Taco Bell food

Good Evening,

I am writing to complain about the Grassfield Parkway, Chesapeake, VA Taco Bell. I placed my order with the app and never had any issues before. I get home and it is the wrong order with meat and nothing is correct. My boyfriend returns the order and they said oh that was an order that was wrong. Here is your order and he gets it home and there is meat on my order and still messed up. I am completely dissatisfied with the order. We tried calling to discuss it and it rings once and disconnects. I paid extra money for extra cheese on my nachos and no extra cheese either.

Taco Bell bad food

Yes I had just gotten a 12 pack of soft tacos and I had supreme softer tacos and my first taco I ate their was a rotten piece of Tomato in it and it was all black and looked moldy and nasty. I wouldn't of had a problem but since it was black and looked really nasty I'm now scared to eat the rest of my tacos. My boyfriend even looked at it and was grossed out to where he was then skeptical about eating the tacos he had.

Taco Bell breakfast menu

I went to Sheboygan, WI South Business Drive Taco Bell for breakfast this morning. The menu showing did not have any breakfast items on it. So I asked the gentleman who was taking my order if they had breakfast. I told him nothing was showing up on the menu. He stated the motor was broken and was not switching from full menu to breakfast. He was helpful in telling me what they had for breakfast and I ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage. There was 1 car in front of me waiting at the food pick-up window. I sat in line for approximately 10 minutes behind this car until they got their food. When I pulled up to the window, the gentleman working stated they were out of eggs and could make me a regular burrito if I wanted. Unfortunately, by this time I was already late for work and did not have time to wait for my food to be made so I did not get any food at all. Complete disappointment in the amount of time that was wasted and the unprofessional way the restaurant presents itself. This was around 8:30 a.m. How can you provide a breakfast menu and be out of eggs?

Taco Bell excessive drive thru wait time, no employee's came to drive to explain to patrons.

My girlfriend and I went to the Taco Bell located at 60 W Flatiron Crossing Dr, Broomfield, CO 80221. We pulled into the driv-thru line at 6:20pm Thursday 10/18/2018, It took 5 minutes to get to the order speaker, then we waited till 6:50pm in line, I finally pulled my vehicle around the patron in front of me and left, without getting our order that's a half hour, with no employee coming out to inform us as to the delay. Never has Taco Bell failed to give good and great service, this was completely unacceptable.

Taco Bell product t11 nacho dlt

Product served up to us was seriously Sub Standard with the Nachos barely half full
I complained to a young male staff member who agreed it was not good enough and walked off laughing. His name is Reese and is the same person that took our order.
I called him back and told him to fetch the store manager who finished what she was doing at the cash register and came over looked at what was served and had it replaced. Sadly the young man still seemed to find it amusing and continued to look up and laugh.
It was NO laughing matter had I been either a mystery shopper or a County Inspector doing a check it would have had serious consequences

Taco Bell manager ; micheal f (night shift)

1484 Lockwood Dr., 77020 location Went through drive through and manager Michael F. (Night Shift) at 8:39:55 PM was very unprofessional and rude when asked for extra mild sauce. He did not give enough and when told he only gave us two he found it funny to give us two more only and walked away when trying to speak to him. Had to knock on drive through window to get his attention because he was ignoring us. And when asked for his name because he had no name tag he sarcastically and rudely asked for my wife's name . He was very unprofessional and rude . As we drove off he sarcastically blurted out, "drive safe."!

Taco Bell wrong order (I am a vegetarian & they served me beef even though I clearly mentioned)

Taco Bell - [protected] Bolsa Chica St, Huntington Beach, CA - 92649

I went to the said Location and order my Combo of Crunchwrap Box and clearly said, I want beans instead of beef and confirmed twice with manager Carlos. My religion doesn't allow me to eat any kinds of meats. Even though when I came back to work with my order and started eating that, it was beef. I made a horrible sin by eating beef and my GOD & religion never forgive me because of your mistake. I went back to show that to the manager Carlos, he behaved not well, didn't gave me any complimentary service also he didn't agree that is beef. He was trying to convince me that it is just a piece by mistake but it was not. I have proof (Picture & Receipt) if you want. I wasted my one hour time which costs me 25$ & I puked and my health is not well now. I need to meet a doctor or I need to take rest to calm my mind and upto recover my health. Which costs me leave on my work, additionally it will cost money.

