Takealot / delay in parcel delivery

Good day. My original parcel was to be delivered to my work address on Friday 20th but this never happened. I followed up on Monday 23rd and was advised that my parcel is with Skynet who will deliver on Tuesday or latest Wednesday 25.10.2017. It is now Thursday with still no delivery. A short while ago I received a sms to advise that my expected delivery date is Friday 27 October. My order number is [protected]

I still do not know if I will ever get my order, as everything is so vague to me as a customer. I cannot see where (Location) my order is, nor with which Courier Service as per the attached image.

I do not expect any feedback whatsoever but would just like to voice my disappointment and frustration at the service received thus far. This is definitely not a convenient experience for me. It was my first Takealot experience and not a very pleasant one
