Taco Bell steak nacho box

Placed an order over 26 bucks ordered 2 of your steak nacho boxes the chips we're stale and they had only like four pieces of meat on each one. Very disappointed had a steak nachos a few days ago they were very good. The location is Herndon and marks fresno ca 93722 the service was quick and respectful the quality of food of this location always has issues.

Taco Bell drive thru broken continually

The Taco Bell in Shelby North Carolina has had a problem with its drive thru being out of service several times now. An employee is able to tell a customer through the drive thru speaker that the drive thru is not working and the restaurant is only serving customers inside. How is the drive thru broken if the microphone to relay to customers their order is working?

Taco Bell horrible

We just experienced a very horrible service at one of your locations. I was on my 30 minute lunch this afternoon and having a taco bell less then a mile down the road that is where I headed. After waiting in the drive thru line for 18 minutes, I called the store, and explained to them that I needed to be let out of the drive thru(the drive thru is in between two buildings), that I was now going to be late to my return to work and reprimanded . The manager explained that they were short staffed. I asked if the truck in front of us could pull ahead (like most restaurants) so we could pass, and her response was that they don't do that and the longer she stayed on the phone, the longer it was taking to push people through the line. Now more upset hung up on her. and waited until they supplied the vehicle ahead with their food. a total of 26 minutes was spent in that drive thru, and never no food. I had to call my place of employment from the drive thru to explain how I was going to be late coming back from lunch. I also received a point against my attendance because of the poor management of a "fast food" environment.

Taco Bell tacos w/ sour cream

I think the photograph will suffice to explain the problem. The Taco Bell in Gainesville, Florida #26458 provided me with the most sub-par taco imaginable. No lettuce, no tomato, barely any meat, little sad spots of sour cream, a soggy shell that was cracked in half and stuck to the paper...I was astonished. Usually, I get a terrific product but this was really off the mark. All six were exactly like the one pictured. This photo is exactly as I unwrapped it. I was so astonished I snapped the photo. This occurred on 6/28/2018 at 9:46 pm. I paid $12.72 for these sad little things.

Taco Bell disrespected and misinformed

On June 28th at about 1:30am my husband & I tried ordering food. A few issues. #1 Outside lights & menu were off. #2 35 minutes before closing i was greeted with a "I'm sorry we are currently closed" recording. Then a guy came on to take my order. AFTER $35 worth of food was ordered I was then told they ran out of beans. I can be gullible so I asked him if he was serious and he said yes. Ordering 2 $6 cravings boxes, 3 bean and cheese burritos, #2 (steak) and a chicken quesadilla. I proceeded to the window to pay and I was then told that they ran out of rice and beef as well. The only items they could make were the $6 boxes (which didn't make sense considering beef was on the chalupa). Then I was being charged full price for the drinks that were supposed to be in our meals. So my $35 order was now $17. Why weren't we informed before our order was placed? I get it, 35 minutes until closing time and employees are tired and ready to go home. My opinion, food was already put away so why not lie to a customer and tell us they ran out. My husband expressed his opinion to the guy who was making the food and that's when we were told that beans would take 30 to make and Taco Bell closed at 2am. My husband told him that he would talk to the manager about the incident and the guy told him he was the manager. We left feeling disrespected and with NO food.
Outside lights and menu lights were off, being greeted with an "I'm sorry we are currently closed" recording and being told they ran out of 3 ingredients that make most of the food there, sounds to me like employees/manager started closing earlier than they should have. The employee who was working at the window was quiet and didn't say anything. His facial expression at least showed he felt bad.
Having 3 hungry children at home, and being as late as it was, instead of bringing home Taco Bell to eat, they got a bag of chips and something to drink from the gas station next door instead. Something needs to be done. Sorry I didn't get any names.