Taco Bell service

10/17/18. I sat in the drive through for several minutes trying to get a response from an employee to order, after 5 minutes and people honking behind me, I pulled up to the window, there was no one there even after knocking on the window. I also tried to go into the store and the door was still locked. Not only did I not get breakfast, it made me late to work. Very disappointing.

Taco Bell chalupa cravings box

I am a vegetarian and had ordered a Chalupa Cravings Box. I had emphasized that I do not want beef in my food and would like to have it replaced by beans. I got my food and took a bite out of my chalupa and there was beef in my food. This was very sad for me because not only did I eat beef, but it is also something that is against my religion. I would most likely never go to taco bell again unless they make up for the mistake they have committed.

Taco Bell 5 for 5 promo/deal?

Doing a drive-thru...besides the Pepsi, the four items that had fillings, had almost NO fillings...meat, cheese, etc.

I have never seen such a pathetic excuse for what was served me. Of course, I didn't find out until I opened the wrappers at home...20 min away.

I took pics of them and compared them with Taco Bells TV ads. My items were almost devoid of anything and taste while the similar Taco Bell ad items were brimming over with meat, cheese, lettuce & tomato.

Sending pics to Taco Bell Corporate. Sure they will just laugh and toss them

Taco Bell product

I work at Cox Communications and I go to the Taco Bell down the street quite often for lunch and the last 3 days that I have ordered the mini quesadillas they have never been steamed just meat wrapped in a soft tortilla its like they are forgetting to put them in the steamer so its like a soft taco with meat and cheese this has happened quite often since they have hired new people.

West Central ave, Toledo Ohio, I went in to order my food... Had to wait 7mins before anyone had helped me while the manager was lead up against the wall looking at me... She finally came over.. didn't say a word to me. I put my order in..asked if the taco box came w 12 tacos.. she wouldn't answer me.. asked again . Still no answer ! Finally I asked if she can hear me and she shook her head w a smile on her face... It was unreal... The whole time she didn't say one word..and yes she could talk cause she was talking while making all the food... Rudest person I have ever crossed in a fast food company...if I was her boss she would be fired! Taco Bell chicken quesadilla

I bought chicken quesadilla from the Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj branch of Taco Bell today for takeaway and I found a tape/plastic paper inside the food. I have been a Taco bell customer for about 3 years now and this is the worst experience, finding something non edible in a food is very disgusting. I didn't expect this from a leading food chain like yours. This makes me question my next visit to your restaurant. I am highly disappointed.

Taco Bell rude customer service

Tonight 10-14-18 at approximately 8pm I went to Tacobell at 1402 Rt 37 in Toms River, NJ. I wanted to order a Cantina Bowl not knowing that it is now called a Powerbowl because it is not displayed as such on the drive thru menu. As I proceeded to order, the man at the drive thru, Frank said "uh, what do you want?" I then said "may I please have a steak cantina bowl?" I then heard him along with the other workers laughing at my accent in the background. As I became irate, I went to the drive thru window, a young girl presumably black came to the window and I went on to ask what was so funny and she said "what, we ain't laughing". I then said "instead of laughing why don't you do your work"? She then said, " Whatever, why don't you mind your damn business?"

Taco Bell faulty order and food!!

This is not my first time receiving a disappointing service from taco-bell, Dekalb, IL.

