Last week we ordered 2 meat and potato burritos and when we got home there were no potatos oles Om the burritos and today I ordered a meat and potato burrito and asked to make sure it had potato oles on it and it only 5 after we asked to make sure it has them on there and also asked for no sour cream and had a whole pile on the shell. I don't think I'll be going back after I've given them a couple chances

My wife and I went to taco John's in Atchison ks and got two of the six packs and a pound and got home and the soft shell Taco's had hardly any meat on them almost none at all they had more lettuce then anything was not really happy with it at all my family loves taco John's but it seems to me that the one here in Atchison is going down hill and has for sometime when Thay had the old taco Bell KFC in Atchison we still went to taco John's because it was the best place to go and now they are putting a new taco place in town and I am hoping to still go to taco John's but if the food that we order don't get better than I will have no choice to go elsewhere like I said before we love taco John's and the food is great but it seems to me that it is going down hill and I don't want to see it close down because the employees don't care we have lost to many places here and don't want to lose you thanks so much

First I had to wait 20 minutes to get the food since they forgot to make the potatoe oles so they gave me a free burrito card. Then I get home and the sour cream container is opened and all over our food. And lastly my daughters taco wasn't even in the bag so I had to give her my taco. And I would have loved to go back and return the stuff but I live a half an hour away from the place. Just not happy at all

On June 11th my boyfriend and I went through the drive thru around 8:15pm and were the only vehicle in the drive. We ordered 15 dollars worth of food.. one of those items being a super potato ole with no tomatoes. We waited 10 minutes to get our food only to come home to the super potato oles only having sour cream and guac on them.. NO BEANS OR MEAT. We spent 6 dollars for oles. I could of let that go but then we try our other food which is cold. Awesome. So I call the taco John's .. the girl on the phone is not helpful.. she asked for my number so a manager can get ahold of me.. do you think that happened? Nope.. still waiting for a phone call.

The beefy burrito cost between 2$ and $3 a price which is a very high price considering there is little to no meat on the burrito. Is there a set amount or measurement that should be used when making the burrito. I'm very disappointed with the portions that are served out for the price that's had to pay. This is at the Fremont, Nebraska location. Find Joy Taco John's I'm glad they're back in our community but I'm considering not purchasing products there again because of the lack of product of which I am paying for. I am from maryland, but right now I am here in omaha, nebraska because of my work in first data.
It was my first time in taco john. So I was little confuse on menu and ask for help. But didnt get it, so I thought its ok... And then randomly I chose trio taco. Then the guy whose name is "alex" start to fix my taco.in front of my eyes... Without washing his hand and wearing gloves... He fixed my tacos. Just minute before that he was serving the drive thro - customers and he picked the dropped food from the floor to trash can. I was totally surprised... Wowww... specially on health issues..
And I asked him why did you not wash your hand before to touch my food. He said "he wants to give fast customer service"... "wowoow" really...
And I asked him another question "do you guys ever wear a gloves to make a food"? But I didnt get any answer of that question...,
And I told and requested him that " I used to work in subway - and used to be food certified manager, so please fix me another taco...!
Finally I got my trio taco... And ate with my lemon face. (I attached the snaps of my taco... And let me know... Does your all taco looks like that... And a taste too... Really...!
So,
Not washing hand, and wearing glove = health issue
Customer services = horrible
Food = pictured attached, decide your self...!

My suggestion :
If they need any health related training, customer services and how to make a good food... I will be happy to suggest and give good tips.

I ordered a number 3 (beef) and an extra taco. The place was busy yes, but I also work fast food so I understand. It took us 35 minutes to get our food, and I still got the wrong thing. I ended up getting a taco salad, chili, 2 spicy steak tacos, 2 tacos without meat, and 1 taco that was hard and soft shell. That order is way off from what I actually ordered. I could not go back in because I was in a hurry to get on the interstate to go on a trip.

My fiancé and I bought each two tacos, on taco tusday, figure that😒. The chick who served us at the window had a horrible additude, she was in a rush when there was no one in front of behind us, we asked for sauce twice and all she had to say was 'oh sauce what kind, here you go yep bye, byeeee have a great dayyyyy buhbyeee. In my words a stupid broad that needs to have a reality check and get her a## in check. When we got home we opend a bag of olays and a grilled taco.. That dosnt look like two hard shells and two soft shells to us. Every time we come to Eau Claire wi taco johns by memorial highschool we get ruid girls and wrong food. Not happy at all pretty discussed with the dumb chick at the window, disgusting.

We got a six pack &a pound and the potato olas were really burnt and hard it's of seasoning and taco shells on the soft shells were really hard. I got the potato olas for my 2 year Old daughter and I don't appreciate us waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for the food just for it to be hard and nasty . We were the only ones in the drive through and we waited 20 minutes just for are food .

Go here all the time and order two taco salads. One with extra meat. Asked why the meat seemed to be such a small AMT and the same but get charge 1.00 and she acted like it was nothing. Rolled her eyes and said I know u got extra meat I watched her put it on. I guess I will need to find another location for my weekly visit. This generation seems to not have good customer service skills. This is the taco John's on Hinkleville Rd in paducah ky

Amy Gibson who is the manager at Taco johns here in Douglas, Wy was very rude when my brother went to order food. She told them to order when ready and my brother replied "ok", not even 15 seconds later Amy came back over the intercom and said "order when you're ready" in a rude and sarcastic tone. This is not the first time I've had problems with the employees at our Taco Johns here and I am not the only one either. To constantly have rude employees and even the manager is unacceptable and ends up at a loss for the business. We have very few places to eat in our small town as it is and you get fewer places to choose from where you quit going to places with rude employees and managers.

This is the problem - I talked, I assume it was the manager, after my meal - she was nice, but not helpful. A couple of weeks ago, I came to your fast food business and really liked the refried beans, and potatoes - today was another thing, the beans were too dry, the potatoe tatos were very salty and not spiced - I explained to the girl I came back today, because of the the potato -
but after ordering a medium size and attempting to eat even 1/4 of it, it was awful - tasted like alot of salt had been put on it and the taste of old oil - I was hoping she would go a step further and offer me a refund on the item, but she did not, I did get a bag from her to take the potatos home, but decided to just throw them away.
Here's the thing, if a customer complains, the person should follow thru, refund the money - e.
