Taco Bell customer service

Over the past 3 months of going to the taco bell location in Clemson, SC I have received my order incorrect more times than not. Not only that, but I have had to wait over 10 minutes for my food several times as well as it being cold when I get it. Tonight I went through the drive thru with my dog and he was whining as naturally all dogs do when they want attention or food. I got to the window and two women were standing there, one said, "That's not right. I can't watch that" and walked away while the other said, "I have no problem calling animal control right now" while she was touching her phone. I am furious! They had no right whatsoever to comment or speak in such a manner about me or my dog. I will not be going back to this taco bell location ever again for the awful customer service and food quality control.

Taco Bell cold food and terrible service

The night before we went to Taco Bell and order $20 worth of food when we got home to eat it which is less than 5 minutes to our house food was ice cold so we call them and they offer to remake our food so the next evening we went back and they remade our food and they were out of chicken and steak and the tacos they made us had absolutely no meat on it which you can see in the picture provided this is ridiculous

Taco Bell the whole store including food handling

I paid for my food online. I get to the store and they start making my food. The one female puts the food in the iron press. A guy takes it out and puts it on the nasty table. This upset me but not as bad as after I told them I wanted it remade the female wraps it up and puts it in the box to give to me. Being a little heated at this time I tell the manager I want my money back. She tells me I cant have my money because I paid for it online through the app. I don't want anything from here, and now I cant have my money either? REALLY?!?! What kind of SCAM are you guys running here? I now ask the manager for the GM's phone number. She goes fumbling around with a piece of paper, then she walks to the back and comes back and has her cell phone. She was giving me some excuse why she couldn't find the GM's phone number. During this the female in the back making the food is staring at me like she wants to fight. So I ask her what her problem was. The manager then starts yelling at me and saying don't yell at my people. I said whatever...give me your managers number. She then says no...I'm calling the police. I said I don't care call the police. When the police get there... They ask me what is going on... so I tell them what happened. They ask if I hit them...I said no of course not. They said they had got a call and the customer assaulted them. I want a copy of the video while I was there. I am going to go public with this whole story. From not getting my money back to your employees trying to give me food that was sitting on the table to your manager yelling at me then putting in a false report... your store is pathetic. I still want my $28 back too. Shame on you allowing your employees to handle food in this manner, then to get mad at your customers when they say something.

Taco Bell manager, employee

My manager at taco bell locations strawberry square and Harrisburg east mall in Harrisburg PA is beyond disrespectful and does not treat me fairly. I am the only Caucasian person working for him and I am getting laid less than all the other employees. My pay rate is 7.50 while everyone is getting paid over 8.00 hour. I am a single mother, working is my only income I get no child support no help I have absolutely no support. Bimal (manager) took me off the schedule as I questioned him why I'm getting paid less than everyone I asked him through a text message and he told me not to come in the next day as I was scheduled to work that day . The following week I text him to double check on the time I start work and he told me he found someone to work . He did not tell me that and how can you give someone my schedule without telling me? Those altercations happened within the weeks of August 20. Further in he is allowing me to be harassed by another employee named shaquay fuellen. She was trying to fight me at work on Friday 28th of September. He is careless when it comes to me. He favors Shaquay as well as the other African American employees because he is afraid of them. They clock out to smoke, leave for days and come back wherever they want. Not to mention the girl Maia who works at the Harrisburg mall who Bimal knows is a THIEF she was just in jail twice from stealing from Macy's but yet Bimal wanted to make her manager. Than there's the new girl Danielle Chavious who so Bimal and his wife claims she talks to much so they put her in taco bell at the Harrisburg mall she was working strawberry square. The favoritism Bimal gives is sickening! Since when did employees get free gift cards if they get so many surveys signed? Funny how shaquay is the only one to know about it. The same girl who called his own WIFE a b#### but is still employed there. Same girl who curses in front of customers and is always on her phone. I don't understand how a manager can favor a person like that let alone not treat all his employees equally. They make food with no gloves. Bimal cut my hours because I've wrote a bad review on facebook. For a week now I've been trying to get in contact with Ken (head boss) but Bimal refused to give me his number so he told me Ken works Saturday mornings at the Harrisburg mall so there I go with my daughter to the Harrisburg mall yesterday. Ken was not there but Bimal was. I asked nicely from all employees if anyone has Ken's number they said no. Bimal was on a call I sat for 20 minutes waiting for him to get off. As he finally got off the phone he told the other employee Robin to wash the dishes so he can make orders so he don't have to speak to me. I stood in line with every time he gave the customers their order I asked if I can have Ken's number and he ignored me as if I was invisible. If you watch the cameras you will clearly see how poorly he treats me. I feel like as an employee I should treated with respect and work should be my second home. I love my job I love my country workers but my manager is a poor manager who does not take pride in his job. I've worked in the food industry for 12 years and I know better than to always wear Gloves when making food. I should be getting paid the same as everyone else. Regardless of how unfair and ignorance my manager puts upon me. I still go to work every day on time and I do my job. Everything is always stocked, well kept and clean. My other coworker is lazy and Bimal does her dirty work now that she had surgery on getting her tubes tied. I don't want to leave taco bell I just wish to be treated with respect and like a human being.

