Broke down after owning for 2 months and now again 5 months later. President does not return phone calls or email. They send out parts w/no directions, that's the warranty??? I am suppose to replace a circuit board in a very tight section with improper tools and sign this before hand...
Please fax a signed copy of the parts release form to [protected]. Once I have a copy of the release form I will be able to send you out the replacement main cpu board for your chair.

Do not buy a chair from this company. With the economy the way it is it would be nice to see a company that deserves to go out of business go out of business. I get better service for my $60 iron then I do on this chair that costs over $1000 dollars.
I work about 15 hours a day some days and my back is killing me. Boy wouldn't it be great to use my chair????
