Taco Bell customer service and food service, no manager relay messages

I went to Taco Bell in Kenosha, Wisconsin 8040 Sheridan rd. and never had service like this before from this location. So when i ordered and the guy on speaker repeated the order just like i said it, the $5 dollar cravers box w/ the kickstart, 2 bean burritos no sour cream and a cheesy potato burrito no sour cream. When I have gotten the order and drove 10 mins back home and come to find out the kick start wasn't tasteful, no syrup, tasted like seltzer water and I dumped it out and the cheesy potato burrito had sour cream on it, so now I'm furious so i calmly make the phone call to that location and asked for a manager. After talking to the manager and agreeing to since I have to drive back there that I could get 2 cheesy potato burritos without the sour cream. So I drove all the way back and talk to the guy behind the counter and he's said o.k. he turned to another member and told him what has happened in Spanish and went and made another one, not 2, ONE! I said, your manager said I could have 2? And at this point, I haven't seen a manger yet and when the guy went to go make my 2nd one, a girl went to see what he was doing and smiled at what he has made. I SEE this and I sure didn't like that look, I don't trust that burrito, I was disgusted and I walked out. This was about 1:20 in the afternoon. I don't think whoever is managing there during the day isn't ready to run your business. He should of stepped in but never did. He should be FIRED for not managing the team like it suppose to run. I WON'T GO BACK THERE! AND THEY SHOULDN'T BE SPEAKING SPANISH AFTER CUSTOMERS ORDERS! TOO SUSPICIOUS FOR CURIOSITY FOR OUR FOOD!

Taco Bell terrorist behavior

There's harassment from the staff, they play in food.. Ask u for personal information like yor name, they either put things I it like spit, and snot and they either burn or write there name on it.. Leaving little bird dropping on the material that its wrapped in... On on [protected].. I went in and was one of the late customers.. It was like two couples and I sat for my turn and 4 or 5 guys came in so I sat and then.. A guy came from back and locked the doors and he asked was I a customer so I said yes gave my order... So the guy went back there fixed it his self and ran it from the back.. So I snatched it from em and he said don't be snatching nothing from me.. So I was walking toward the door and told em I would snatch yor life and as I walked out the door still with my back to em... He pull his gun and cocked it... It stun me and I stopped in my tracks till he closed the door... I called the cops and they told me I threaten em.. What is the world coming too

Taco Bell rude staff

I've been a loyal customer for about 10 years. I often go there in the morning. They gave me a wrong $5 bill for change and I didn't even notice it. I decided to buy some coffee for my husband from the another restaurant and used this change from Taco Bell. The cashier said it wasn't real and didn't accept it. I went back to Taco showing them the change. I just wanted to solve this problem. He said it wasn't his problem, I was probably lying. I knew he could prove it with just looking at tape and see I was right. He said he couldn't help.
So the situation wasn't managed and I don't want to go the anymore.

Taco Bell servsafe complaint

Went in side which i never do. Because i was a owner of a sonic. Tonight ibwish i hadn't gone in. Go in there two working the food line one at registers. Another guy come from the back with gloveson, god only knows what he was doing without putting new gloves on!. Everyone had gloves on...problem is they left the food station opened doors got out sour cream restocked, then pushed hair back not once did she change her gloves or wash her hands. Not sure what taco bells procedures are but mine were u leave ur work station took gloves off and put new ones on before handling food. Not one female had hair nets on. Taco Bell food quality

All my food I ordered was put into a bag when I opened every thing up it was as if they was feeding a dog the service was sloppy and it was horrible I didnt even eat it I took pictures of the massacre I wont go there again the tacos werent wraped right so all the food was in the bag I spent 28.00 bucks for nothing there was no ice tea no lemonade got stuck with nasty mountain dew.

Taco Bell why the service is so slow?

This place is when we usually go out to eat. After ordering some drinks the waitress came up and asked what we would like to eat. We made an order and she went away. After 10 minutes she came back and said that we had to wait about 30 minutes. How is this possible?
Of course, we had no time to wait that long. We went away and paid for the drinks only.
But actually, the waitress could have warned us before we ordered our drinks so would have left without spending money at all.

