Taco Bell service

I visited the Corydon, Indiana Taco Bell on 1/4/17. It was around 8:30. Instead of asking to take my order I got a hey how are you. I went ahead with my order and was interrupted to be told to hold on. Then I got to start again and when I started over I was told hey I already got that. I said sorry I didn't see it on the screen out here and was rudely told it was because they weren't using that register. I asked what the new double stack taco was because it wasn't anywhere on the menu board. The girl rattled off something really fast and all I caught was habanero sauce. I said sorry I canthink understand what you said. She said it again fast and with people talking and laughing while she's talking I gave up and ordered something else. When I got to the window I saw a boy a girl and a heavy set short middle-aged lady leaning on the counter talking. Thwysiwyg seemed you debate who was going to collect my money. The older lady started my way and then turned around and yelled how much does she owe? They got my money handed me food and all the time just talked to each other and rang all the orders on 1 front register. No wonder they messed up orders as to what went where. I was so frustrated I drove off and then realized they never gave me the drink I ordered for my son. When I started to go in to get it I saw the woman that had taken my money that was dressed as the manager standing outside the front door talking to a redheaded man. I know it's a state law you can't smoke within 8 feet of the doors. So with my son having asthma I decided to go back thru the drive thru and wait . I told them I didn't get my drink and never got an oops sorry, nothing. The 2 kids stayed leaning on the counter talking to kids in the lobby and someone from the back had to come up and get my drink for me. This is a real shame service has gone so far downhill. When they reopened the rebuilt store service was great and employees were friendly. I witnessed a food fight in the back on a previous visit. I know this is not how the franchisee would want this store ran. Someone higher up the management chain needs to visit this store at night.

Taco Bell service

We were at the local taco bell in Alma Mich recently for a family dinner, the manager took the order and as I was waiting she waited on another customer. My order was served to me on a tray and as I was checking the order my family went into the dinning room to be seated, the manager was waiting another customer, I told the manager that my order was wrong but she refused to address the problem and continued to look away from me. I am a proud black man that works at the local collage, when this white manager made a racist remark to me and walked away, I felt disrespected because of her remark and because i was black. Another employee had to correct the mistake the manager made. We as a black group demand something be done with this white manager asap or we shall make a formal protest to the city fathers.

Taco Bell mt morris mi taco bell

I waited a half hour in line at the mt morris location. Got our order pulled in a space to check it, it was wrong. Go figure they are incompetent #####. Went to the door with it to go get it figured out mind you it's 8 o'clock no no they were locked. We had to wait another half hour in the line, only to have one rude ### ghetto manager to deal with who could have given two #### less that we waited all that time in line, and instead of making what we were missing a proceeded to say i'm just going to give you your money back and you can go home. All while throwing a ghetto attitude. It was utterly ridiculous, and someone's getting fired.
Not to mention i just bit into my crunchwrap and instead of being chicken, it's beef. It cannot be that hard to freaking do that job, it is not rocket science.
Oh she took the receipt so she could refund me the money for my missing items instead now i know this is hard to believe, instead of actually making what was miss ing.
Never going there again. Worst customer and manager service ive ever ever had. Bunch of damn #####. I'm a medical assistant and these people make more than me? Seriously. That manager could have given to #### less that we waited an hour in line. She should be fired.

Taco Bell not taking order - turned off headset...

On December 29th Taco Bell, Monticello, Arkansas. I sat at speaker approx. 10 minutes one car ahead of me at window. I finally moved to window asked if something was wrong with the speaker.. The worker had her back to window with head resting on window...finally turned around, and she told me head set was off... The car behind me who had also waited left. Every time I go there you have to wait and wait, wonder if the workers are turning off the headsets on a regular basis...Something should be done about this horrible service...

Taco Bell cleaness

I seen a lady with the name tag Sara drop utensils, not wearing gloves, fixing food with dirty hands, and even seen her lick her fingers then kept putting food together. The food she was fixing was for the drive thru. So at that time I decided I didn't not want to eat there and left asap. I went to the drive thru and stopped the people telling them what I seen her do. This is a problem that can be prevented cause there is no need in such nastiness.

Taco Bell employee at taco bell in vicksburg, ms

You have an employee whose name is Ashanta Wright. She has recently been promoted. She does not talk to those who work under her appropriately. Yesterday she brought a team member to tears. She raises her voice and throws her weight around. Also, on yesterday she brushed up against an employee and another employee had to step in to stop her. This is not the first time this has occurred this year. In fact, it is the third. During the previous episode when this transpired Miss Wright actually hit/slapped a young girl. This person was a minor and her mother insisted that she resign.

