Taco Bell cheated out of my money

Yelm taco bell, a girl named jazeman, took our money for 1 chulupa, gave her a twenty, got back one dollar and change, said we give her a five.wouldn't call manager, said they check the till, right, look at is for 1 mln, then said she's right.cover their own behinds is what they did.I feel we were rob of twenty dollars, won't ever go to taco bell again

Taco Bell employee

I went through the drive through at approximately 10:30pm on 8/21/2017. The employee, Cortney W/F, was very unprofessional. I pulled up to the window and I don't know if I was the reason she had an attitude or not. I said nothing disrespectful or mean. She dropped my change in my hand in a disrespectful way. I gave her a good bye creating saying "thank you" and she just closed the window on me not saying anything. I asked for her manager and she asked what I wanted with her. I asked again and she got her. I asked the manager for her name and she gave it to me. Courtney had a nonchalant attitude as if she didn't care when I told her manger she was rude and that I was going to contact cooperate about this. If there's video please look at it. I'll never go back to that store again.

Taco Bell cashier gave attitude and refused to take order

This girl, her name was Lillian I assume since that was the name on her name tag, refused to take my order. I got to the register and smiled and began to order when she scoffed and told someone else to take the register. She then yelled at some guy making food. I saw her pull out her phone as she walked into the back. Very rude girl. That was by far the most offended I've felt in a while. It was a rather embarrassing experience.

Taco Bell horrible horrible chalupa's. stale!

Took my son to Taco Bell as reward for helping me carry furniture. He got chicken enchilada and 2 cheezy Gordida Crunch. I got 2 Chalupa Beef Supremes. Both crumbled when I bit into it and there was nothing but about a tablespoon of beef and all lettuce. Once I got past the edges of the chalupa it was so tough I could not bite through it . I had to tear at it. I wound up just throwing it away. It cost me $15 for a very very disappointing meal. I was shocked because we prefer the Taco Bell in Lansdale. But this was just awful. I have saved the receipt incase you want some info from it.

Taco Bell store manager

Fwd: ive been an assistant little over a year now in the clare michigan store 024033 I sent this to district manager and now to you..
You have to know that jen in clare sits in the office all the time playing on phone shes very lazy.. She copies truck orders from previous weeks as well as schedules.. Makes employess close store then has them come back 4 hrs later while she leaves early after working little easy shifts like 6am to 2pm all the time she leaves in middle of rushes and buses frequently just thursday left 2 new people on inside line middle of bus 20 min times she leaves.. She is in no way working anything close to her 50 hrs shes rude and [censored]y to the employees all the time and overworks them with crazy shifts.. Why your turnover is so bad you cant think that all 50 people she fired recently or have quit. Ie.. Kristina of 6 years are the issue.. Or the many assistants that have come and gone were the problem.. Your couple managers that are left the 3 left.. Are talking all time about looking for somewhere else to work because way she treats them courtney ashley and wayne everyones fed up with it getting abused mentally and physically by her actions.. She did not further any of my training and I feel was doing anything she could to get me to quit or fired for awhile now because everyone likes working with me and customers frequently gave me compliments on my performance.. No one likes working for her most really really dislike it.. If you dont believe me investigate her once interview the employees watch her on cameras.. You will see whats really happening in clare.. Its not the hundreds of people she has run through that is the problem.. Its her.. Have a good day.. Will parker fired for not washing my hands properly.. What a joke..

Taco Bell wouldn't serve me

Me and my mom went threw the drive threw at 12:38am and the manager crystal came on the speaker and said that she would not serve me because my motor was to loud I said excuse me? And nothing so I was driving off and when I drove by the window crystal was giving me and my mother the middle finger cussing at us saying bad names I was so embarrassed to even have my mom out like this that is not management material she is suppose to be there for other employees. But to give me the middle finger out the drive threw window calling us out of our name for no reason at all is I'm called for. If something does not get done about this I will have to go a step further. 1467 akron ohio 44306 tacobell

Taco Bell worst employee attitude & wrong food

Hi,

I had ordered two chalupa (No Meat but beans) and one Mexican pizza (NO meat but beans) and apple empanada, on 8/19/2017 11:53:32 PM at Taco Bell, 8613 Ohio Drive, Plano, TX - 75024.

Though I had stressed on substituting Meat with Beans, I was given Beef in all the orders. After reaching home, I found this is something other than Beans, and went back to the store which is 6 miles away from home.