Taco Bell poor service

I'm appalled by the service I received! I understand that the restaurant I visited was busy. I just don't understand why I had to give my family cold food due to the mistake made by the drive thru attendant! He forgot an item I ordered and told me I had to go inside because it couldn't be fixed at the drive thru. The place was crowded & I had to wait in line...the other food I ordered was ready, getting cold! There were apologies, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, apologizes didn't freshen the food. Everything was cold and tough to eat! By tough, I mean the tortillas were like leather! I wasn't the only patron who was upset by the service!

Taco Bell bad service and wrong food

Sorry to complain, but my service was worst I have seen, waited in drive thru forever then the window employee basically threw my bag to me. Thinking my food was right, I left hurrying to work I get there food wrong n cold now my coworker thinks I can't even get her order right, I
Was so embarrassed I ordered 2 Mexican pizza and 4 hard shell tacos I got nacho bell grande and one cold softshell taco. I would like to be able to get what I ordered and paid for. I called and the manager blew me off . I really like the restaurant but if I can't resolve this I don't think I will be going back

Taco Bell the food

I order food my order was wrong and gave food all broke up and sloppy and if was awful took pictures of it and they didn't seem concerned about the service at all... Very dissapointed this is not the first time this has happened and I know they get busy and [censor] happens but come on they clearly see what they are making and don't have to throw the food together and but out a poor product they could clear see and know that's not how do make or give people thier food...

Taco Bell food

Hello i'm sorry to even have to complain but I went to Taco Bell in patchogue tonight and was probably the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. First I waited about 15 minutes in drive through to order I got to order and I pulled up to the window and they said they made a credit card mistake and it took about about 20 minutes to get my food for my family. I got home and my whole order was complelty wrong I didnt check there because I was so frustrated for already waiting 30-35 mins for my order. I ordered 4 quesadillas, two Mexican pizzas one with no sauce, three cheesy fiesta potatoes 2 with no sour cream, 2 sides of cheese sauce a back cheese chalupa (didn't even come with back cheese on it) and some other items spent about 40$ I got home and we didn't receive half the stuff (missing all potatoes, Mexican pizza, sides if chesse sauce) was so upset and I didn't feel like going back because of how bad experience I just had. Again I apologize that I even have tic complain because it's always usually good experience but tonight was the worst ever by far. Sorry for being rude.

Taco Bell the tacos were really bad a the one in scrough in toronto

Taco Bell opening on time and being respectful

When in line at the drive through at 7am, no one would answer the call box. After a couple angry customers gave up at 7:05 after being ignored, I continued to wait another 5 minutes. Eventually I drove up to the window and when the employees saw me they hid out of sight. It wasn't until I honked several times that someone finally came to the window and explained that everyone was late and they wouldn't be ready for an additional 10 minutes. This is a very unprofessional way to do business and your company deserves better workers. I'm sure this is isolated but this location needs some work on its employees.

They spend way too much time gossiping about each other. .In the most immature way..us customers want our food made right and fast not the drama...the bottle blonde manager thinks she a high achiever and better than everyone else. .why is she working at a low paying job then..I been around high school children more mature then these people. ..don't like your GM THEN FIND A DIFFERENT JOB. .

Taco Bell tacos

The twelve tacos that I purchased, must have been made prior and sitting in taco racks for quite some time. Each one of the taco shells was stuck in the wrapper. They had been sitting long enough to have the meat soaking through the shell. Come on it doesn't take that long to make them fresh. I was so disappointed. I would have taken all back, if it wasn't so far back to drive. Had to throw them out.I have been buying the 12 packs since Taco Bell started it. I don't know what happen. Store is located in Pooler, Ga. Hwy 80

Taco Bell complaining about my messed up taco

I order a cheese quesadilla with beef and the bag was terribly ripped. I was unable to eat a taco that I spent $5 because I was afraid that someone had messed with it. I was unable to return to that Taco Bell because I was in the middle of traveling.I messaged the Taco Bell company over a week ago and got no response at all I am highly upset I want this problem resolved.

