Tanishq Overcharging of gold rates on 21.09.2015 for 22 kt gold chain

We purchased gold chain from Tanishque show room located at 1, Prince`s Business Sky Park, Opp. C-21, Mall A.B. Road, Indore-452010, vide Retail Invoice no. ABR/CM/3158, Date:21/09/2015, product desc. 511107CUUMAA00, 22KT Chain, 1no., Gross weight -- 25.610 gm, at a product value of Rs. 76465.06/-, considering gold rate of RS. 26540/- Per gram displayed in the show room and making charges as 12.5% of gold price. Although we told that rate displayed seems to be the rate of 24 KT Gold, but we were told that displayed gold metal rate of Rs. 26540/- per gram is the rate of 22 KT gold. Ourselves being customer of Tanishque for many years and having trust in the titan company, we purchased the items as above. Rates of gold were again verified by us from internet websites, and to our surprise the rates at Indore on 21/09/2015, for 22KT Gold was Rs. 2410/- Per Gram. we cannot understand the ambiguity in gold rates prevailing on 21st September, 2015 Indian market and the rates charged from us for purchase of products as above. At no point of time rates of gold for 22KT has been beyond Rs. 2500/- per gram in September, 2015, even the rate displayed at other Tanishque show rooms were also in line with prevailing market rates. We humbly request you to kindly look into the matter as the rates for 22 KT Gold chain charged from us corresponds to the rate of 24 KT gold, thus we had to pay approx. rs. 5000/- extra amount. Matter was referred to customer support and their reply Dated 29th September, 2015 is as below; "Dear Sir, Thank you for bringing it to our notice for clarification. We tried reaching you onto this number: [protected], but the number is in DND mode. Please refer the discussion our store Floor Manager Ms. Madhavi and our store backend team Ms. Deepika had with you on 29th Sep. We have checked the complete details and are found to be correct. The gold price in Tanishq - Indore - A.B.Road store on 21st Sep was Rs. 2654/- per gram for 22karat is correct. We as a company maintain the highest degree of standards in any of the goods manufactured by us and the services offered by us is also without any doubt the best of its kind that matches international standards. We strive to take care of all our esteemed customers on a personal mode. We also would like to inform you that jewellers would need to incur certain costs while converting raw gold in to jeweller y alloy .There are various manufacturing process that are involved. Any marginal increase or decrease in ornamental gold rates in comparison with the local market mentioned by you vary with purity, alloying etc. Tanishq pricing is based on the fact that we offer 100% genuine products and a certified purity of the product. All our products go through a strict quality control check to ensure the quality of the products and therefore our finish and quality are of a high order. The price of an individual product would also depend on the nature of the product. Hope we have clarified. Best Regards, Team Tanishq" Above reply from customer support team is not at all convincing, and we are compelled to seek justice at appropriate level. I agree with mr Saxena ji. Even i have been cheated by tanishque by paying for 24 carat gold and getting only 22 kt jwellery. The rates disclosedcin the market forb24 carat gold is for the processed one in forms of Godl bars and busicuits. So there's no question of comparing the Gold rates for 24 carat gold with raw gold.
I think these jwellers shoukd be checked by appropriate ministries & authorities to nab the thieves.

Tanishq manufacture defect

I bought 2 rings one studded with pearls and another with diamonds both of them had the same defect that th diamonds and pals studed in them were loose and fell off.
They were sent to the company for correction but the same thing happened THRICE and the staff now has the nerve to say that we should remove all the pearls and diamonds and get the ring grounded into a simple piece of jewelery.
Is this what the very famous "tanishq" stand for...
I am highly dissapointed with the finish of work and the attitude of staff towards the consumers' complaints.

i am from kota iwas being told that the purchased item can be exchange with discount policy but they refused to exchange even in two days but we are being frod by the salesmanager . invoice number KOT/CM/152 DATED:31/08/ 2011 .

Tanishq advance taken more than order value

we ordered bangels the order ref. no.is 489 on 12.01.2011 at tanishq show room g.e.road raipur the order value is Rs.27346 but the show room had taken adv. amt. Rs.32386 [about 5000 more amt. they had taken] and they told us the excess amt. will not refund in cash instead that we have to use the amt. in another purchasing. in which we are not interested. take care of this complaint.

Tanishq defective jewellery

I have purchased Gold chain from mundra sales Agency (Tanishq show room Gwalior ) which was having manufacturinf defect in this regard I have approched Tanishq customer care and Also To level upto Md Mr Bhasker Bhat but to no address of my grievance in proper manner only sale Man Of Mundra sales agency is victimised and I am being given mental agony and harrashment .

Even the weight of the jewellary is not constant while being repeadtly wieght in Tanisq show room balnce seem to be have manupulated .

Gold jewellary which a person purchase for life time has worn out after wearing twice .

bill is charge for vat tax even for making charges,

and wastage during making process also charged from customer into thier bill, where as wastage remain in factory

not passed to the customer contarory bill for .

any one having such proble kindly contact for joint move
