Taco Bell concerning harassment of a young family member who among other young ladies who have been harassed by a manager at taco bell of petal, ms

Something needs to be done about Ethan Gerlach abusing his authority as a manager at Taco Bell of Petal MS and him harassing my young niece as well as other young girls who are intimidated by Ethan and have endured his unprofessionalism. He already has a record in Georgia according to my research and I don't understand how this was not discovered in a background before he was hired at Taco Bell of Petal MS.

Taco Bell taco bell broad st. columbus, ohio

I went to this location this morning at 9 am and their sign and online says they open at 7 and I went through the drive through and no one was there and their doors were locked. There were cars in the parking lot and people inside but no one opened it and I drove out of my way to go to this one because I have a long drive and needed to eat. Seriously unbelievable.

Taco Bell long wait and order incorrect

On Oct 14 2017 sat in line 45 minutes to order then ordered 3 beefy nacho grillers then specifically asked to makes grillers crispy they were not also ordered a quesadilla and Doritos taco and 3 soft tacos then realized that we were missing Doritos taco called 3 times to let manager know no one answered and the final call went to what was like a fax machine.very displeased

Taco Bell my order

It took over 40 min to get to the order window and I still haven't received my food it's going on a whole hour I feel as if I should receive a free meal or something then the lady in da window has a bad attitude. They really don't want to give me enough taco sauce for my entire order then my order is wrong so I have to give it back and I'm still waiting for my order

Taco Bell my order is always wrong

By this point I should have learned my lesson and stopped going here, but it is close, I always order my daughter soft taco's with no lettuce, it is correct on the screen so I expect it do be correct when I get it nope 5 out of 6 times I end up having to drive back to get it correct, then I end up with cold food which is gross, tonight messed up again receipt clearly states no lettuce but still got lettuce, plus my ice tea smelt like sewage my lord did they not notice it when they poured it!? So I go to read yelp reviews wow blown away 2 out of 5 stars, how are they even open still, plus another customer had the same problem with her drink months ago, and it is still happening hello health code issues. Manager said tonight since he transferred to this site it has been nothing but complaints, someone needs to step in and fix these issues. Once in a while a mistake happens not here it seems to be the norm so either poor training or your employees just do not care.

Taco Bell taco bell/ manager on duty

On 10/13/17 I was in your store ordered a Nacho Bell Grande combo. When I went to get the drink the machine did not work. I went to the cashier and explain to him they all taste like water. The cashier said he forgot to tell me it was out and was very polite on the other hand the Manager on duty was very rude and disrespectful. Although I paid with my bank card she at first told him to offer me something else as far as food. I told him no I wanted a drink to just refund my money for the drink I will take the food. The manager comes back and says" we don't have time for that just give her two dollars" popped his drawer and proceed to walk out the door. My order was done 7:18:15 pm. I asked the nice cashier to refund the whole order and ask for her name and the corporate number, the manager refused, I explain to the young man that I will not get him in trouble for being asked and was told not to give me the information that I will be contacting Corporate Office..she proceed to refund me the order back to my card. But with continuous lack of customer service and disrespect to her customer.. If I have to pay money for this type of service Keep It

Taco Bell soft tacos, chicken quesadilla, nacho bell grande

On 10/11/17 it was a Wednesday, I stopped by the Taco Bell by my house and went through the drive thru and I ordered 3 soft tacos with only the meat and the cheese on it, so I tell them please no lettuce. I also order a chicken quesadilla and a nacho bell grande. I get home and open all of my soft tacos and their was lettuce on all of the tacos, so I look at my receipt and even the receipt says no lettuce. Then I start eating my quesadilla and notice their is shredded chicken on half and the other half had some sort of hard crispy chicken on it, which wasn't that much of a big deal to me but a little frustrating. No I am eating the nacho bell grande which was fine at the beginning until I flip over some of the nachos and find a big piece of crispy chicken hidden underneath the nachos. I was very unhappy with my order.

Taco Bell the general manager

I am currently a Taco Bell, And the general manager Robert Enright is rude to his employees he does not care about how they feel or taking time to train them. he takes out his anger on his managers and he does not know how to schedule.I think whoever owns the Tacobell in Pomroy needs to be finding a new general manager that will treat his employees with respect because before long he won’t have any employees.

Taco Bell advertised prices

Why do my local taco bells (rt 35 ocean and rt 36 west Long Branch) have higher prices than the ads I always see on TV.?
Price doesn't effect me financially. I just get aggravated and will now stop going.
Now I am further aggravated that I need to make my complaint an extra 146 characters because when I click on proceed I get a message that this complaint is unlikely to be read if it is not at least 350 characters. Rediculous.

