Broke down after owning for 2 months and now again 5 months later. President does not return phone calls or email. They send out parts w/no directions, that's the warranty? I am suppose to replace a circuit board in a very tight section with improper tools and sign this before hand...

Please fax a signed copy of the parts release form to [protected]. Once I have a copy of the release form I will be able to send you out the replacement main cpu board for your chair.

Do not buy a chair from this company. With the economy the way it is it would be nice to see a company that deserves to go out of business go out of business. I get better service for my $60 iron then I do on this chair that costs over $1000 dollars.

I work about 15 hours a day some days and my back is killing me. Boy wouldn't it be great to use my chair?

I purchased Takemi Select 3D Jade Melody 12000 around Christmas 2008 through the same Mike. The chair was broke in just 4 months even though I use it couple of times a week. I tried to search for troubleshooting help, then I realized the company was evaporated from the earth.

i bought a chair from takemi select in feb.2009 and it is already falling apart...it will not work on many of the settings and the rollers will only stay in the lower back position...i have tried every number that i can find in an attempt to call and report the problem but i only get recordings that say the number is blocked or disconnected...i have not been able reach them via email or websites either...when i was in the process of purchasing the chair, none of my phone calls went unanswered...even up until 9:00-10:00 p.m...but now i can't get any customer response...Mike was so sincere in helping purchase the chair and even told me that if something should happen to my chair, since i was only a couple of hours away, that all i would have to do is bring the chair by the shop, leave it with him for a couple of hours and they would repair it and it would run like new...it's as if he knew the chair was going to fail...yet now Mike cannot be found...i even confronted him about all of the other complaints that other customers had made about his lack of follow up customer care and why he failed to respond to them and he had an answer for each of their compalints and how he did take care of them and help them but now i find that while Mike had a very sincere, calming sales pitching voice before and during the sale, i have not been able to hear his voice at all when i need him to do follow up care...It would be great if Mike would be the honest person he presented himself as when i was buying the chair but now he can't be found...neither can Kim, who answered the phone for customer service...i have no choice but to call the State's Attorney office here in Florida, but i really do not know how much they can help me...especially since the company appears to no longer be in service...
