Lydia’s Professional Uniforms scrubs shipment

Ordered scrubs for my staff for Christmas on November 15. It's been almost 4 weeks and nothing shipped. Customer service informed me it may be another 2-3 weeks eventhough website says only 5-7 days for even backordered items. This will be after Christmas. False advertising. Very disappointed. Do not order from this company! Have already told this to all my staff and other professional friends.

Lydia’s Professional Uniforms product not delivered

I placed an order on June 4, 2018 with Lydia's Uniforms. Now almost 2 weeks later my order still has yet to ship. When I check on the status of my order, it says they have accepted it and are getting it ready.

On June 11th, I emailed them to try and find out what was going on with my order. I received an automatic response that they were having "larger than normal volumes and you may experience some delays in reply to your message." I still didn't have a response on June 14th, so I tried to call them.

I was placed on hold for 3-4 minutes and then had to hang up because I was losing cell service. I called back again a little while later and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes and was then sent to a voicemail box. A recording came on that said the mailbox was full and was unable to take any other messages. If I knew an extension, I was able to dial it at that time, if I didn't my only option was to hang up. I tried to call back again right after that to only have the same result.

I sent another email to Lydia's and told them that I was very unhappy with their service and at that point if I didn't receive my items on either June 15th or June 16th they could cancel my order and would need to refund my money. I got the same automated response I had before. I tried to call them for a fourth time on June 14th and had the same results as earlier in the day.

As of now I still have not received a response to either email I sent. I have filed a complaint with PayPal because that's who I used to pay for my order (since of course Lydia's withdrew the money without sending the items) and we'll see if I get a response from that.

I have seen in other complaints where someone from the company responds back to say that the delays were due to products being on back order. This is not the case with mine because I went back to the site and saw that the items I had ordered were showing in stock- and I have screenshots to prove this.

I wish that I could give them zero or negative stars, I ordered from Lydia's years ago and was happy with the service which is why I ordered from them again without checking into any reviews. I don't know what's changed at that company over the last few years, but they are HORRIBLE and I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from them!

Lydia’s Professional Uniforms Horrible customer service

Don't trust this website.
Their clothing looks cheap. I don't know how to wear it outside, it is poorly made. Moreover, the sizing charts they have are wrong. I ordered the M size, they sent me the XXS, it's even written on its tag - XXS. Of course, the shirt is too small for me. Decided to return. Was said that the shipping will be at my expense. Eve thought it's not my mistake. Great customer service, nothing positive can be said...

Lydia’s Professional Uniforms Beware of Tafford!

Tafford does not deliver orders, keep away from them! Purchased two tops from Tafford and they did not deliver them. I cancelled my order and demanded a refund. Received only half back and these scammers tried to assure me they refunded the whole amount! I had all the proofs but they just did not want to listen. Too bad I did not see all the reviews, otherwise I would never order from them! I just was to share my experience and warn others about Tafford!

Lydia’s Professional Uniforms Order was not delivered

I'm very disappointed with Tafford and will never buy from them again. Placed my order back in June and they promised quick delivery. When my order did not show up I contacted them and they assured me everything was fine and asked me to be a bit patient. They said that due to some circumstances delivery will be a bit late.
In July I contacted Tafford again and finally they said the truth, that my order was not in stock and they never shipped it. They said I'll get my money back any time soon - did not happen.
So I emailed PayPal and opened a dispute against Tafford. Later their rep contacted me and asked me to remove the dispute because they found my order were just about to ship it. I refused and demanded my money back, but they said that they were not able to refund me. I told them that I will not remove anything until I get a refund and they just stopped replying. Never heard anything from them since. PayPal is still trying to get my money back.

Lydia’s Professional Uniforms Order was not shipped

I have made an order about three weeks ago and was already supposed to receive it. After I paid I received a payment confirmation email and everything seemed fine so I never suspected anything.
I called Tafford customer support and wanted to get some information about the delivery date. They did not reply no matter how many times I called.
Two times they did pick up but hung up before I could even say a word.
Do not buy anything from Tafford!

Lydia’s Professional Uniforms Thieves!

I took me almost a month to receive my order and when I opened the package I was disappointed with the quality of everything. Some items were so poorly made and looked used.
I contacted Tafford customer support and asked for a refund. They said that I have to send everything back. So I did as they said and paid for the return shipping.
After that I never heard anything back from Tafford. And no matter how hard I try to contact them they do not reply.