Taco Bell service

My brother and i pull up to the drive thru today 10-12-17 around 9:00 am.after waiting about 8 minutes we pulled up to the service window. Let me say there was no other cars in front nor behind us.the person at the window tolds us we have to order at the speaker. We knew this but we explain to him that we did that but no one answer at the speaker. Then the guy displayed an attitude that is and was unnerving to us.were it almost came to the point in which i feel he want to fight.telling my brother and i that he can settle this after his shift. (What does that mean ?.)so do taco bell allow this from there employee?

Taco Bell wrong order // wait time

Monday I went to Taco Bell. I ordered a CHICKEN smothered burrito, a beef meximelt and a hard taco supreme. I get home, look in the bag. No napkins or spoon (spork, whatever) So I eat everything up to the burrito. I bite into it and it’s beef. I ordered chicken. I paid for chicken. So I went back up there with my receipt. I approached the counter and the man asked if he could help me. I explained to him I ordered a chicken and didn’t get a chicken smothered burrito. So he walks back to a manager and mumbles something to her. She says “what’s wrong with it?” And he says “I don’t know” after I JUST told him what was wrong with it. She rudely says “well ask her!” And so I explain to him AGAIN what’s wrong with it. I wasn’t rude. I just calmly explained it wasn’t what I ordered. So they take my food and toss it. She tells him to make a new one. I waited 10 freaking minutes for my food. They took everyone else’s order in front of mine and I was waiting there the longest. I finally get home to eat my food. I take a bite, same thing. Where’s the chicken? I basically ripped the burrito apart to find a small amount of chicken. Why did I even bother going up there? This location never gives me my sauce when I ask for it. No napkins. No spoon when I need one. Not to mention they handed me my drink back FIRST, which was the wrong drink and then never gave me my debit card back. Which was distracting so I thought I got it back but I didn’t. In the drive through, they are always laughing and half listening to my order and I have to repeat it over. Possibly the worst Taco Bell in my area. Rude people. Crappy service and they don’t make the food right.

Taco Bell don't give a crap attitude and wrong order all the time.

Taco bell on Cartwright Rd in Mesquite TX have employees that don't even smile or say
anything at all to the customer when they go in. Today I had enough of that [censor]. My order was wrong, I overpaid for what I got, when I call to get the problem solved all I get is "I'm sorry" and because I was on my lunch break I ate what they gave me anyway. LAST TIME GOING THERE. They're not getting another penny from me. If a franchise or a corporate store is representing the name they should do better at customer service first of all and make the damn food right the first time.

Taco Bell wait time & extra payment

I visited a TH located at 300 N. Park Rd Hollywood, FL 33021 on 10/10/17. I went inside because the drive through was full. However, every car that was in the drive thru line, left before I did. I spent 20 minutes insode waiting for my order, and there were only 2 people ahead of me, pending their orders. I also paid for extra, cheese on the side, because due to past experience at this location, when asked for the extra cheese on my tacos, it's never added and I didn't want to have to dispute this. The little containers were only 1/4 filled. That's absolutely ridiculous. Why charge for extra cheese if its not going to be provided. Instead I was told I could only get 2 small pinches of cheese. I have been to so many other taco bells in the last 30 years and NEVER have I had to dispute something so minute. Instead, it was an alternative, even though I had to pay extra. I just wanted to file this complaint to ensure you knew that you have officially lost a VERY LONG TIME customer. The wait time for 3 tacos and the stinginess when paying for extra...is unacceptable. Please ensure this location improves. Thanks

Taco Bell no fork!!!

Second time this happened in a row. I got very nice speaking service people at Taco Bell. But I was asked if I wanted sauce. I said, "one hot sauce please." I specified one sauce in order to comply to the not waste movement. But both times I didn't get the sauce or forks. I'm aware of the need to cut down on serving wasteful things and agree with it. But certain things are needed in order to enjoy the food. I don't think it's my responsibility to remind the server to give me a fork. A fork is most especially needed in order to eat as I was going to eat the pizza in my car before a Doctor's appointment. I felt both times I wasted my money and my effort to help the general public. I throw away more then half the pizza (I was very hungry at time) because it was falling apart in my fingers. And since I only got two napkins it was a mess to go on to my next appointment. I want a refund! I don't want to stop eating at Taco Bell. But it is a principal. May I suggest if it is your policy not to give a fork. Then at least have the server to ask if a fork is needed?

