Taco Bell never enough stock... making you spend more

6730 cherry ave long beach ca. 90805 ... #028524 ...I've gone to this taco bell like about 4 times in the last 2 wks, and they never have what they advertise... this is the taco bell closest to my house so I have no other option... they never have enough food or drinks to sell... let alone hot sauce... I am forced to buy more expensive food than rather get sold what the promotional deals would be... they are always out of stock and coinsidentaly always out of the meal deals ... the last time I got watered down soda with melted ice that had been sitting in the cup for a while... when I called to complain the manager said I could come back the nxt day for a drink... of course with my busy schedule I don't have time to go back just for a soda... why wasn't this told to me b4 I ordered? Once again today they are out of the meal deals... not enough stock to fulfill the orders... this taco bell SUCKS! Not even regular hot sauce... being in the drive thru they should tell you, but yet again once ur in drive thru there's no going out of it... your stuck! Maybe it's a manager strategy to make late night sales... Did I mention once it's dark you can't get the promotional deals here

Taco Bell getting charged without getting my food

i ordered online for pickup through the drive thru at Franklin mills taco bell my name is Destiny & I went to get it & they said they didn't have my food but i have proof they took it out my bank without getting any of my food that i ordered at the Franklin mills taco bell. I Did this order on july 19 at like 3:30 or 4 in the afternoon . i would like a refund because the fact i didn't get any of my food or a refund because i didnt even get it for them not to refund me my money . thanks

Taco Bell spicy potato soft taco

I am a Manager at Pizza Hut right next to the Mt Ephriam Taco Bell and I had ordered 2 Spicy Potato Soft Tacos and a Mini Shredded Chicken Quesadilla but when I received the bag of food, there was only 1 Taco and 1 Quesadilla. After walking in and asking why there was only 1 Taco, the cashier told me they put 2 tacos inside of 1 wrap because "that's what the other guy at Pizza Hut orders". I am mad because they assumed I liked my order like another person's. Assuming comes from not knowing and they didn't make my food the way I wanted it.

Taco Bell inappropriate behavior

I went to Taco Bell store # 029684 on 07-17-17 at 5:54pm.

When I walked in there were two managers sitting in the corner speaking with an employee standing up. I could hear their whole conversation and that is not appropriate, talking about his write ups and having to pay money to put back in his drawer to make up for it along with someone else. He then finally stepped away to take my order as a third manager went out and sat down. He was in the middle of taking my order and started hollering across me to say the safe was left open, NOT a good idea to do. NO manager got up and closed it, it remained open the whole time I was there NOT safe. I finished my order and then finally after about ten minutes of the drive thru people making their orders, they finally made mine. By this time orders were pilled up and the managers stayed in the lobby, no help at all. I kept my peace however then I go home and started to eat with my family and there was really nothing in the tacos I bought. I actually took pictures if you have somewhere for me to send them to. This was a horrible way to conduct business and I am very disappointed.

Taco Bell not preparing order correctly

We order the food asking substitute bean for beef. Screw up the order and made everything with beef. This is not the mistake that can be handle with sorry. You are screwing somebody's religious belief by making food as not intended. Please give some appropriate training so they can handle the order correctly.

Taco Bell management

I went to store [protected] north university drive sunrise, Florida, manager made a mistake charge I got me 17.00 for ten tacos, santo who I told got so mad gave me s refund, which is not on my card yet this happened, 07 /16/2017' he told me to get out of the store.would not help me anymore, I'm 70 years old a woman, how dare he talk to me like that, I want my refund.i hope you teach him manners, that's disgusting. Taco Bell taco

Went to Taco Bell drive thru in Irwin, PA. Ordered one of my all time favorite cheesy gordia crunches. When I went to eat I noticed it had mold on it. So I turned around and went back to the Taco Bell. I went inside and showed the girl. She said oh let me make anew one. And that is what they did. This is the part that made me disappointed in the service and establishment. They never said sorry or apologized. Nothing just remade it and handed it back. I felt that is poir customer service. I just wanted them to be aware of the problem so no else got one like that. Okay I said my peace and am DONE. TAMMY LANTZ. [protected]@gmail.com

Taco Bell food was not prepared right and I did not get a receipt...

I ordered the Double Chalupa Box meal and the Chalupa was smaller than the original chalupa. It advertises ad "Double the Beef" but in fact is much less. I also ordered a medium soft drink, (Sierra Mist) and that was very FLAT and not worth drinking. I also did not receive a receipt. Someone needs to either speak with the manager/owner or get some "Quality Control" people involved as this should not happen.

