My bad experience with Tamil matrimony sharing for your care.

Message I written to Tamil matrimony as belows:
Kindly cancel my membership and pay back the eligible refund amount to me

Very regret to say this again, Earlier also I faced the same bad experience in this regard.

Now Its seems keep on wasting our money.

I supposed to have 150Astromatch add-on Instead only 15nos is available in my account.
After payment this issue was noticed to concern representative. They have promised me 2 or 3 working days add-on pack will be activated but Very sorry to say till date nothing was happened.

Kindly cancel my membership and pay back the eligible refund amount to me.

Also an humble request Please don't repeat this kind of issues to others

My Earlier complaint message: (also refer the attachments screen shot image of earlier written mail "Photo-1" & offer promised mail "Photo-2"

When I was a first time paid member. I was really wonder your services and your operations.

But when I am continuing your services on third time paid member. Your services are making me

feeling too worse and very cheated mannerism.

You are just shown me yourself as money earners. Playing peoples feeling with the name of Good

service, trust and believing.

I was promised for a astro-match add-on after payment. but didn't receive it till to the end

after paid. Completely they planned for cheating. Once the money is received concern

executives are changing their voice even in mobile numbers for escaping from us.

Then myself I have add up that service again by my extra money (but that they promised me for

free of cost). Thereafter no calls from their marketing team

It seems they clearly keen on their money making. Once their money was collected they were not

turn around to you.