Your management team in Vicksburg are very much aware of Ashanta Wright's actions. This includes both your General Manager and Hiring Manager. What do they do? THEY TURNED AROUND AND AWARDED HER ACTIONS BY PROMOTING HER.

Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I hope that this situation is remedied soon.

Taco Bell overcharge on a 5.00 deal

12/23/2016 Taco Bell # [protected] Geyer Springs Rd. Little Rock, Ar. [protected] . they advertise a $ 5.00 deal, so I ordered it and they charged me $ 6.29 then I got a senior discount of 0.63 which made it $5.66 + tax- 0.62 and that made it = $6.28. I know that I have to pay tax, but $5.00 should be $5.00 + tax, not $5.66 + tax. My friend pay the full price for his $6.29 +tax which = $6.98. my order was #214643 My friends order was #214642 11:43:36 AM

Taco Bell wrong product given and employees wrapping christmas present in dining room

Taco Bell -10425 Page Ave Olivette MO - ordered soft taco and it had sour cream and some kind of little square potatoes on it. It was also soggy and awful looking. It was too late to take it back as I was miles away at my work and could not leave. Also it was not busy but there were 3 employees wrapping Christmas presents in the dining room. The person who took my order was really working in the back so I had to wait for her to finish what she was doing back there to be waited on. There was nobody working the front counter. This was at a normally busy lunch time but it was not too busy then. This is weird because I have been there numerous times and it has never been like this. The employees are always friendly and quick not to mention orders are correct. I don't know what happened but I probably won't be going back there for a long time if ever.

Taco Bell floors full of garbage and dropped food

My wife and I visited our local Taco Bell here in Naples today and it's usually very clean and service is great. But today there was more garbage and food all over the floor and none of the tables were clean we had to throw out food left on the table and then wipe the table off so we could eat on it. The worst part of it was when I went to the counter to order there was all garbage and food behind the counter where people were preparing the food and were stepping on the garbage and food on the floor...That will be our last trip to Taco Bell after I see how they handle food I'm afraid we will get poisoned. In case your interested which store it's on Immokalee Road in Naples, Florida. I can't imagine this store will stay open for any extended length of time...Sorry but I had to send a complaint to someone about this because I couldn't finish my lunch after looking around...Frank

Taco Bell manager

I went to Taco Bell in princeton Kentucky on 12/10/2016 the manager Collin was cussing as we were standing there about one of his other managers calling in which we didn't need to know about it is also so rude to curse in front of children it took nearly 20 minutes to receive our meal there were two other people working the store who from what I could tell we're working very hard they had so many orders the store needs more employees Collin was just walking around cussing and complaining instead of helping prepare food seems to me he is not a good manager and has no class we will not eat at that Taco Bell again

Taco Bell dirty restroom

I was going to Taco Bell the other day in Clawson Michigan, and When I got there and ordered my food I had to use the toilet. I smelled it before I opened the door and now wish I had not looked. The restroom was covered in human fecal matter and it was practically unusable. I told the manager and she blew me off. I will never be going back to that location again!

Taco Bell nathaniel (manager?)

I just came from the most awful experience! I was outside in the drive thru and all I could hear was Nathaniel yelling at a co-worker about how he is the boss and she should't tell him anything, but should only ask him. He went on ranting and ranting. The poor guy that was servicing the drive-thru was so embarrassed and I was embarrassed for him. What an unprofessional way for a manger or whatever Nathaniel is to act!

Taco Bell nachos steak, pizza beans

went to taco bell on 12-6 2016 at 4.30 pm bought a steak nachos, my son bell grande nachos, return food because the beans had a taste like a chemical taste, they where pretty bab tasteing. exchange for six tacos, which was not equal in price, receive back wrong amount of change, bought 2 pizzas to go got home beans where the same taste. Taco Bell your tacos again!! bacon cheeseburger burrito?

