Taco Bell / service/staff

I am very supportive of Taco Bell and always have been a fan of the service and product. Today 11/22/17 I went through the drive thru at 01:45am hours to order a small order of food. As I pulled up to the drive thru (open from 7am-2am) I observed several employees run to a back room. I attempted to make contact with them still observing I had time left to order before they closed. I received no answer and no employee came out the back. I have never received any inconsideration like this as I did today from any Taco Bell employee. I understand it was late but the fact the employees did not take my order was offensive. If this keeps up I will let many others known of this incident in our small town and advise many of the supporters of Taco Bell of the inconsideration of the employees and restaurant. I don't want to talk bad about taco bell but I had a very bad experience. If the store wants to close early make it 01:00 am instead of 2:00am.