Taco Bell service

My wife, son and I went to the store located at 788 Riverside Drive, Clarksville, TN. 37040 on Sunday 7/16/2016 at 7:01 pm an received the worst service that we have gotten at any Taco Bell! We have ate your restaurants in our travels, but this particular one was awful! People coming in the restaurant to get to go orders got quicker service than those inside to stay an eat there! We watched five different families receive wrong or their order short items! They charged one family that I witnessed for sauce for their tacos! The orders took too long ( ours 32 minutes) employees were running around taking selfies with the cell phones, laughing and singing loudly, one female worker with brace on her arm stood in front of customers scratching and digging at her breast several times an she was rude! We have ate at this particular store before an this was out of the ordinary. We will not go back to be treated with disrespect and waste our hard earned money!

Taco Bell unsatisfied with everything

On july 16 2017 I placed my order at the taco bell in lansing mi on us 27 and every single order taken before me needed to be fixed, people coming in from the drive thru to fix orders after being in line for more than 40 minutes. After 35 dollars and an hour we received our order than as well needed fixing, everyone except 1 person working at a snail pace I will never go back

Taco Bell raw food and urine smelling restaurant

Last night I purchased tacos for my son and one of them had raw meat in it.My son took 2 bites before realizing it.When I went back to complain at the Taco bell in question I smelled a strong urine stench in the entrance way and in the restaurant.When I got a manager I complained about the urine stench and he had nothing to say.When I told him about the raw Taco he told me they cook their meat at 150 degrees and there was nothing he could do about it.Yet this Taco is raw and my son ate some of.I would like some sort of compensation for this ordeal and if my son gets sick I will be forced to call a lawyer.In addition I would hope you will do something to correct this particular Taco bell. I want a before and after reply keeping me up to date on what will be done, when and after it is handled.Needless to say I am extremely upset about this issue.People can get very sick from these types of issues and now my son was subject to this.Management, cooks and cleaning personnel for this establishment should be ashamed and fired.

7/14/2017, last night at about 12:00 am I had purchased 6 meals at taco bell at 1300 Holton Lane, Takoma Park, MD 20912 and ordered 6 combo meals of double boxed chalupa which cost about $40. This morning my children woke up with diarrhea and I have been vomiting, and I am also suffering with diarrhea. I believe that this is a case of a food poisoning...

Taco Bell service

I visited the Lake City, SC taco bell around 2:00pm Saturday 07/15/17. I ordered 4 hard shell taco supremes and after waiting in line for over 20 minutes, the order was soft shell taco's. Then I was asked if I wanted to come inside. My car's thermostat was already on the hot side and the reason I went through a drive thru was for convenience. I settled for the soft shell, but was not told sorry or thank you when I started to leave. I visited taco bell several times weekly, but it will be a long time before I revisit this one.

Taco Bell restaurant at 4132 Miller St, Bethany, MO place simple order of cheesy roll ups. 24 minutes later still waiting. No less than 7 orders waiting for carry out. In meanwhile no waiting for those using drive through. I witnessed workers moving at snail pace and talking amongst themselves about TAco Bell non-related personal topics...plenty of laughing. Worse service ever

Taco Bell manager steals money

Cedric wilson steals money from your store. Other mangers have witnessed this man doing so. Gives out free food to his family. Talks extremely rude to mangers and employees. He is a very rude person to work for. Other employees have stated he smokes and by "weed" from other employees. I have worked many jobs and never in a lifetime I have had to deal with so much and take so much rudnesss and disrespect. How can you all allow this man to take money from you all. Everyone that works on the night shift smokes "weed" in the back of the store outside. This very unprofessional. I will be contacting someone about these of these action that go on.

Taco Bell unethical behaviour

On 7/14/2017 at the Taco Bell off of 135 and Antioch at 10:30 pm the Manager Jennifer was very rude and verbally abusive during time of service and during a phone call when I made a complaint. I ordered 2 bags of Cinnamon and instead she gave me 1 bag with 2 in it. During the order process she had a bad tone and made impolite remarks . She didn't give me a receipt even though I asked for one and when I arrived home I called back to try to correct the order. She was very rude on the phone and never apologized but was hostile and repeating the whole situation ranting for over 2 minutes non stop saying I was wrong and she was right and that since she was the manager there was nobody else I could speak to about the situation and that " it's just cinnabons its not a big deal". I would like a report written and my friends and family will not be going to that establishment until she no longer works there.

