TAG Heuer / poor customer service

I had a Tag Heuer Connect which kept freezing after the 3rd time being sent back I was told I could have a replacement after waiting almost a week on the returns envelope to arrive I sent it back I tracked the item and seen it was received with 3 days of sending back I was contacted and told the watch I selected was in stock and I would be informed when it was dispatched I asked after a few days was it dispatched by email and after a week have received neither responce or watch. I thought buy a Tag I was buying quality this is most certainly not the case and I definitely would not be recommending Tag Heuer to any I know.