Taco Bell drive thru

Went through drive thru and I asked lady if they had any nacho fries box and she said NOPE rudely and didn't say anything else. Did not smile and when she gave me my total she snatched my card off my hand, and then when she gave me my food she gave a dirty look. I will not be coming to this restaurant again, I had issues in the past in this restaurant.

Taco Bell service

My mother went through your drive through with my nieces and came home almost in tears! First of all she sat in your drive through for an unbelievable 32 minutes, next she didn't get the correct food nor was it completed twice, so the woman snatched the bag twice from my 74 year old mothers hand! I am completely appalled and this store is horrendous!

Taco Bell crunch wrapped box

What is the price of the box $5.00 $5.95 $5.45 I was charged 5.95 the t v. Commerical say 5.00 the clerk Ignored my complaint an they had a sign that read 5.45 I also told her it was false advertising. The drive through sign read 5.00 but when you drove around they charged a different price. So what is the price? Could someone please clear this up for nme

Taco Bell service

At approximately 1:22pm Sept 30, 2018 I went to the drive through window at the Taco Bell on Morse Road in Columbus. The man spoke so fast I could not understand him and I told him so. I placed my order for a combo with Pepsi as the drink. I was told they were out of Pepsi. I said that I would take a caramel apple freeze instead. They would not give me any credit for the drink that they did not have. When I got to the window I asked to speak to the manager who repeated the same, no credit on the Pepsi included with the combo meal. I asked for her name and she would not give it. Walked away saying if I did not like it I could eat somewhere else, which I did because of her rudeness. Also, the young man said when I attempted to pay with a $10 he said I told you before you ordered exact change or a payment card. Apparently part of the speech that I did not understand and said so when I drove up. I have never been treated like that. I would expect the manager to have manners, which she did not. No apology or anything. Just "eat somewhere else". I will from now on.

Taco Bell nachos bellgrande

Ordered a nachos bell grande and it not only had a bad smell but it tasted bad. Possibly the chips were stale but couldnt even take a second bite. Have tried to call the store I got them from more than once and no one answers! This is almost a 6 dollar dish and to not be able to get ahold of anyone to even give a heads up is upsetting. There is no where on the receipt to even call so I had to Google what to do and even then I'm not sure if this will help.

Taco Bell service

Loyal customer for decades.

Drive through took 23 minutes and forgot part of order.

Inside customers were upset. One looked at me leaving and and said, "this place f***ing sucks" because of the wait I'm guessing.

Employees kept rolling their eyes at each other when getting Complants from other customers.

The food we received was nothing like a taco bell product (just quso and meat rolled up in a wrap, not bf 5layer or burrito Supreme).

I don't expect a lot from a fastfood place but this was seriously ridiculous.

I ordered a 12 pack of soft taco Supremes to go and a soft drink to go. When I went to eat my food the tacos were rolled up like cigarettes and thrown in the box, hardly no meat and No sour cream on them, there were no tomatoes on them, and lettuce and cheese was thrown everywhere. When I pay $21.00+ for a meal I certainly expect better quality in my food. I don't know if I'll ever go back to this location again.

Taco Bell didn't get all the food I ordered

I ordered food earlier today online using the app and when picked up missed some of my food 2 of my drinks were never picked up want my money back from my drinks in fact a friend went to pick it up as I was to busy to do so, he came back and said here it is, i asked where the drinks were and he said this is what the girl gave me. Just looking to money back from my drinks.

Taco Bell terrible customer service

We placed an online order we arrived 35mins before closing and nobody would answer us they all hid from any windows you could smell pot all around the building we waited 10 mins in drive thru with no response this is the 3rd time we have tried this taco bell and everytime has been the same I'm to the point I won't recommend this taco bell ever and will never return thanks for a crappy experience

Taco Bell our order was awful

We ordered a crunch wrap supreme, which we're usually happy about, but the one we received was folded small and had pretty much nothing in it. It was tortilla, lettuce, tomatoes with a hint of cheese. We also ordered 2 of the Gordita crunch supreme...again, nothing in it...the cheese that's supposed to be melted, or at least not frozen, between the two, wasn't frozen but cold, but all lettuce and tomato. Ordered a few regular soft shell tacos, it was all lettuce. Highly disappointed. The lady at the window was very rude, didn't say hi or even "here's your change", just gave us the bag of ‘food' and shut the window. First, customer service was awful...obviously not expecting 5star for drive through but be decent enough to acknowledge us. 2nd, care about what you're doing! If you can't even put together a basic taco, don't work there...

