Paid back in May for a bar.
Excuse after excuse regarding delivery so many promised dates came and went.
He has stopped replying to my emails now and can't get through on his mobile.
Spoke to him in Dec was the last time.
Many thanks for any help anyone can give me.

I ordered a log store and shed, bespoke so I couldn't pay online and did the one thing you shouldn't paid via bank transfer £1500 24th Sept 2018, no log store delivered. I found he didn't resign as Company Director until 19/09/2018 despite being made Bankrupt in Feb 2018. I have reported him to the Insolvency Practitioner and they where aware of what he is doing and put more restrictions in place. The Trustee is looking into the Bank Account and money received.
I have been scammed by this man too.
Please can anyone give me advice to make this man face justice. And to get my money back. Nightmare

I ordered a wooden garden bar from their site at a cost of £599 on 23rd August via PayPal believing it would arrive for my big Birthday party on 7th October as the site said 4 weeks delivery time (they have since changed it to 4-6 weeks).