Taco Bell customer service

I went through the drive thru on June 28, 2018 at 10:11pm I ordered 2 steak nachos boxes pulled up to window to pay, the lady very rudely opened the window said we don't have anymore steak I was about to ask her if she could switch it for something else she closed the window on my face looked at co-workers and said this Mexican people I stayed there for a few more min. She never opened the window back up she just continued to stare at co-workers I understand sometimes things happen and you don't have all ingredients for certain items on the menu I was very disappointed I had never in my life been treated this way at taco bell.

Taco Bell service

I go to this Taco Bell pretty frequently and every time I go up there always have to pull forward so they can meet their number. When I finally get my order in and out 10 times is wrong so I have to go back through the drive-through or go inside for them to correct it and they seem to get an attitude about it . I even told this lady the last visit that I do not want to pull forward because of my experience from before and she said I had to.

Taco Bell the new slushy are never up and running.

I'm complaining about the drinks slushy. In Jacksonville Florida. Lem Turner Ave. The slush been advertised since January I think. Regardless I have not taste it yet. The sign needs to be taken down or you all need to serve the drink. The watermelon ones they always says the machine is down. I'm tried of hearing that. I would love to taste one. Or stop the advertisement.

Taco Bell their customer service

I was in taco bell on 47th and Broadway on June 27, 2018 around 9pm and I ordered 2 shredded mini chicken quesadillas and one of them had twice the amount of meat in it than the other. We called and complained to them and they replied with a "you pay a dollar you get a dollar" and the customer service was terrible and if that's how it is going to be you can bet your pretty little [censored] I won't be spending any more money on your franchise.

Taco Bell store @ 11328 leopard st.in corpus christi

Visited the lobby with my elderly mom on a Monday and we noticed that the place was a mess food on floor trash on floor and the same on tables.After waiting 15 min.we were told that they ran out of beans so they gave us two coupons for two free tacos.On Wednesday we returned and sat down (I had to wipe the food off of the table)my mom and I noticed the same stain next to a table were someone had spilled food that had not been moped.As we waited for our order and looked around we decided that we would not eat there and never go back.

Taco Bell the store was filthy

I have visited the Taco Bell in Hernando, Ms. more than once and it is the same each time ( I hoped it would be a one time thing being so nasty so I gave it another chance). The store had 3 customers in the lobby and after I received my order I could not find a clean table to eat at. The floors had trash, napkins, and empty sauce packets on it. The tea canister was empty and no salt packs were available. The commodes in the women's bathroom were over flowed and the nasty water was standing in the floor. On top of every thing else the staff were at the counter taking on their cell phones and discussing their salaries. On team member started last year at 7.50/ a hour and got a 10 cent raise. The atmosphere is terrible. I would be ashamed, from the crew members to the corporate workers, that I worked for a company that had zero pride in cleanliness. I want be surprised if the health department shuts the store down. How could it pass code?

Taco Bell service

I love this location and have never had a problem before tonight. They blamed it on new employees. We went through the drive thru and came all the way home to realize our order was completely wrong. Called to get it fixed. They said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Waited an additional 25 minutes and finally got it. Cashier was very rude inside. Very upset with my usual quick Taco Bell fix turning into a long drawn out mess.

Taco Bell bean burrito

Hello my name is Nichelle Smith and I went thru the drive thru at Taco Bell off 119th and blackbob on in Olathe Kansas on 6/24/18 I ordered 4 things and one was mines upon eating my burrito i bit into a small black object that wasn't part of the ingredients. I immediately called the store asked for the manager and the person that answered asked if They could take a message I said no and I advised that I couldn't. The manager Shawn came to the phone and I explained what he didn't seem remorseful of any sort. I went back in the morning and retired the item and was given a refund but honestly I think there should be something done about this so it will not happen to anyone else.

