Taco Bell product

I have been eating at Taco Bell for years. I order the new nacho fries and they were half frozen. I order a grill Burrito with chicken and no chicken nor was it grilled. I can not believe this. I hate to never go back but I think this is it. I went through the drive thru and order a taco salad which was on the menu. They told me that they don't carry these items. You advertise products and none of which shows when I order the product. False advertisement is a serious issue.

Taco Bell service.

This is my issue at taco bell 032709, I went to taco bell on 07/22/18 sunday morning, I decided to go in because the line at the window was all around the store, takes at least 5 mins for someone to recognize that you are even there to wait on you, there were 5 people there they should of at least had there own post to take care of but they were not helping to make orders one was standing at the window by the cash register and one was looking at the manager making orders one was complaining about not getting anything to eat, manager told him that was not her problem, there was one that I could not see but i'm sure he wasn't doing anything, people came in to place orders but noone recognize them or said just a minute so you guys lost money because when someone comes in that door they need to be taken care of there order needs to be taken. If they are overly busy they need to stress that to the customer some people will state I will wait some won't but you need to give them that option. This is not the first time that I have reported this store, we were excited that a taco bell was coming to duquoin, but you need to get some organization or people will not come back, I waited for at over 40 minuets if not longer. If you have a regional or district manager that is not a young adult who understands customer service and taking care of the customer that person needs to be at this store and get things organized. I have been in customer service and own my own stores and if my store was this unorganized I would be working it myself. I understand that you are a large company but believe me if you keep on having people disorganized the way you have at this store, its not going to work. End of rant.

Taco Bell food

I have ordered a Mexican pizza and a nacho cheese taco and when I got home tonight there was mild taco sauce all over my pizza they don't come that way and I was afraid to eat it and I'm mad because I work late tonight and I was very hungry and spend my money please solve this issue I waited in the line there for a hour and a half this is just not fair

Taco Bell food/allergies

I had gone to a Taco Bell around 9:30 pm. We had ordered through the drive through. I had ordered the chalupa combo with the two chalupas and one taco. I had asked for no cheese and no sour cream and my boyfriend order a dorritos taco. The guy on intercom had asked us to read over to be sure our order was correct. It was, my receipt even says no cheese and no sour cream. When I got home and had begun to eat my chalupas there was nacho cheese on them. I have a severe dairy allergy. I cannot eat cheese. It causes me a lot of pain. I have wasted my gas and money on food I can not eat and will now be in pain for the few bites I had taken.

Taco Bell manager at colorado blvd. & 136th

My sister and I stopped through the drive thru this evening. We waited for 30 minutes to get to the window. When we finally got to the window we were told that it was going to be another 5-10 minutes. Already have waited a half hour with a young child in the car this made my sister upset. When she spoke with the manager he was argumentative right off the bat. He gave her excuses as to why it was taking this long, and told her that talking to her was wasting his time. He never apologized at all. My sister asked for a refund he refused to give. So I went in to see if we could just get our money back and go home. But I was confronted with the same manager who started the argument again in front of alot of customers. When he refused to give our money back he stated the order was ready. The one of his associates walked up to the counter and threw the bag at me. Our food was all over the bag, burritos we're smashed. We ordered the new nacho fries which were flipped upside down and all over cause of that associate throwing the bag like that. I wish I would have gotten our refund our food was soggy and at the bottom of the bag. Order was 23$ we could have spent somewhere else with a better experience. We will not recommend this restaurant to anyone and we will spread the word on how customers are treated if you want a refund. The managers will refuse to make things right. Where I work this treatment is not tolerated and I'm greatful. This manager on staff to night at 5:30 on 07/21/18 blew up on my sister and should be working a job with no customer contact. This is completely dissapoiting. We will not eat at this establishment again.

Taco Bell volcano burrito

I and my wife were so upset when you discontinued the Volcano 🌋 burrito! I was so mad 😡 that I didn't eat Taco Belle for a long time. I'm back eating there but still sad. Please bring it back even if for a season? I think of it every time I eat there. I know this sounds silly, but please? I'd probably eat there twice a week if you brought it back! I'd probably be a spokeswoman for it as well? Reconsider Taco Belle, reconsider? Thanks for listening 😁

They called me liar on 7 20 2018 around 9 pm i ordered online when i got it was bad experience to me by being i told i was liar and that never placed order even after i showed them.order and the recepit that i was charged this is store located at 10006 cypresswood houston texas store number 24146 i want a call from district manger is this how you do business if so i dont business this way

Taco Bell wrong order

Ordered a steak quesadilla and received a chicken. No receipt. Makes mistakes frequently. Located in La Crosse WI on Mormon Coulee rd. No cars in front of me or no one behind. No excuse. Apparently if I don't make the complaint at least 350 words then no one will look at this. Another fail. All I ask is to get the order right might stop coming ti Taco Bell in general.

Taco Bell drive thru attendant rude

The drive thru attendant replied "I could be better" when I asked how he was doing with a snarky attitude.

I had questions about menu items and his only responses were "yeah" "uh huh" again with a snarky attitude

I check my order at the window and kindly asked if all the items were in the bag. His response "yea, it's all in there, six items" and shooed me away with his hands as to "go away" again with a snarky look on his face almost as if he was disgusted and annoyed.

