Taco Bell abysmal service

The Taco Bell located at 2840 W College Ave., Appleton, WI, has been providing consistent poor service in my experiences for well over a year now. It started with simple issues, but there were lots of them, one after another. They ran out of baja blast, several times, ran out of bacon, ran out of potatoes. And every time, they took my order and I paid without being made aware of this. I've come after dark and the lights, ALL of them, menu board included, were off. If I didn't know at least some of the menu, I wouldn't have been able to order. The worst service, though, has come out of the last six months. I started going every morning for breakfast, anywhere between 7:30 and 9am, cause of $1 breakfast burritos. They are delicious and very cheap. The store's hours are open at 7, but at least 3 out of every 5 visits, the place was closed, even at 8:45am. This happened way to often and routinely ruined my day, cause the only other place for breakfast was Mcdonalds (too expensive) or Kwik Trip ( local gas station) and they are a poor option as well. Plus, I've wasted time stopping at Taco Bell and I need to get to work. That's when I discovered the mobile app. I was ecstatic about them having to serve me, open or not. Then issues with the app started. With the app itself, I kept getting, more often than not, an error message saying there is an issue with my payment, even though it worked before, and works at the store and works later with the app (sometimes). I'm not changing the payment info, but it seems random, and not in my favor, when it will work. As for the aforementioned Taco Bell location, only twice in all the orders I placed has it been ready for me when I got there. I'll check in and hit the I'm here button anywhere from 5 to 10 min. before I get there, yet when I arrive, they haven't even seen the order yet, let alone started it. And there is NO OTHER customers there! One day, I finally got upset, as there were at least 5 people in the back, and the cashier said, "it'll be right up" and I replied, in a frustrated tone, "it should already be up" To which she then replied " If you don't like it, go somewhere else" This cashier has been consistently rude to me since the day she first started. Finally, the second to last time I was there, Wed. Jan. 3rd, around 7:45am, they brought my one burrito to the counter in a bag (it was to go) and I realized then that I didn't need a bag for one burrito, so I took it out and left the bag, thinking they got trash back there. Well, this apparently upset the manager, cause the next day when I went back, she told me I was banned, cause I'm rude to the employees. I was shocked. Ask anyone who knows me, and they'll tell you I am the least rudest person they know. Any semblance of rudeness was frustration on my part due to all the things I've mention in this E-mail. I asked what I did wrong and she mention me leaving the bag on the counter, and I tried to apologize, that I didn't realized she was upset by that. She then tried to tell me that I had been informed before that I need to get my food in a bag, but this has never happened. She was trying to convince me that I had done this before, but that simply wasn't true.I tried to apologize again, but she just simply said I was no longer welcome and walked away. I've worked in fast food and retail for over two decades ( and ironically, that includes this Taco Bell location the week it open, too), and I have never seen service this atrocious before. Look at the reviews on Google maps, and its evident I'm not the only one that notices it. 266 reviews and there are over twice as many 1 stars as there are 5 and the average is 2.5. This location needs attention. Thank you for your time.

Taco Bell management and drive thru

My family and I went in drive thru at Taco bell store #028272 on Mansfield Rd. in Shreveport LA. We asked about what all came in the Stacker Box cause we couldn't read the sign. The manager was taking the orders and listed the idea, then rudely said its right there in front of you. Then we explained we couldn't see that far thank you. She responded Oh your welcome sarcastically. When we pulled to window to pay, we asked for manager to let her know what happened so rudely "not knowing it was her that took the order. We told her what happened and she just said" oh ok". No apology, nothing! So upset I decided to walk inside and speak to manager. I asked inside cashier who was taking orders thru drive thru, she said the manager. Manager walked over, I explained what happened. She said it wasn't her who took order. Then she said I addressed it to yall, I explained to her no she didn't. Saying Oh OK wasn't addressing it as a manager should. She said she was busy taking another order. Told her I realize that but after taking the next order while we're sitting there at window waiting for our food she should've apologized for it as a manager would have. She just said OK with a big attitude. I told her I would make sure to report this. She told me she had customers she had to tend to and walked off. I told her that's being very unprofessional as a manager. Then she told me I was being very unprofessional. I told her I'm the customer and she's the manager who should be acting like one instead of being rude. The manager then yelled have a goodnight and don't forget to call and report it. I yelled back hope you have a better night and start treating customers better in the drive thru. She is the rudest manager with the worst personality. She didn't care one bit how she treated us in drive thru nor myself inside in front of everyone. To lie about who took order too after inside cashier told me. Also matched attitude inside, so I know the inside cashier wasn't lying.

