Order
I placed an order 8/8/08 for a text book. I sent the company an e-mail 8/16/08 as I had still not received the book and according to their website, it still had not shipped. I sent another e-mail 8/18/08 neither of which was replied to. I needed the book for a class so I attempted to cancel it using the cancel link on their website, which failed! To date I still have not heard a thing from them. I ordered the book from another provider. This is a terrible way to do business, furthermore they have no phone number so one could contact customer service.
Never carried out order
I had ordered a book from this company and never got any replies. I repeatedly emailed them through froogle since I made the order thru froogle. Finally when i informed them I will inform my credit card about my order and make a cancellation, they cancelled my order. Proves that this is an internet fraud company. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BUYING from this site.

I completely agree. I had the exact same thing happen. I ordered the book on 8/18/08 and e-mailed to find out when the book might be shipped. Still no response from the company. I would never order again from this website.