When I asked about the why I was given meat even after the order says Beans, the below was the behavior of the staff

1) First Person slammed the take out door and did not respond to my question at all
2) Second person came over, and when I asked why I was given beef, as I am allergic to beef, She responded saying there are only two people working and they did not look at the order properly before delivering
3) When I asked what If I got allergic after eating this food, She asked me rudely, if I got allergic now. I mean, what kind of customer service is this?
4) When I asked if they mess up all the orders because only two people work, she slammed the door
5) when asked about honoring a refund as I had to travel back and forth and was given a wrong order, even after stressing, she said rudely that no refund can be given
6) when asked about their names, I was given none.
7) when asked about manager, she said, she is the manager

This is by far the worst experience I have had in Taco bell. The behavior of these two employees after committing a mistake is definitely spoiling the reputation of Taco Bell. They did not even have the curtsey of saying a sorry for the mistake they did.

Very bad bad bad bad bad experience.

Worst employee and customer support ever.

If I got food allergy due to this, I would definetly be talking to my attorney.

Taco Bell horrible customer service and food is never consistent

The Taco Bell on Cartwright in Mesquite has some serious issues. We never know what we're going to get. A simple Spicy Potato Soft Taco was missing the spicy sauce and the potatoes had clearly been sitting out for hours. Cold, dry potatoes. Sometimes we visit, and the dollar menu items are nicely stuffed and are fresh. Other days, like today, our order of a Spicy Potato Soft Taco and 3 Beefy Frito Burritos was pretty sad. It was about 1/4 food to 3/4 Tortilla. The woman at the drive through needs to lose her attitude if she wants to work in customer service. She dropped some change that was handed to her and blamed it on us. She stuck the bag of food out and shut the window without saying anything. She wasn't wearing a name tag, but she was a young girl with a red weave in a fishnet.

Taco Bell wrong order

Ordered 4 double chalupas, 1 crispy taco

Got 4 regular chalupas, 1 meat only burrito

This is the fourth time in a row that order was incorrect. We paid for the correct order so we were over charged.

You need to get new management and employees in Cedar Hill Tx., Hwy 67 store. We won't be returning. People in main office need to pay attention to hiring practices. Obviously you criteria is below par. You have to wonder if someone is padding their own pocket.

Taco Bell has online ordering. There (and ONLY there) you will find items to be added to whatever order - it's not on the in store or drive thru menu! My Taco Bell always gets their online order just right. It's the only way I go Taco Bell. Try it - you'll like it!

Taco Bell tv commercial

Cant stand their comercial. I turn off my tv and it really puts me on an anger mood. That loud obnoxious sound. Take it off the air and hore a new marketing guy that understands about making people crave ir food and not hate it! I cant even remember what the comercial is about. Only thing that comes to mind is to turn it off or get to the volume button. Irritating! Annoying! Horrible!

Taco Bell wet floor. slip and fall injury

I visited 2131 E Shaw Ave., Clovis CA 93611 on. 8/19/17 at 9:22 am. The store manager Lindsey saw me but did not acknowledge me and so I decided to take my nephew to the restroom while a different cashier became available. On our way out my 5 year old nephew started walking towards the door and I called to come back because I need to grab the food off the counter. Next I heard him fall and hit his head on the counter. He immediately began crying and complaining his knees hurt. He explained that he turned around and because the floor was recently mopped he slipped on the wet floor. I called for an associate several times but no one came. Finally the store manager came out and I told her the floor was wet and that my nephew fell. I told her they should have a sign up. She did not say ANYTHING! She walked to the back to get a wet floor sign. She placed it on the floor and walked to the back. My nephew was still crying, clearly complaining that he was hurt and she did not acknowledge any of it. I walked over to the counter and asked to speak to a manager and when I was told she was the manager I was shocked. I know for a fact she heard me request to speak to a manager and even then she did not come out. It was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional of an employee even as a human being not to acknowledge someone who just fell and simply ask of they are OK.

Taco Bell service

My mother and I came in for breakfast and waiting 20 minutes to even get our food and then when we did get it, it was put in a bag and thrown on the counter towards my mom after we had asked for it to be dine in. We do not appreciate our food being thrown around. After we went up and asked about our food the man working was very rude and said they were waiting on hashbowns but at that time we were already waiting for 15 minutes

Taco Bell coupon for messed up order

Taco bell located at 5560 n port washington road. Glendale wisconsin. 8/18/17 at 8:18pm. Carry out.

During this visit my daughter attempted to redeem a post cart for a free soda and two cinnamon twists for a screwed up order in the past. The card was sent from this store in 2014 with no expiration date on it. My daughter recently found the card while cleaning. So she tried to redeem the coupon/card but was told to pay instead. Came back out to the card and told me.