Every time I order a chicken chalupa I ask them to replace the triple cheese with cheddar cheese and ‘no sour cream', as I am lactose intolerant . Until now, I used to order a ‘to go' and as soon as I reach my home to open the food, I see only triple cheese and chicken in my chicken chalupas, and nothing else (no tomato's and no lettuce). When I order a dine in I get everything I want. But, when I order a to go, I get fooled by the employees. I'm a lactose intolerant person and I can eat only cheddar cheese so I ask for it. Why the hell do they mess with my stomach when I'm paying for my food? This has happened more than 4 times to me now. I'm fed up of it. Why do I have to pay 7.68$ every time I ask for a chalupa and I get nothing except for cheese and chicken in my chalupa. Once, I only got cheese and no chicken in my chalupa. What the hell is wrong with those guys? Today October 14, 2018 I ordered a to go for ‘two chicken chalupas, no triple cheese and no sour cream and asked them to replace the triple cheese with cheddar cheese'. Well, as soon as I reached my place to open it, I got the chicken chalupa with chicken and cheddar cheese all right but I didn't get either tomatos or lettuce in my chalupas. I took pictures of this . One of my chalupas had very little cheddar cheese and chicken with nothing else in it, while the other had tomato's and less chicken with cheddar cheese. My point of complaining today is I'm fed up with taco bell fooling me every time I order a to go. I don't want to pay 7.68$ when I get food that's not even worth 3$. I don't care anymore. I didn't even post negative reviews on taco bell or any other food chain company until now. I hope you understand my frustration.

Taco Bell closes early every night

The Taco Bell in Windsor, CA closes an hour early every single night. They are losing a lot of business by doing this. Management needs to tell their employees that this is not acceptable. Last night, my boyfriend and I went to the drive thru to find a sign blocking the entrance. It was 11:04pm but the restaurant is not supposed to close until 12pm. This is the fifth or sixth time this has happened to us in the past few months. The employees cannot just decide to shut down a fast food chain early out of pure laziness. That is not their decision and they are losing Taco Bell a lot of money.

Taco Bell service

Taco Bell location: 24705 w 12 mile order 029258. I went inside for service and was greeted warmly by the cashier. She is a nice girl but you could tell she was still learning because it took her 10 min to take 3 orders. While I was waiting, the kitchen had to had either made the wrong food or gave the wrong food to customers 2 different times. I finally got my food at 3:55. 12 min after I put in my order. My total time waiting in your location was 25 min. Unacceptable. I work 3 min away and this was convenient, but not with this current staff and ridiculous wait times. I like Taco Bell, but will never wait that long.

Taco Bell product

I was excited to get my 3 soft taco fix a while back. Of course fire sauce on all three. When I bit into the first taco it didn't taste right. The second bite confirmed this. I opened the taco and thought "the only thing they could change is the meat!" In the trash they went and I couldn't wait to search the internet to find what had happed. Bingo- a lady had the same experience and took a razor blade to all the hamburger pieces to find there was only one third of the "meat" was beef. The rest were wheat balls stained with grease from the meet. She had a class action law suit against BK because they claimed using 100% beef. The lady won the suit and instead of BK going back to using 100% beef, they took all the signs down. I'm still pissed for them taking away one of my all time favorites. I make tacos at home now and always ask "now how come BK can't make a taco like this?"

Taco Bell chipotle double triple crunchwrap and xxl grilled stuffed burrito

I visited the drive through of the Waynesboro, Virginia Taco Bell today. There was one car in front of me (undergoing remodel so there is no walk in). I ordered $13 worth of food including a chipotle double triple crunch wrap and an xxl grilled stuffed steak burrito. It took 10 minutes (which.. okay, whatever. I'll live) but what I received was an atrocity. I'll attach the picture of the Crunchwrap. The xxl has zero steak in it. I could not show that because of how it was packed however. This was the worst fast food trip I've ever made. Honestly I rarely eat fast food anymore, but it was a long week of teaching 5th graders and I was craving some TacoBell. Severely disappointed.

Taco Bell missing 12 pack cinnamon delights

Me and my 2 friends went through the drive through at the taco bell on hershberger road in roanoke va for breakfast and ordered several items one of which wad a 12 pack of cinnamon delights. While eating we noticed we did not recieve them. We went back and informed the drive through attendant that the wernt given to us and he proceeded to argue with my friend who eventually got frustrated and left.