I parked in the lot to check to see if all items were in my bag when I see the same employee (found out his name is Angel) about to fight and in the face of a customer inside the lobby. He threw his hat and headset and stepped outside of the counter and was arguing with the customer in the dining area

Marianna the manager was kind and above and beyond professional. If she was not there to diffuse the situation, it most likely would have gotten out of hand and a physical fight would have ensued. The customer that Angel was arguing with was with his wife and 2 children. All they wanted was something sweet for the kids on their way home whom were obviously frightened after watching this altercation.

Taco Bell hospitality/management

I just visited a Taco Bell in Vancouver Wa and it has the worst management. Everything is dirty, garbage cans are full, bathroom is a mess! They were out if napkins and really low on sauces. The door handle to the restaurant was broken and no note was on the door entrance, anyone can cut themselves! Terrible, just shocking terrible! I'm surprised that it even some how is open!

Taco Bell food burritos

I ordered five different burritos 🌯 all grilled and none of them were I tried to call the store but the manager on duty refused to speak with me she had a cashier tell me there was nothing she could do about it her name was Kanika ( manager) at 8:07 pm the cashier hung up on me which made me so angry this happened at store 030618 on Wesley Chapel Rd I really would like to speak with someone so that I may tell you the things they were saying rudely to me

Taco Bell incomplete order of cinnabons

On 7/15/2018 my daughter introduced me to the little gems Taco Bell calls Cinnabons. On 7/18/2018, my husband and I were traveling through Bennett, Co. We drove through Taco Bell 029984 & I ordered the Watermelon Fizz and Cinnabon 12 Pack. My order # is 324888. The cashier is Victoria E. time 6:23:31 pm. The clerk handed me my order and I headed home which is 150 miles away. 40 miles down the road I reached for my cinnabons and they were not there. Just the fizz and a cup of ice. Can you rectify this problem, please?

Taco Bell taco

I just went to the Taco bell in Junction city, kansas. I ordered the Nacho fry Box. Got the 5 layer and doritos shell. Went to eat the 5-layer and the whole center on the burrito was nothing but sauce and tortilla. Went to eat the doritos taco. A thin layer of meat and double the cheese. Less than 50% of the taco was meat and cheese. Maybe 5% was meat. This is a bunch of crap. If the standards have dropped so low that we pay for a shell with garbage in it, I will not be eating at any taco bell ever again. There can be more meat out into the taco. The photos that are displayed to show the product are not even worth comparing to what we get served for real. Take that trash and shut your stores down. If that's what yall will allow. Pathetic excuse for a "TACO"

Taco Bell bellgrande

Worst young teenage manager, waited15 minutes for a bell grande & when I received it, it wasn't enough meat not fries or anything else on it, I complained to the manager but instead of fixing the issue she just decided to blab & have a whole attitude then she had me pay for the extras even tho I been waiting for 15 Minutes for it to arrive. They don't need young managers like her around

Taco Bell substandard service

We have been coming to this franchise store for 15ars. It just gets worse. The employees and managers are sloppily dressed. I know this is a Franchise, but there should be some consistency. I know there are good employees out there, because McDonalds and Subway and Wendy's and Del Taco have them. I have submitted comments to the franchise, but does no good.

Taco Bell spicy potato taco

I love Taco Bell. It's mine and my husbands go-to fast food place. We have never had any problems, but tonight I got some of the worst tacos ever. I got two of the spicy potato tacos. Neither had any sauce on them at all and the potatoes/tortillas were so stale and hard I could hardly chew them. I normally love these so I'm not sure what happened this time.. I'm disappointed and I hope that next time is better.

Taco Bell 1 beefy mini ques

As soon as removed from foil. It spilled all over my business clothes. Dripping with sauce and grease. I managed to get water from the front counter and a rag. Horrible wrapped. No care involved ... Taco Bell 033461 8:23 pm. Balboa blvd. 2121 ... longnlines. They just threw the food together . The guy who had a bag in his hands only had one glove on ... never changed it ! Gross ...

Taco Bell the food and my money

Hello there my name is jessica from Oceanside, San Diego. I'm writing a complaint about the Taco Bell that was opened up near me off Hacienda Dr. The first time I went, I wasn't even given half of my food, and the second time the cashier and manager didn't take my order at the speaker box so I had to re-order at the window but then they said they gave my food to the person in front of me, but they looked really high while laughing at me. My nacho fries were also tossed into my bag. I would recommend better management.

Taco Bell service

I went to the Taco Bell here in New Braunfels TX 78130 off of walnut st.I got there at 6:15 pm.I went in cause the drive thru was about 10 vehicles to long.I ordered my food, a #2 and a nacho fri box to go @ 6:17 pm and didn't get my for until 7:06 pm.Almost an hour later.Really bad management and that's cause the manager was on the food line.Sad!

Taco Bell doors always locked

This Taco Bell (5325 W 80th Ave
Arvada, CO 80003
United States) always has it's doors locked and nothing is going on inside, they usually have a total of 3 employees and the drive thru backed up to about 40 cars most of the day, every time I go here at least 20 people go up to the doors to find they're locked and drive off, losing a lot of business and the inside looks completely clean and no contruction, It seems like whoever manages this place keeps it locked cause they don't want to deal with too many customers, Not sure what you guys wanna do about it but I thought I'd let you know since the line in the drivethru takes about 20-30 minutes depending on how many cars, I come here a lot lol yeah just wanted to let you know that this is kinda weird, thanks for your time!