My wife and I have complained multiple times about your tacos being stuck to the paper and breaking when trying to open/take them out of package... I don't know if you have them sitting for a long time in the sun city, fl location but I complained years ago of this problem and years later this problem still has not been addressed... please address this... my wife has quit eating your food already... I am leaning towards avoiding this location as well... bring back the bacon cheeseburger burrito by the way! I ate it in New York City in the 90's and loved it! You guys never brought it back! Taco Bell horrific animal abuse

Taco Bell stands out in its refusal to publicly acknowledge the cruelty in its supply chain.
As its cage-free egg policy in the United States indicates, Taco Bell must be well aware of the egregious abuse inherent in egg factory farms; however, the company refuses to extend the same consideration to hens and customers in Canada. It pains me to think of all the consumers—so many of them undoubtedly animal lovers like me—who unknowingly eat products containing eggs from abused hens. Do not buy their products. All animals have emotional intelligence means they understand the horror of what is happening to them not to mention eating this horror at a cellular level.

Taco Bell product

My daughter on two separate occasions received a metallic taste in her mouth after eating there. The last episode (10/10/16) was recent and caused a burning sensation in her mouth and chest. If I was not a medical professional I would have taken her to the emergency room and even considered it but instead I stayed up all night monitoring her condition. The first time she ate nachos and the second time she ate chicken Quesada. I called the store shortly after incident and I was told that maybe something scraped off the grill and advised the manager would call me in the am (but she never did). I did go by the next day and spoke to a supervisor Bobbi and requested a full refund which she did grant me only if I bought the what I called poison food back (I did keep the food). No one seemed concerned or interested in my daughter's well being. Needless to say my family will not be eating there anymore. I wish someone would have taken these incidents more seriously.

Taco Bell service and unethical behaviour of employees

When did Taco Bell start hiring drug dealers to work in their store? The taco bell in Alma Michigan use to be a great fast food place with great service but has gone downhill with the current employees. Doesn't the manager screen his employees before hiring them to serve the public? My wife and I observed a employee passing what looked to be a small bag of pills to a customer at the food counter, also at a different time when driving thru the drive thru lane the same woman was outside smoking what looked to be an illegal hand rolled cigarette! MY WIFE AND KIDS WERE IN THE CAR WITH ME AND OBSERVED THIS OFFENSIVE CONDUCT! The worker had brown hair in a pony tail and was a large built woman, dressed sloppy, as were most of the employees! I refuse to eat at this place again while she is still an employee and dealing drugs on the side. We have advised all my family and friends what is going on at taco bell and they shall not eat there until this mess is cleaned up by management. We live in the area so were understand the problem with drugs, but it seems the law enforcement officers turn a blind eye to most of the drug deals going on around town. local business need to observe employees better and report them when a law is broken.

5 LMPD officers denied service at Taco Bell in Louisville Kentucky. We wanted to share our disgust and disappointment in your franchise after hearing this. Do you not screen or interview your employees. They do represent the entire franchise with their actions. This is a large trauma hospital and we truly value all of our police officers. What is this world coming to. I bet these people would be the first ones to scream for the police when they are held up. I can guarantee you that we will never eat at another Taco Bell again and as far as I am concerned the entire police force should follow this. What a disgrace.

I went to the Taco Bell in Byram, MS this afternoon @ 1:37pm, and order two D special for 5-layer Burrito, and one C special Beef Gordito meals to go.
When we got to the house we had two sandwiches that looked like burritos, but one of the was not a 5-layer, and the other was a soft taco.
My wife could not eat the burrito, that was not a 5-layer, and I ate the soft taco. About 3 hours layer on the way back to the house that we are moving
from, we stopped to get this straightened out. The cashier said that she would straighten this out and make the correct sandwiches for us. Then the
manager came out of the kitchen and berated me that she made the order and that she did not make mistakes. She ranted and rave, and I said forget
it, I will not be back. I use to be an Operation Manager for a competitor. My job there was to make the customer happy, not to isolate them. My cell

Taco Bell timeliness and rude behavior

Taco Bell is usually a great company - but it took over 14 minutes for our order - the drive thru was packed so we went in and I can see the catering is to the drive thru - I am assuming this is timed? The drive thru was cleared probably two times over. I understand this to a point but we placed two small orders and it took 14 minutes for us to get our food and everyone else in the restaurant who ordered after us was served. I talked to the manager and she made excuses that made no sense. I was looking for a simple I am sorry - that is all a customer is looking for. I ordered a Chicken flat bread and a Quesarito and my daughter's friend ordered Quesarito and a chicken Quesadilla - she did not have her receipt. The order number was 215819 place on 7/1/2016 and 12:34:44. I don't think any manger was on staff at the time of the mix up - not sure? Both orders were missed.