Taco Bell chicken chipotle griller

Today is 7/13/17. I was at Gilbertsville taco Bell on E Philadelphia Ave. It was around 10:15. My brother and I were pulling into taco Bell and I saw a worker there around 20 run to the door excitely and it seemed that he was yelling something to the workers in back. I ordered the same thing I do every time 2 chicken Chipotle grillers. And I ordered a bean burrito this time. I go nearly everyday and I love taco Bell. I order the same grillers Everytime. I know what they should be like and I don't know if those guys thought they were being cute or funny but those smart** guys FILLED both grillers full of sour cream and there was NO Chipotle sauce. I paid 5.37 and I wasted my money. It is pathetic for a business to have these type of employees. They ruined my night and I only ask that you respond to me. Email heid.[protected]@gmail.com. Listen I go to taco Bell all the time I'm a huge fan and this really ruined it all for me. You guys are great and these punks are ruining your good name. I'm extremely dissatisfied and I don't know if I want them fired because who knows their story but PLEASE contact this store and contact me and make this right. Taco Bell mistakes, missing parts of order, and rude corporate phone call

We recently stopped at the Wickliffe Ohio Taco Bell around 3:30 on 7/13. The guy at the cash register was great and helpful. However when our order came out, half of what we ordered, we never received... And half of what we DID receive was wrong! We were missing 2 nachos and 1 steak quesarito and 1 chicken quesarito and an entire double chalupa box other than the drink! We had two random things that we aren't even sure what they were, marked as beefy nacho that we didn't order. (They were not beefy nacho.) The only thing that was correct was the 2 loaded potato grillers, and 2 drinks. So they made the rest of our order which the wonderful guy at the cash register fixed for us and read back to me making sure it was correct. The double chalupa was to have no sour cream, and that replaces with spicy ranch. They then gave us the rest of our order with the double chalupa having sour cream and spicy ranch and no back cheese. So, back in we went, and the manager then tried to argue that there was no sour cream. So after the 3rd time, they made it with no sour cream and STILL forgot the nacho cheese. We were to tired to go back in a 4th time. So I called the corporate number. Which ended up in me hanging up on the woman because she kept talking over me the entire time I tried to talk and rudely shutting me down when I tried to explain the situation to her. I've never been so disappointed in taco bell as a whole.

Taco Bell accused of counterfeit money/ humiliated in the drive up

I entered the drive up window of taco bell#022221 on june 30th, 2017. Order#391950, placed my order.. Arrived at the window, I handed cashier a $100 dollar bill, he replied "let me get change"... I then saw a women come to the window and look at me, pointed another kid looked and pointed.. A different kid pointed and another lady looked at me. Finally a guy opened the window, and asked me if I was the lady with the $100 bill. I replied yes, he just the window. And aprox 3 other people came to the window pointed and looked, by now the customers in the lines inside were looking at me at the drive up, talking. After about 10 minutes, and a line of about 7 to 10 cars behind me, all with windows rolled down. The manager elizabeth opened the window, with about 4 people behind her, and told me she could not take this $100 bill, because her machine could not verify it was real, she thinks it may be counterfeit, she threatened to comfiscate it. I told her she better call authorities, that this was defamation of character, and she was accusing me of this in front of the people at drive thru, and customers inside, as well as all the employees, that were now standing there listening and staring. I advised her I am a local business owner and she will not take my money, I then took it our of her hand. I still have the $100 bill in my possession, and it is not fake, I do not appreciate being accused. This is defamation of charactor. This needs to be addressed and taken care of. Unable to call.. Both number for complaints are not correct

This happened to my mom at a gas station, it wasn't a hundred dollar bill though (I think it was a 20 or a 50, cant recall for sure). The guy claimed that the bills serial number was the wrong color or something odd like that. They didn't accuse her of knowing that it was not real, but they KEPT the bill. My mom didn't put up much of a fight because she was really suprised and confused. The money she used was actually from a birthday card her father gave her. She told him about it, and he told her that he had gotten that money from the bank directly, and that he highly doubted a fake bill would of been distributed by a bank. I am convinced it was simply an older bill or that the kid working at the gas station pocketed her money.

It is ridiculous that they reacted the way they did to you. Nobody from taco bell will see this complaint, so I would contact corporate and also bring the $100 bill into the bank and have them check it out.

Taco Bell rude management

I work third shift and was coming by the Taco Bell location near me when it start to rain, I knew the store opened at 7 so I thought I would stop in and grab something to eat and wait inside for my ride. there was a pickup in the drive-thru being served so I knew they were open, the door was locked however (I've worked fast food before, I realize you can miss unlocking the lobby doors by a few mins, no big deal) I went to the window and made eye contact with the lady who was at the drive thru window, she made some face and went back to the prep line, which is fine, Again, I've worked food service, i figured she was finishing the drive thru order. I walk to wait at the front door and still nothing after a few minutes of waiting (truck is long gone at this point) after seeing the manager again she made another face and looked annoyed, leaving to the back out of view. At this point my cab is almost here and I don't even want to order anything from someone who is visibly perturbed with my presence. At 7:15 the door finally opens as she comes out to berate me about some trash that was sitting around the parking lot and front door. It is not my responsibility to keep your lot clean and I don't appreciate being berated over trash I could have in no way contributed to as I hadn't even been inside yet. I am saddened I no longer feel welcome at this establishment, I've been living in this town for 28 years and eating at this location for damn near 20 of them
