Takealot / returns and poor quality

I have placed an order at Takealot a week and a half back received the items on Friday - items were not as described and very misleading.

I logged a return on Monday.

These items were suppose to be picked up on Tuesday as I have received an sms from Skynet... but uptil Today I am waiting.

They will delay the pick and delay the credit to me.

I have spoken to a lady by the name of Qaqamba Momoza who assured me that the pick up will be Today... but that was just a lie.

Takealot is too good for misleading customers and expect us to wait for them to fetch the defect items from us when it suites them.

They are pathetic.