Taco Bell food

Sept 28th at 620 in holly mi we sat in line for well over 20 mins... finally get our food to have it wrong figures.. a soft taco with no meat the main thing?! Other taco which was suppose to be no lettuce there's lettuce... then proceed to leave with what we thought was a correct order now. To only find out that the chicken quesadilla we order doesn't even have chicken! When callin back to inform her to check her kitchen she hung up on me! Her excuse was sorry short staff! I will be calling first thing tomorrow with different manager!

Taco Bell customer service and food portions

I ordered three (3) of your crunchy tacos and a senior beverage (since I will be 70 years old soon). As I was eating my tacos, I noted that the second taco had less ingredients the first taco. When I opened the wrapping for the third taco, I saw that this taco had around ten shreds of cheese. I proceeded to the front counter and waited to be acknowledged, since no one was present. One of the workers shouted out to me, asking what I wanted, while she was in the food preparation area making an order. I asked her if she would come over to the front counter so that I could show her my taco. Just as she arrived at the front counter, and I was showing her the taco, a second (female) worker came over and examined the taco. This particular worker was attired differently so I guessed she was a supervisor. She told the first worker something which I could not hear, and I returned to my table with the taco. To my surprise, the first worker came to my table and gave me a small container of shredded cheese for the taco. After I had completed dining, I returned to the front counter to speak with the supervisor. I waited until she came to the front counter, at which time I asked if she was the manager. She stated in the affirmative that she was the manager. I then told her that I was surprise that I was given a container of cheese for me to put on the taco. I asked her that as a manager, would it not have been more appropriate for her to have the taco remade rather than have me place/prepare the shredded cheese on the taco. She just stared at me as if in disbelief, and then stated, "well you got more cheese than what's normally on a taco, didn't you"? I replied that if I were to complain to Taco Bell, as I was holding up my receipt and pointing to the reverse side which states "Tell The Bell", that I was sure Taco Bell would agree with me that I should not had to place cheese on my taco and the taco should have been remade. At that point she asked me if I wanted her to make another taco. I told her that I had completed my dining and I left the restaurant.

Taco Bell service

This is the 3rd time I have gone to taco bell in helena, arkansas around 12:00am and they have not served us! The hours state they do not close until 1am! This is reduculous! They were sittin in their cars outside the restaurant and stared at us as we pulled through 2 times tonight! They need to do their job since that's what they get paid for! They are representing taco bell in a bad way! And i'm about to completely stop going there!

Taco Bell no tomatoes on tacos or pico de gallo on the fresco tacos last week or today??!!

Last week we got take out at the Taco Bell in Seffner, FL on Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Our crunchy taco and our Chalupa had only meat and lettuce and cheese and our Fresco tacos had only meat and lettuce. We didnt' want to go back so we just ate them. Today we went to the same one and ordered lunch to eat there. AGAIN, no tomato on our chalupa and tacos had only meat and lettuce. I asked the girl behind the counter that took our order and she said they no longer put tomatoes on those items. Guess they no longer put pico de gallo on the Fresco tacos either although I didn't order those this time. She said you have to ask for them and it was now an "add-on", I guess that means more money charged! Is this true or just something they're doing there? Not fair to just stop preparing the food as it's always been done and just not say anything. Not very good tasting without tomatoes! I wont' be going back there if it's going to be a charge for the few little chunks of tomatoes they put on food that's supposed to have them anyway.

Taco Bell service in drive through.

11:40 a.m. Taco bell on south 5th Avenue, Pocatello, Idaho 83201. Went through drive in, ordered food. Passenger also wanted food but had to pay separately. Window worker told me I would have to go through the drive through a second time or walk in for him to ring up my passengers order, that it was more convenient for them on getting orders out on time. There was no one else in the drive through but me. So I went in and played for my meal and asked for a second order for my passenger. It took them 10 minutes to get me my already cooked food because they didn't understand that I just drove through the drive through and then walked in like they advised me too? And then they finally took my second order, and it took them another ten minutes. I was late for an appointment thanks to MY wasted time here at this restaurant. And mind you this was before lunch rush, there was no one else In the drive through but me, to begin with.

Taco Bell bad product and service

9/27/18 taco bell 015366 - ashland road, mansfield, ohio - dining room is closed so had to go thru drive-thru - ordered crunchy taco supreme, cinnamon twist and small drink. Taco was "old" - shell stale and bottom was soaked and nothing but grease. They forgot my twists - so I had to go back thru the drive thru to get them - then - they had absolutely no cinnamon on them yuk! You hire these kids who don't have a clue about customer service or "listening" to what the customer says, and don't pay attention to what you ordered and what they are giving you and then wonder why your customers complain. Wake up - your reputation is going down the tubes.