Lydia’s Professional Uniforms This company is absolutely horrible in the customer service realm, and in business practices in general

Placed an order on November 20th. The order stayed in "Credit Card Authorized" status until the 28th when I received an email from customer service stating that part of the order was on backorder (so they apparently held the entire order which is crap anyway) and said it would ship approximately January 18th. Completely unacceptable, especially for the company to wait so long to notify me, as well as the fact that there website has the ability to tell you if items aren't in stock. All of my order was "in stock" items. Apparently they suck at web maintenance. The site said to respond if I wanted to change the order, which I promptly said go ahead and ship the items that were in stock. No response what soever. I then called on December 4th. Customer service told me that my order was expected to ship in the next 24-48 hours (minus one item from the order). The agent had no idea what happend with that item, but said that the rest of my order was ready to ship. It is now the 15th and NOTHING. No updates, no order, and I can't even log into my account anymore. Its as if they just removed my account from their system. This is the worst experience I have ever had with online ordering from anywhere. Worst of all, the scrubs were part of a birthday gift for my girlfriend and today is her birthday. This company is absolutely horrible in the customer service realm, and in business practices in general.

TAFFORD Do not order anything from them. This company is a FRAUD. Had I read these reviews before I would have NEVER order anything them. I ordered 10 items from them and after 2 weeks no item. After numerous calls I received one item. In the mean time the card was charged. I am going to report this to the BBB. Shame on them.

Ordered on February 26th. A month later, card never got charged, product never got shipped. After several emails, no response but order was suddenly charged on my card. After several more weeks and never receiving product, I called and a customer rep said he would refund my card. After SEVERAL MORE WEEKS and still no product, I emailed again asking where my refund was and a couple of days later instead of addressing the promised refund, I get an email saying my product has been shipped. This website is a disgrace to online ordering. After months of trying to get a product with horrible communication, I would pay twice as much for a product from a legitimate company before I would order from them again.

I placed an order with Taffords Uniforms on May 14th, I called twice to ask for a follow up. I was answered that my order was going to arrive today. Instead, as of May 23th, I was informed by email that the 10 items I ordered were canceled... This is a more than dubious way to conduct business and I will make sure I spread the word about this unacceptable practice.

Lydia’s Professional Uniforms Poor and unknowledgable customer service supervisors

We had ordered $100 in college nursing uniforms and paid extra for two day shipping. Five days later I called the company and was directed to a supervisor who informed me that the order accidentally went out standard ground and should arrive in 7-10 business days. I let him know that this was unacceptable, due to the fact that we needed the uniforms within 4 days at this point. He finally agreed to send an additional order next day air to us. The day we were expecting the arrival of these I contacted the company and was informed that it was also accidentally sent out ground and would arrive 7-10 business days later. Now we are without the uniform and cannot attend classes until they arrive due to the complete negligence and lack of intelligence of the employees at Lydias. When we tried to resolve this, their solution was free two day shipping upgrade on our next order! We still have not been reimbursed for it the first order! I will be notifying the BBB.

i got a new job and i needed uniforms i ordered them from lydias uniform because they were decently priced and they had the color abd size i needed.i never got my uniforms .they kelp canceling my order with no exalanation.they would charge my card then wait a couple hours then cancel the charge eventually i had to cancel my card

Lydia’s Professional Uniforms Fraudulent practices

Don't fall into the same trap I did. I bought uniforms online from TAFFORD. During the checkout process, I clicked on a "save $10.00 off your next purchase." That's all I did. I did not sign up for anything and logged off. This month, two unauthorized charges for $12.00 each appeared on my credit card from a shoppersdiscount.com and a completesavings.com. I called them. They said I signed up via Tafford. The next thing I did was type their name in to my search engine and then I got really sick. The company name is Webloyalty.com and they have had, are currently in the midst of class action lawsuits and a senate investigation for their fraudulent practices.

May 8, 2008 and yes I'm still waiting on part of a order that I placed with this company on March 23, 2008. I have called this company twice and both times I was on hold for 20+ minutes. NEVER, NEVER again will I order from them and have had my named removed from all of their mailing.

I placed an order with tafford uniforms, but did not receive my complete order. When i attempted to find out what happened to the rest of my order, their customer service department is unaccessible. Their website was impossible to use. They have lost me as a customer.
