Takealot [protected] order incomplete at delivery

Paw Patrol Mash'ems Single Figure Mystery Pack

I paid R240 for 'n set of 6 Mash'ems(normal pups), but received only one super pup mash'em yesterday(16/10/2017). I do not understand? These toys can be bought for under R50 each at other stores... why R240 for one? Can you please help / send other pups (6), then I can send you the super pup back?

Hi,
This is beyond a joke now. I want my order today or I will sue your company, I have waitress for you guys for more than the time stipulated. If my order is not delivered today I'm going to the ombudsman and will most definitely sue your company with all the failed promises on calls and emails. Please be advised.

Takealot return declined

Good day Monday the 09th October product (Anton Fabi Men's Campin Lace Up Shoe - Black & Beige) was received by myself. It was open at home with my husband (monday), however the packaging was damage and the shoe had a faded blue on the shoe. I then requested to return the product the next day. The shoe has been in my office (taped up under my desk) for the courier to collect it. It was collect Wednesday the 11 October. Only to receive the following reply. (Please see below). I would like to know where has my husband had the time to wear this shoe and damage it. I want a senior specialist to respond to me as soon as possible. I will not end here. This will be taken further. I have evidence that this product was not used. I have my colleagues to prove that this product arrived damaged.

Takealot zero service

Takealot ignoring customers and blocking them from posting on their Facebook page...guess the company can't handle the truth! The owner of the company doesn't have any time for customers! Telling customers they not special enough to have someone deliver their package in the promised amount of time! Ridiculous! Half the time their products are broken and returning them is a vicious process of lies and deceit!

Takealot order delivery service very poor

I did an online purchase for two cameras on the 20th September 2017. The promised delivery date was postponed three times and two week later the parcel was missing.
We agreed that they will redo the order as I needed the cameras for a project. The second order was made out internally and for one one camera. I paid for two cameras. This order was made out on the 2nd October 2017. Again three promised delivery dates and no parcel yet. I now get no response from them and no more emails trying to explain away the incompetence.

Takealot double debit on mobicred

I ordered a pressure cooker and a rug to the amount of R1, 898 via my mobicred account on Saturday the 30th of September. There was an error with the OTP that mobicred sends to approve the purchase, so a second OTP was sent and I entered that. Takealot then debited my mobicred account twice with the amoount of R1, 898. I called mobicred and they said to take it up with takealot. It has been more than a week and Takealot still hasn’t returned the amount that was erroneously debited back to my mobicred account. I have been sent from pillar to post, I have called everyday and I get told the same story “finance is still dealing with it”, this is unacceptable. I have only ordered and received one pressure cooker and One rug, why has the other R1, 898 not been credited back to my account as yet?

Takealot miller blender

Hi there,

I would like to find out who can help me with my mullet blender I bought on take a lot in March.

The container has completely warped where it is not usable anymore.

I have pictures of the product and still all the original packing.

How do I get new containers?

The machine itself works well it’s just the silly containers.

Please can someone get back to me

Takealot complete guide to woodworking

I ordered the above mentioned book as a gift for someone, and I was happy with the delivery time. However, when I received the book, I noticed something was off. Every time that I have ordered something from Takealot, it has arrived in bubble wrap, but this time, it arrived in a zip lock bag with a bent corner, leading me to believe that it has already been returned by someone else. When I opened the book to page through it, I noticed that there had been a massive printing error of some sort, as the diagrams were all cut off the bottom of the page and the text was clearly in the wrong place. I am quite shocked that Takealot could sell such a faulty product and now my gift is going to be late.

Takealot fraudulent service by takealott

I purchased 3 screens at R1899.00 each. On the purchase confirmation screen the price added up to R5697.00 and I approved the purchase. When I received my payment notification it showed that they had billed me for R6597 in stead. I immediately contacted Takeallot to dispute this and was told by the consultant that it was not a problem and that the order will be cancelled and I will be refunded.
A few minutes later he then sent me an email stating that the order can not be cancelled and they are unable to help me.

Takealot takealot jhb hub does not check the postal code for delivery!!!

I have placed my order and once again have a issue with the delivery of my order to the incorrect place.

My postal code clearly states 7353 cape town however the order was shipped off to durban as my place of residence is chatsworth.

I do not understand how the hub can make this mistake as I order frequently and if they use fedex courier my order gets delivered to my correct address but if they use mr delivery then it gets misdirected!

Get your story straight when you delivering as people needs the items delivered on time as chosen on delivery confirmation.

Takealot lack of communication. poor service delivery. no formal complaints process.

Order Numbers: [protected] and [protected]

After Takealot failed to make any contact whatsoever I finally received an email to request that the delivery of the order be rescheduled. After making suitable arrangements again no contact was made, the order was labeled as a failed delivery and returned to the warehouse and I was informed that I must re-purchase the products, the prices of which have gone up in the wait. There is no formal complaints process easily accessible on the Takealot website, I only managed to find a customer service number by finding this website. My dealings with Takealot in the past have been extremely satisfactory but this experience has simply left a bitter taste in the mouth.