Taco Bell no food

Pulled in to taco bell @ 2048 west indiantown road at 2:50am on 1-1-18 2 cars ahead of me in drive thru — waited for a cpl of minutes and finally spoke into the speaker to see if someone was going to take my order — tamika answered that they were closed — closed I asked, it's 50 minutes before your hours say you're closed — she said they are out of food — what? How can you be out of food? What do you do at 6:30 am when you open — tell people you don't have any food — I call bs — the lazy employees you have didn't feel like taking more out of the freezer/refrigerator to make it — shawn (Spl) the mgr told me to have a happy new yr — great customer service you have there — suggest you hire some people who are a bit more customer service oriented — lost a customer gary

Taco Bell drive thru in little chute

My husband went through the drive through & waited 15 minutes & then just left cause was not going to wait any longer, he said only one person was working at that time & had little child in car getting little inpatientvalso! Maybe two people possibly working & one guy was in like for at least 10 minutes or so! Needless to say he will never go back now to that taco bell. Of course was getting the food for one sick child at home who's favorite restaurant is taco bell! Sadly to say he won't ever be going back! Either will I & we go there a lot! Will be losing our bussiness!

First of all they didn't put any sauce in the bag that we asked for. My crunchwrap wasn't closed up. This little chute location sucks. We never have a good experience. It's by far the slowest taco bell I've ever been to. It's like the employees are given uniforms and put to work, no training.

Taco Bell doors locked

I drove to the Taco Bell located at 2355 South 17th Street to get some food. I walked up to the doors at 5:18 pm and the doors were locked. I went back to the car to go through the drive thru it was one car sitting there. After a few minutes sitting there and no one taking orders I left. Employees were there however I don't know what was going on where they locked doors.

Taco Bell drug problem

We took our family to taco Bell Newark Ohio. We noticed a lady in the parking lot picking her face with tweezers. Made a comment of what the heck. That's nasty. We unloaded our family; We were in line and I realize the lady in a manager uniform walking in was the lady picking herself with tweezers. At closer look it was a high management. No I can't tell you names of anyone working for they don't wear name tags. But I realize this seems to be the general manager by orders being barked.
We did not eat. We left. Why because she had wet and dried blood in face. That's down right nasty. She could spread diseases. We will not be returning until this is taken care of. If this was during the day I wonder how things are in the evening

Taco Bell service

store #20215 ordered 2 breakfast wraps 1 with sausage 1 with steak, only one other person in front of us ordering, we get our order and they gave us 1 wrap and 1 burrito. took it back and the answer we got was oh i wrapped it wrong. went to get a glass of ice water no ice from ether ice dispenser. the guys in back were swearing with no regard for customers in the building also if you are going to sell breakfast you should have milk to sell with it

Taco Bell employee stuffing taco meat in his mouth then continuing to fix food

Well over many years I have sworn off Taco Bell then came back and give them another try. The Taco Bell on County Line Rd, Ridgeland MS is the worst I have ever seen. When you drive up it looks like a dump in the parking lot. I had placed my order on the app and 5 minutes before arriving notified I am inside to get my order. When I went inside the order was not ready. As I waited I watched the unbelievable nasty behavior going on at least comforted they were wearing gloves. Then one guy fixing tacos grabbed a hand full of taco meat and stuff it in his mouth and licked his fingers clean. I left and have again sworn off Taco Bell. They seem to hire the dirtiest and nastiest people at that location.

Taco Bell item in food caused me to choke

I went into the drive thru got two bean burritos. After a few bites I started to choke. I put my fingers in my mouth and pulled out a 5 inch piece plastic. I couldn't believe it. It was disgusting and could have killed me had I not been able to pull it out. I called the store multiple times to tell them. I was worried someone could be injured. Busy. BUSY. Called customer service and they closed as it was before 11. I called back made a complaint. I would like to forward the photos to someone or I'll post it on social media and warn anyone that goes to that location.

Taco Bell rude inconsiderate disrespectful management

This has been happening at the Benton, AR location. We eat at Taco Bell a couple times per week. Since it has been getting cooler outside it has continued to get colder inside also. I have ask on several visits if they could turn some heat on. Tonight it is 46 outside and the dining room is 56 according to their thermostat. I ask cashier it the heat was broken, she said no, I said please turn it up. She went to the so-called management and his comment was "its not cold back here", then he ignored her. When I returned to my table, I ate one taco and trashed the other two, they were cold as ice. I have traveled a lot and this has to rank one of the worst places I have ever tried to spend my money at. This is how Taco Bell losses customers to the growing competition, they have just lost another long time customer.