Taco Bell $5.00 box speciality as advertised on television

Taco Bell located at 4930 New Jesup Hwy, Brunswick GA 31520, I've watch your advertised commercial for the $5.00 Specialty Box in the past and once I made the purchase I was charged more. $5.99. When you had the $5.00 fill up, I had to go home to replay the commercial to make sure I saw the right price. I stayed away from Taco Bell for some months. I recently returned when I saw the Steak Nachos advertisement on TV for $5.00, well I went to purchase 2 and was again charged $5.99 this time I question why I was being charge that price when it was being advertised on TV for $5.00, I was told that the advertisement was corporate, I asked what that meant and ask for a manager. with no resolution. Why would they not honor the advertisement if they are using Taco Bell Brand?

Taco Bell customer service

Last night at the Taco Bell in Tazewell TN I was very rudely talk to by employee who said she was an manager she accused me if taking my food and then trying to come back and say I didn't get it to try to get more food when I never received my food in the first place. She accused me off trying to steal food. She spoke to me in the most rude and loud way in front of all of the employees and customers, my cousin was with me and witnessed it all. Not to mention last week I was there and ordered and had to go back three times to get my order correct. I will never go back to your restaurant and I really think you guys should train customer service. Especially someone who is suppose to be a manager

Taco Bell customer service

I complained about this store before and received 3 free item coupons but this store refuses to take them. The employees are extremely rude and are at work to play and not take orders or prepare food. They are constantly telling guests they are out of certain items only because they don't feel like making that item.
They laugh and play as if the guests cannot hear them talking about people.
I am not one of those people that complain much but this is ridiculous.
Management is never visible to complain to, and staff has no respect for where their paycheck comes from.
The Port Allen Taco Bell/KFC should be completely restaffed management and all.

Taco Bell the customer service from the cashier and my freeze

I went to Taco Bell at 630 NE 79th st Miami, Fl 33138. My order number is 373294. The cashier's name is Cheslaire. I ordered the steak nacho box and the new watermelon freeze. He did tell me they didn't have the candy that goes in it. I got to the window and asked him if they had the candy because I did not see it in my drink and he ignored me. I asked 2 more times and he shook his head and told me no.Then got a total attitude with me for asking him about my order that was messed up. I will go to McDonald's before I ever go to that Taco Bell or any other ones. That way he treated me was unnecessary.

It's 1:25 am on a Monday night and I pull up
To Taco Bell to grab one of my favorites on the menu already knowing they don't
Close till 3am . I see two workouts standing outside smoking cigarettes and I ask if they were closing down because the lights from
Inside are shut off, his respond
Was "yeah we're closed sorry " . So already aware of their house I asked what time do they normally
Closed and he came back and said "
Well we don't don't till 3 am but we can serve because our systems will be down for the rest of the night " I said "
Oh that's sucks does it usually
Happen "? He then replied " well it'll be 20 minutes " . I asked if I can try to wait it out maybe it won't be long .so I pull to the intercom and less than two minutes he asks for my order lol . That's just [censored]!

Taco Bell chicken chalupa.

I went an ordered a naked chicken chalupa box, get home to find out the chalupa wasn't in the box. So I go back a SECOND time to get what I ordered and they made it right. I get back home to realize that the individual naked chicken chalupa I had also ordered the first time I was there, was NOT a naked chicken chalupa. I'm very disappointed right now. I don't eat out often and when I do I like to go to Taco Bell. I'm not going to continue and pay to have my order messed up nearly every time I go!

Taco Bell customer service

I go to taco bell every night after work. But tonight I was treated horrible. A girl I've never seen before was so rude to me because I had a few questions. Every question I asked her was I don't know. I asked it She could ask someone else and She said I don't know to that either. She even closed the window while I was talking to her. Then a guy comes to the window beside her laughing I guess she made a funny remark about me. He opened the window and I heard he say yea you help the [censored] cause she asking too many questions. I asked him what her name was and she yell out Amber. She's a African American heavy se5 female with gold braids, no patience and a horrible attitude to be working Customer service please speak with her boss. I know for a fact I've spent a lot of money there and don't deserve to be treated like that I was so discussed I feared she would do something to my food so I went somewhere else.