Taco Bell total experience

I am sitting in the Barboursville WV Taco Bell as a regular customer. Today I received my cold breakfast on a tray full of crumbs from previous use. As I said, I am a regular customer and felt I should bring a couple things to your attention. One was the obviously dirty tray. Another thing that I find regularly at this location is sleeping employees on benches in the dining room. It is not inviting to walk in to a restaurant with people lying around much less be handed a tray with someone else's last meal still evident.

Taco Bell a male employee was extremely rude

October 9th around 8:40pm my friends and I went to Taco bell. Because we were hungry and they never had taco bell before so I recommend the place because it's one of my favorite places to go. We pull up to the drive thru and the male employee ask us what we would like to eat and we ask for a moment because they were not sure what they wanted yet. Once we had decided we began to place our order for the Locos Tacos Twelve Pack Nacho Cheese flavored and a Moutain dew freezey. We noticed that one the board that it had said "Cool Ranch" instead of the Nacho Cheese kind like we wanted so we proceed to inform his so. And he replied with a moment of silence and then a brisk sorry. Before us replying that it's was okay because it was only a simple mistake. Moments later we heard a females voice over the intercom and were a little confused but it was not a problem, she asked us kindly if we had completed to which we responded yes to before getting our total and pulling up to the window to pay and collect our food. At this moment we towers treated with a male employee rolling his eyes at us before walking away rudely. The female co-work rushed to the window to help and attend us by giving us our drinks asking what type of sauce we'd like. Meanwhile in the background the same male employee is staring daggers at us from inside the building. My friends and I were confused as to why he seemed to dislike us so much and tried to focus else were but it was difficult as we could hear him carry on and scoff at us everyrime he looked in our general direction. The fodd was taking a little while so waiting there next to a employee who practically hate you made us very uncomfortable. Thankfully the female co-worker eventually managed to deliver us our food and we were able to get away. Sadly for my friend this made for a awful first time experience at Taco Bell.

Taco Bell service and cleanliness of restaurant

Went to the Taco Bell on Dayton Xenia Road in Fairborn Ohio on Friday October 6th at 7:30 p.m. it was very slow in the restaurant there was about 15 people sitting there waiting on their food. When we finally got to order we ordered burrito supreme Cinnabons and 2 soft tacos period when the order finally came out almost 30 minutes later, the order was incomplete when I told them that I didn't get the taco supreme the guy went back to the girl in the preparation area and told her that the order was incomplete minus the burrito and she yelled, "I don't know how to make those". He went back and made it himself. The other problem was I didn't get the Cinnabons either but I didn't even say anything about that after the burrito. The next issue with the cleanliness of the restaurant there were trash bags and trash rappers all over the floor in the preparation area and out next to the cash register is as well none of the tables have been wiped off there was food on almost every table and on the floor where you sit and eat. I have pictures. What a filthy restaurant. I guess when you get people working in a restaurant with the attitude like that girl had you couldn't expect them to be worried about the cleanliness of the place.

Taco Bell order

on oct 8 at 8 06 pm. my husband went to 030094 and ordered 2 soft tacos and 1 tostado with guacamole. he got home with the order and there were 2 hard shell tacos with no sour cream which I ordered and paid for and a thing that looked like a Mexican pizza. this happens all the time to us. and always on the evening shifts. I think its time I boycott taco bell.

Taco Bell the workers/managers

I was going through the drive through and I always get soft shell taco and I forgot to order them soft shell they automatically gave me hard shell they didn’t ask me if I wanted hard or soft it was the number 10, I got to the window he handed me the bag and I asked for some Cinnabon’s I didn’t order so I ordered them at the window, then I asked if I could have them soft shell instead of hard he went back and I heard a women say “now what” because I asked for Cinnabon’s and soft shell tacos. I didn’t think I was asking to much but apparently I was.

Taco Bell customer service

I recently visited your Malvern, AR store and placed an order totalling $8.36. When I finally reached the window I gave the cashier $23.36 expecting $15.00 back, that seemed to confuse the young lady at the window and she asked help from a co-worker. In front of me you could she her mumbling to the original cashier, rolling her eyes and shaking her head...letting me know that was putting her out. She gave the young lady $12.00 to return to me, I told her I should be receiving $15.00; to which the co-worker started to argue then stopped, and gave the cashier a ten dollar bill and 5 ones. I asked if they had a five...she said “no”...
Having worked in customer service as an Office Mgr. I would be very upset with my employees if they showed so much annoyance about the customer IN FRONT of the customer...then to not apologize for returning the wrong change or to say “thank you “ after giving me my order is unacceptable.
Considering how much my patronage annoyed your employees, I will be frequenting Taco Bueno vs your establishment. The public pays your salary, and we do have a choice as to where we spend our money.
I don’t think wanting a ten and a five back should have been that big of a deal...