Taco Bell taco bell customer service

Saturday august 12th I went to the Taco Bell on west road in brownstown Michigan and ordered my food like I would anywhere else. When I got home they had messed up my order so I called and asked if I could get it made right they said that they could only give me a single taco for their $12 mistake. I asked if I could just get a refund and I was told no. They wouldn't make the order right and wouldn't refund my money to go elsewhere. I was super disappointed, I enjoy Taco Bell and it's a shame that this store showed such bad customer service and didn't act proffessional at all.

I always put in my order for Taco Bell on line. First off, you can customize your order. None of that custom stuuf is on there drive thru menu. None of it. Never mentioned. Secondly, I've never had an order that I put in online messed up. All you need to know. Taco Bell ordering these days is totally online stuff.

Taco Bell customer service and or cashier!!!

On Friday 8/11/17 @ approx. 8:45pm at the tacobell located @ 7221 N. Pecos st. Denver, Co. I ordered my food after receiving it i went into the restroom to use the bathroom to change my clothes and soaked my hair i got out after cleaning any excess water making sure to clean my mess leaving the bathroom actually cleaner then when i went in. I went back out to the lobby to finish my dinner and a worker who only referred her name as chicklay she wouldn't give me her last name as she approached me, i was discriminated harassed and stereo typed by her informing by telling me i could not finish my dinner in the lobby and had to leave immediately because she said i showered in the bathroom and i was in there for a long time. Another worker actually opened the door after i asked to use it and three people were in front of me and was not in there more then 7 or 8 mins. So just because i changed my clothes and picked up after myself in the bathroom i was wrongfully accused i was a paying customer and once i purchase an order i have civil rights that protect me against discrimination stereotyping harrasing and even humiliated by the employee and this is so wrong i never in my life heard of being banned for wanting to be clean and not dirty eating my food and i couldn't get any cooperation other then a card with the only number is to there store when i asked for corporate's information! I thought once a citizen purchased his order they have access to the facility's for whatever the occasion consists and is left in proper order after using such facilities. I cant believe this has happen and im thinking of contacting my step fathers personal lawyer to ask him what he thinks about my legal rights being violated and made feel down on self esteem being bullied and harassed they way i was

Taco Bell variety box & chicken quesadillas

First I took pictures of the products I purchased. $30.00 worth! And want to post them on all social media sites. Disgusted! I purchased a Variety box with dorrito hard tacos. Half of them Supremes. The Tacos were all broke and saturated with lettuce and sour cream. Hardly no meat or cheese. The chicken Quesadilla had one little section with a few little pieces of chicken no cheese. The remaining 2/3rds was dry bread. I had surprise company to feed. Upon seeing the preparation of my food and quality, I called the store. The manager was rude! There was no receipt in my bag. So the manager acted uncaring and hung up on me saying there was nothing he could do. I couldn't believe it. He wouldn't even take it back. Had to go buy pizza.

Taco Bell drive through

I've been having this problem of items that I ordered missing. Every time I order an apple empanada, I never get it. I get it one out of the five times I've ordered. I thought it was just the location in Wichita Falls, but I was in cedar hill recently and the same thing happened. I'm done. I keep getting charged for it and not receiving. You all have about $15 free dollars from me.

Went to the drive through it was sao backed up and slow we got out and went in. Slow service and the double chulupa looked NOTHING like the one one the commerical nor one I had at other Taco bells. It was sloppy and soggy. The vegtables seem to be microwaved. Absolutely horrible. And this isnt the first time. This Taco Bell associates need to be trained by over and needs new manager. I have heard simular complaints from other patrons. I will NOT EVER RETURN THERE UNTIL IT HAPPENS. Shame on you. Why does the stores in African American communities have despicable service and product...shame on you
