reward. Because of this I then completed 5 daily offers. I will also attach photos to show them completed. The award amounts are as follows 23520, 2240, 3360, 2240, 4480.

You rewarded me these as a one off but not on a daily basis.

I then raised a missing coins dispute on one of these offers to be greeted by a very patronising email saying I have already received the coins for this offer.

I then did a dispute on a different offer to again receive a patronising reply to say this offer isn't complete. You colleagues clearly don't READ the emails sent. As I tried this twice and got the same response. I want this sorting asap and want the rewards back dating as the customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

Can someone please resolve this for me so I can receive the diamonds owed. I completed SOUL OF HEROS but have no way to receive these rewards. I forego the small ones but this one is a lot of diamonds and took a lot of work. all I ask is you stand by your word and repair your technical

Hi their, I recently tried to get more game cash for my 8 ball pool app and was offered more from tapjoy if I downloaded a game called final fantasy and upgraded the citadel to level 10 I did this and it took me a few days to do so and alot of my time and effort went into doing so however I have not received the game cash and I have emailed tapjoy and they have replied saying I have already received it but I have not and replied with proof that I haven't can anything be done to rectify this as I'm not the o my one this as happened too.

For some reason when I'm on covet fashion and go to earn diamonds from tapjoy it will not open and keeps saying it's taking longer than usual to load I'm missing out on all the diamonds and my friends are overtaking me know I was doing so well ok cannot get it to work it's been at least 2 months it hasn't been working . I downloaded the app but the offers are not the same you don't seem to get the offers like double up

I'm tired of repeatedly having to send in requests for not getting my diamonds for finishing different offers! I've never recieved my diamonds for finishing the legendary game offer! I submitted my request and was told I had already recieved my diamonds which I did not! I've sent in screenshots of both my completing my offer AND the offer for what I was awarded my diamonds and NOT the amount for finishing the Legendary offer! Your issues need to be fixed! I have attached pictures of the email I've sent already plus the screenshot of the picture I sent with that email.

I have not received 45 pool cash for two offers one mobile strike level 10HQ and complete and luxury car divert both confirmations emails and your tapjoy app confirms that I have completed the offer but I have never received my pool cash. Your app does. It let me confirm my email so I can never get through to a proper support agent. Please provide me with a email that I can use

It's been over 48 hours, no reward, no response to email. On top of that, I did not receive a confirmation email after my donation to Save The Children so now I have to deal with them taking money and according to the charity they never got money from me. So is this a scam using a charity name? How awful and sketchy. It's crappy to do this to a good charity cause to help children of all things. So disappointed.

I have completed this offer 3 times within the last month and have never received even the initial 250 coins. The offer said to invite a friend and receive 250 coins. As I said I have done this 3x with no response.

I have contacted Tapjoy regarding this issue with no response or resolution.
I have responded to Tapjoy emails with no resolution in this matter.

Please check into this matter. It has been well over 2 weeks since first attempt to invite to receive 250 coins.

I did all the offer and still no coins I have sent all the proof and still no reply or coins

And now u mail me claiming to close the case

It's over 2mill in coins

Either reply back or issue my coins insist being ripped off as I'm not very happy at all

I've also contacted topps kick about all this I'm sick of it I want my coins now as some of them I used my bank details

I play Avakin Life. I downloaded Battle Camp and played until I reached level 12. It has been several days and I have not received my reward, and when I downloaded the MyTapjoy app, it had flagged the offer as incomplete, which it is not. I double-checked the instructions and it said to download Battle Camp and reach level 12, then receive my rewards. I have contacted support and they only sent an email inquiring about the offer that I did.

I completed an offer on Design Home in the amount of $18 towards the relief fund for HURRICANE HARVEY. It has been over 36 hours, and still have not received my reward for 55, 000 diamonds. (Something like that)..
I don't appreciate the scam, if this is what is indeed happening.
I have read that others have the same issue. Please correct this immediately as this is false advertising and stealing.

On sept.3rd, I completed an offer on Covet Fashion.I donated the required amount($18.00), to help the people that were impacted by Hurricane Harvey. It was Double Diamonds day, the reward was 22750 diamonds. I never got my diamonds. I sent three different emails to you, and I feel I am being ignored. I want my 22750 diamonds. I am so tired of accepting offers and then having to contact Tapjoy for my rewards. This one, I am not letting go. I did what was asked of me, I want my 22750 diamonds for the offer I completed.I had already made 2 donations for this cause, I made this one for the Double Diamonds.