I want NOTHING from Taco Bell, I feel it is only right that they know what happens to their disappearing customer base.

Taco Bell order is always wrong

This taco bell is one of the worst taco bell's I have ever been to (Besides one in memphis). I am not exaggerating when I say that the employees could not get an order right if their life depended on it... Even when it's right there on the screen! What part of "without tomatoes and red sauce" can't they comprehend? I can see screwing up my order every now and then, but this is 8 or 9 times out of 10... I kid you not. And what part of "without red sauce" also means without sour cream? Burrito supremes come with sour cream, and it's only logical that I still want it if I do not tell you to leave it off! I just don't understand the incompetence.

Taco Bell food missing from my order on 2 different occasions

I really do not want to complain and get anyone in trouble but I have been to the taco bell in southport nc 2 times in the last few weeks and they have messed up my order by leaving things out of it, they should hire more people who know what they are doing I am really tired of getting home and seeing that my order is messed up ...and they should have better customer service times are hard I do not like to pay for food I did not recipe and calling them really did not help.I really love taco bell for my family it is good affordable food but I am getting tired of my local one always messing things up it may be time for me and my kids to try someplace else just wanted to let you know what happend one to many time. Taco Bell food

I went to Taco Bell today, 12/16/2017 to get some lunch. Went through the drive thru, the cashier got my order wrong on the screen and I tried to correct her. Pulled up to the window and asked her if she corrected it. With a rude attitude she said "yeah I got it". I got home with my food and it was still wrong. It looked like had just thrown it all together without any care. I ordered a taco and it was soggy and cold. My entire order was cold, like it had been sitting out for the last couple hours. Taco Bell carelessness

Date of incident: 12/15/2017, order #161439 & 161448

We ordered for craving deals, specifically mentioned to replace the beef with beans as we are Hindu and respect cows and do not eat beef. Still our order came with beef and we are feeling offended and you've hurt our religious sentiments. We want this settled.

The cashier mentioned to replace beef with beans but the personnel who prepared food didn't pay any attention to it.

Taco Bell haley sims

Hey I been coming eat at taco bell for like 2 months straight now and everytime I come in it has a black girl with dreads in her hair in there also so as i'm sitting there eating she always hurry up and pass her food and a freeze. and If she not giving me nothing for free nobody could have nothing free. I been calling about this for like a little over a month but nobody answer taco bell phone everytime ii call.

Taco Bell a cashier worker names joshua b.

During my visit to my nearest Taco Bell there was a cashier worker named Joshua B. I have encountered him twice now and each time he talked in a annoying and quite uncomfortable voice to all the costumers he encountered. The voice is a mid evil type voice. And while he was goofing off with that voice he got our order wrong both times we visited and I will not be coming to this Taco Bell until something is done to prevent this from happening.

Taco Bell two sisters working with each other

You got two sisters working under each other and one is a GM that needs to be fixed right away or there going to be a big problem that is against the taco bell rules my friend currently works for you and had to switch stores because her GM dated her daughter years ago so not right so there needs to be something done I believe so or there is going to be bigger problems

Taco Bell employee

I went to Charlestown Indiana tacobell yesterday and there was a young lady at front counter talking about another person using profanity talking about drugs and appearing to be under the influence of something herself I didn't appreciate the conduct in which she carried herself it really is unperfesdional. I asked another worker what her name was and it appears to be stormie but I'm not sure if that's really her names or not her last name is kerns

Was this a customer or an employee? Either way, you should not publicly accuse someone like that on a public forum. If an employee, you should speak to a manager, if it really bothers you. If it was a customer, then nothing you can really do except go on about your business.

Taco Bell my whole damn meal

First of all I bought the big box with the chalupa 5 layer burrito taco and twists shown on screen I ended up with chalupa that was stale and no taco or twists the 5 layer burrito was beans beans and more damn beans..we ordered extra meat what did we get half a scoop of meat period it didn't even cover his nacho Bell Grande and the taco that came with it didn't come with it.. Oh we asked for mild and fire we got hot and Diablo.. What a great resturant never will I ever ear there again $15 spent and wasted

Which was drive thru order was incomplete as I had Combo 6 of chalupa, where crunchy taco was missing as combo has 2 chalupa and 1crunchy taco.But crunchy taco was not when i checked my order at home. This not first time previously also they had same mistake.

Did you contact the location to let them know about the missing food? If you choose to go back in the future, you may want to check your order to make sure it's complete prior to departing. I personally try and do this whenever I get fast food.