I went in and asked for the manager and the girl who refused to spell her name for me wouldn't get the manager until I complained further. And she started to laugh at me like my concern was frivilous and humorous. When I asked her to spell her name she told me to say please because I was "kinda hostile" apparently for complaining. Asked her for a pen and she stated she didn't have one yet it was right in front of her. I was then told that the card was only good for 30 days. The manage who I was told has the name of monique then came over and also refused to honor the card. She stated that it was too old and the person that signed it doesn't even work there anymore. She also told this worker to not give the card back to me, apparently to take my evidence away. But I took the card back when showing them there was no expiration on it. This entire time the cashier continued to laugh at me which made me feel ridiculed for trying to redeem a coupon/card with no expiration on it that this particular store sent to us. When I said I was going to contact corporate they stated they didn't care.

I felt humilated by their actions and being laughed at and being dismissed. It seems that the customer isn't treated with respect when voicing concerns and addressing a problem. The coupon by law was to be honored as it didn't have an expiration date and it was only a cheap [censor] soda and cinnamon twists which costs the store little, they throw away more and give away more refills than those items, but the principle of honoring your stores promises/coupons is what really matters as well as how you treat your customers.

My kids and I eat at taco bell often as it is one of our favorite fast foods but this and another past experience at another store has me questioning taco bells commitment to pleasing the customer with good food and good service.

My desireable resolution to this matter is address this issue with the store owner so that these employees can be retrained on how to treat the customer with respect.

To make us whole, taco bell can provide coupons to provide all 5 of us with free meals including sodas to be used at a location other than this location as I don't feel after that treatment I would be treated as a valuable customer at the glendale location in the future.

Taco Bell couldn't complete my order

I went to taco bell on Holland road in Virginia beach at 225 am they closed at 0300 am. I ordered 5 tacos and they told me that they could not complete my order because they didn't have enough beef. Even though they didn't close for another 35 minutes. I was very mad and I'm thinkinf about never going to that establishment ever again necause of their laziness.

Taco Bell pizza hut pizza and other things.

Taco Bell Albuquerque NM located on Hanover and Coors. The last 6 times I have been to this location, they never have any pizzas ready, I order something else, they can't get the orders right. The people who take orders in drive though are rude and not helpful at all. This Taco Bell just got a make-over, but the same people stayed and it is the worst Taco Bell still here in Albuquerque. I eat at almost all of them, my favorite food, but this one is always a problem.

Taco Bell service

I have been to store #3599 several times and I spoke to the man in the window and advised him that everytime I come to this particular Taco Bell they mess up my order. Accordingly, I asked him to check double check my order as I was not going to sit in my car & figure out what was in the bag or not. He told me he checked it. When I got home of course things were missing. Also I said no spicy sauce cause my grandfather can't eat spicy food now he tries his food and its spicy. I tried talking to the manager several times I even left my number never got a call.

Taco Bell beefy potato-rito and the lack thereof

I go to the 8625 4th avenue Taco bell in bay ridge. Right off the bat their prices are inflated being there's only one in the area and they serve their items with less food then any other taco bell i've been to but I deal with it. But no more. Today got me fed up when I purchased four beefy potato-ritos.

I had ate one and there was nothing but mostly wrap, so I opened the rest up and there was virtually almost nothing in them. I understand they're a dollar but there's more food in the advertised picture (the very front of the burritto) than there is in the entire item. To me this location is not only at fault for highway robbery but also skimming the substance out of their menu items.

Taco Bell food

I ordered $20 worth of food and did not get what I paid for. They left out a chalupa and didn't make the burrito I wanted, supreme. No saices included even after I was asked did I want any. I eat at this Taco Bell prob about once a month or two and this is about the 3rd time in 4-5 months my order was not right, yet the is the first time I've complained. I'd like to be reimbursed please. Or, have a gift cert sent to me.

I went thru the drive thru at 1:38 am, I had ordered 1 bf chalupa supreme add nacho chze w/ no tomatoes, I mini chkn quesadilla sub green sauce & sub regular chkn and 1 burrito supreme lite beans sub green sauce.
I received chalupa supreme add nacho chze, however there was very little meat and also my burrito supreme had little meat and like 4 pieces of lettuce and I got no beans on my burrito. Very very unsatisfied

Taco Bell customer service

Poor customer service and dangerous! First off if you don't wanna do your job then why work there! You have to speak up in the intercom so we cab hear you instead of a moping talk! (Communication is the key.) two it was dangerous when she came and took my money with chemicals on her hands and fixing my drinks and handling my food with them! That's a major thing in the personal protective equipment book! I don't wanna drink suds nor eat it!