Takealot wrong article send

Jesse Abrahams of take a lot try to help me that the courier company must come and take the wrong article back. She try now for more than a week with this.
All I want is my money back what I had paid for the article - R3178.00
When I had purchased the artical the Take a Lot website shows me that the article is in stock. After ten days Take a Lot told me there is nothing in stock. A day later Take a Lot send the article but after I had received the aticle I noticed that is not what I had ordered and I phone Take a Lot about this.
Then all my trouble start. Firstly thy want photos of the wrong articles, then thy shoal send the courier services to pick it up, after Take a Lot had received it, thy firstly want to investigate the article and after that thy shall pay me back.
As from 22 Sept 2017 till now Take a Lot didn't send a courier to pick the articles up.
I shall spread the word of Take a Lot bad service and help.
Are there anyone who can stand up and take this matter in hand and solve the problem?

Nou skryf ek maar ‘n epos omdat Take a Lot my nie telefonies kan help nie.

Die items wat ek bestel en betaal het is nie dieselfde as wat ek ontvang het nie.

Jesse Abrahams het my gehelp om dit terug te laat stuur maar na 3 dae is die verkeerde items nog nie afgehaal nie. Jesse Abrahams ken die hele storie ivm die verkeerde items wat afgelewer is.

Hoe langer Take a Lot vat om die verkeerde produk te kom af haal hoe langer gaan dit vat om my terug te betaal.

Dit is die swakste diens en aankope wat ek nog by enige firma ontvang het!

Indien die stoele nie teen, Dinsdag 3 Oktober afgehaal is nie gaan ek die saak na die Ombudsman verwys vir verdere optrede en ondersoek.

Ook verwag ek van Take a Lot om, sonder enige verdere versuim of ondersoeke, my onmiddelik terug te betaal.

Wys my nou goeie kliënte diens van Take a Lot, en betaal my vandag nog terug, ongeag of die verkeerde items afgehaal of ondersoek is. Ek het fotos ge-epos van die verkeerde items.

Takealot hd webcam

Purchased a Microsoft Life Cam HD-3000 and did not use it irremediably. a couple of weeks after delivery I discovered it is not working properly. Requested it to be collected to be inspected. 3 weeks after first collection date and still not collection. ref: :RRN-9c41-6680, Complaint has been escalated and a person did attempt to help but since no contact. Tuesday 26/09/2017. was the last collection date they did not collect. There has been no contact since.

Hi there,

I bought a romoss solo2 4000mah powerbank that advertised as an Electronic Flash deal for only R169 with one left.

I cart it along with my other goodies and after paying I realize that I was charged R199 and not R169 as advertised- so naturally I think I missed the deal but go back to the deals page and voila- there is the same deal of this powerbank on special for R169 with only one left.

Naturally I log a complaint (R30 isn't much but it's the principle), just to have Elzita tell me that she is sorry I missed the deal... Went back on the deal site and the powerbank is not out of stock but completely removed the deals list.

I find this highly unethical so Takealot will probably not see me again.

Thanks but I'll go spend that extra R30 in a shop that will actually assist me.

Takealot axi marc playhouse

I purchased this playhouse for my children only to receive an email stating my order has been cancelled due to supplier being out of stock. I later discovered that this item was actually incorrectly priced and I believe this is the reason for them cancelling my order. The new price showing on their website and R25 390 and not the R2539 I paid. In stead if admitting their error they have now come up with this story of the supplier being out of stock. I am utterly disgusted in the way takealot have handled this incident and cannot believe they will not admit to their error after I have told them I am aware now that there was an error in the price. My children are devastated that they will not be receiving the playhouse I had purchased for them. And I am yet to receive my refund after telling them 3 times how I would like it to be refunded and yet they still keep asking.

Takealot luggage

I am shocked at the unacceptable quality of luggage recently purchased from Takealot for our overseas trip. It did not even make it the first leg of our flight from Cape Town to Madrid. The luggage handles broke at the first luggage carousel where we were to collect our baggage and and they were not even packed to their full specified capacity. Not only one handle on the same suitcase broke but two! The actual casing has torn and the wheel is coming apart from the housing. The zip has also broken. This is after one use! It unacceptable and this product is being sold under a presence that you can actually travel with this inferior product! I insist on my money back, one cannot purchase luggage and it does not even last one holiday. It has been highly embarrassing and this product should be removed from your product selection with immediate effect! There is a serious quality issue here and cannot be sold to be used for what it was manufactured.

Takealot payment not updated

You guys took takes to find my payment from a source you provided as an instant payment- I reordered and now the things I want is no longer available - service sucks-I payed for my order on the 04th only after numerous calls and emails my payment was eventually found today, reason no one can explain. I called your call centre to change my order from brown to black and was told to follow a stupid process of cancelling the order and re-order and then item not available any more, what a stupid service, mxm

I placed an order paid via a source provided by takealot it took them 4days to trace my payment, to change product from brown to black i had to call be refunded and place order again, however when i re ordered the product was no longer available what crap is this, then i placed another order and now habe to wait a full month for mh things, mxm this is insaine

On 25/08/2017 I order goods to the value of R6063.00.
Order arrived on 01/09/2017

Had the order checked with my colleague due to being a big order

I then immediately called Unati- twice then Nazly then-emailed and contacted telephonically…all they could tell me is they escalating the query

A Michael Morgan then called to ask me questions regarding the delivery on Monday 4/09/2017.and promised me he will get back to me by COB
Until now I heard nothing…I am now ignored after the item to the Value of R1385.00 was short delivered and not in one of my boxes
