I completed a offer on the walking dead road to survival. Offer was the final Fantasy get citidel to level 10 in 7 days I achieve all criteria in 3 days and contacted support on July 2nd and have yet to hear anything or recieve my coins the game is still installed and have a screen shot proving I achieved citidel to level 10 can you please give me my coins.

I completed an offer where I had to purchase product. I received 15 diamonds when it promised over 45, 000. And customer service askedk for a copy of the email to prove my purchase but there's no way to forward the email because they don't provide an email to send to. The one the email the response with case number does not accept replies...how convenient!

It really sucks that there is no customer service support by phone.

Well, well, well, It looks like I am one of many thousands of people who got ripped off by Tapjoy too! I have taken quizzes, surveys, downloaded samples games and got paid very, very little! I have filed a complaint and they either give me the excuse I already got paid or no reply! No more! I am tired of this garbage too, and since I have filed numerous lawsuits already against all the Harrassing Telemarketers and since this comfirms what I already suspected, I am filing suit against Tapjoy too! You people just don't learn, do ya?!

I play Covet Fashion and have used diamond promotions through Tapjoy to earn game currency. Up until about 6 weeks ago they would eventually payout for tickets submitted for failure to pay. I have over half a dozen open tickets, some 1 & 1/2 months old that tapjoy will not even respond to at all. I have provided proof of purchase/completion of all offers in question. Nothing. I have spent nearly $200 on offers to receive diamonds in-game and they are completely ignoring my tickets. I guess my next step will be to see if there is some sort of business fraud approach that can be taken. Perhaps with the Better Business Bureau or something. I have over 3000 contacts in this game and hundreds of us that I see just myself are being scammed by this company at a higher level than I have ever seen before. It is typical you may have to send in some tickets and wait a little while to get your diamonds but I have never had it to where they will not respond at all for months on end. And my patients have about come to it's end.

I have completed numerous downloads and relentlessly played games to earn tickets, only to receive them and have them disappear after the game reloads. I've filed many complaints but I only get automated responses saying the tickets were received. After you file a complaint you are blocked from reporting the issue again. I'm very frustrated right now because there is no recourse, and Tapjoy refuses to respond. This is horrible costumer serve with regards to a great game.

I completed an offer to get NOWTV (in UK) and after successfully doing so and real money being took out of my bank account for the offer I still have no diamonds (over 7000) and on the tapjoy app for the game it says incomplete and there is no way to contact tapjoy regarding it. I am extremely angry that I have paid money and not had any diamonds in return. I have tried up to 10 times to try and get this matter sorted with no avail. Please help me. Kind regards. In a Tapjoy offer of Party Casino I had to deposit 15£ in order to receive 16.470 diamond in Covet Fashion Game.
I first deposited 20$, but due to currency exchange it was not enough. Therefore I deposited an additional 10€.
Together 20$+10€ are more that 15£.
In the offer it did not say that it has to be deposited at once, only deposit the amount. So I shall receive my missing currency of 16.470 diamonds in my Covet Fashion game. I would need your help to resolve the problem. Thank you!

I am a Covet fashion player on my cell phone and via Tap joy, players are able to purchase or earn diamonds. I completed an offer in 06/22/17, to earn double the diamonds for signing up for a Twitter account. I have sent three emails regarding my missing diamonds along with proof of my new twitter account and have yet to be awarded my diamonds. As a player on a budget, I rely on the diamonds to enter the challenges with the highest possible score as a goal. My name is Blaqsapphire on the game. I still have proof of having this Twitter account and just want my diamonds.

I have completed several offers with high rewards. I submit my support request and get a response to send proof. On several I have sent proof numerous times and they refuse to reply. They pick and choose what to respond to and refuse to reward despite proof. Very frustrating. I am owed upwards of 30, 000 diamonds for things that there is no question as to whether I completed. I've been patient and waited weeks, still no response. Unacceptable.

I have been playing for a while now. I have done diamonds rewards and I have done the 2 quizzes for 168 each I have did the mobile strike for the 2730 i think it was n i have done a frw others at 588 n 7hundred and something and the last was collect 5 heros and be rewarded 1168. I dud that still nothing. Im hoping its not what they are saying and this is a company of its word. I just want my diamonds o yeah and my 810 keys for opening coin master with facebook.

They post rewards on a few of the games I play. While some are legitimate (the ones that ask you to download and run an app or else achieve a certain level in a game) others send you to spam sites to collect your information, and you either get sent into a never ending loop of offers, or you do finally complete it and still get no reward, AND they have no way for you to submit a ticket. Namely spam sites offering samples, asking about your health conditions, etc. These offers are disguised as "surveys" such as "Pepsi or Coke?" Or "take a quiz to see what your age is?" And they have nothing to do with that actual topic. I am extremely disappointed that they would stoop so low.

I completed a cash offer for 8 ball pool it and it didn't give me my money I then completed 4 more I still didn't receive my pool cash I need my pool cash idk what's going on but you guys need to fix it! I submitted an email 3 times I called 4 times I'm to the point where I feel like getting lawyers involved I know it's a bit overboard but I worked long and hard on those offers and I want my money!

I play a game called covet in which players can complete online quizzes, offers and games from tap joy to earn diamonds in order to progress in game. I have completed so many of the offers and such and have not received any diamonds for wasting my time. I should have earned at least 400 altogether and tapjoy makes it very difficult to get anywhere so I can get my well deserved diamonds. This unfortunately is not the first time this has happened with me and many, many other people. It's such a disappointment for us all. I would like my diamonds now please.

Hello, I play avakin life and a long time ago i contacted tapjoy from the avakin app and ever since then, when i try to click on "choose an offer" to send tapjoy the email, the screen goes white and at the top it says in red letters, "The page you are looking for does not exist or has been moved."
Is there anyway i can fix this? Or have i been banned from contacting Tapjoy?

The game does not add cash and many other needed to play the game time is too long for refill and when refilled doesn't refill everything. NEVER adds cash and prices for cash should be converted from coi s won in game. Also needs too kill ask for money when empty on everything. We all love the BINGO games and DOWNLOAD 3 or more so let's make it intoxicating for this one.

This company is a disgrace. I am surprised that they are still in business. You complete the offers and get no diamonds in return.

They close your tickets, lie and tell you that they have awarded you the diamonds.

I have been waiting for diamonds as far back as March!

They need to be investigated and their rate of payout and the time frame needs tobe looked.

They should get it together or be shut down.

People are wasting their time and miney completing this offers for nought.

I've been ripped off over 10k in the last 24 for posting comments after winning a game of 8-ball pool. Close to 100k total now. What complete [censor]! Why don't these [censor] say they're going to screw folks? 😤😱😨. It's absolutely infuriating, and i'll not do business with any company that advertises with them. I've tried contacting them through the "missing coins" tab, and naturally that is inop. Probably from overuse. [censor]-slap these punks back into reality please!

I completed 3 or more offers and have not been rewarded. I keep getting an e-mail saying case marked solved because you havent heard from me. Im owed over 3000 coins! Ive been waiting over 2 weeks. Please get back to me. Attached is my acct code and emails ive received feom you guys. This thing is making me type more than 350 letters so im just rambling on so my god damn case gets dealt with. I need my coins! Ive never had problems before with you guys and this is horrible customer service. Its a shame. Geez maybe one day ill hear feom you guys. Over the past few weeks I haven't received any reward for completing offers and one offer was for quite a large amount of gold, I have gone through the appropriate links to notify tapjoy about this and it just seems to be ignored.
I have included some screen shots which they ask to be added a proof of completing the offers.
Could you please look into this for as I don't seem to be getting anywhere by myself
