It took 15 minutes from the time we ordered to when we got our food. There was 2 other vehicles in front of us. We were disappointed to hear that you no longer serve double chalupa box. Also our family consideres guacamole a condiment and should be free. Aside from that after we received our food after an excessive wait. We drove 5 minutes to our house to eat. Only to discover that both chalupas we ordered were cold. Like they had been sitting for some time. Also my wife ordered a cheesy potato griller . It had a total of 5 potato pieces. 2 of them were hard . To hard to eat . We are very disappointed in the quality of the food . We didn't eat the chalupa because we're afraid of getting food poisoning. Have tried to call the number on receipt to file a complaint with management 3 times with no answer. Would like compensation in either a new meal that's properly prepared. Or a refund, we feel totally disappointed in the service we received and are considering never going back. Would really appreciate some steps taken by management to correct this gross negligence.. I have receipt and pics of potato griller if more information is needed. Would appreciate some attention to this matter

Taco Bell service

Thursday 11/2/2017 4:00pm... I pulled into the drive through to get ready to take a look at the menu... A girl came on the intercom asking for my order and I asked her nicely to give me a minute or so. It had not even been 5 minutes yet and a manager at this location gets on the intercom and begins to rush me and says if you're not ready to order please get out of my drive through... The service at this store is terrible. The general manager at this location should be held accountable for allowing this type of employee to become a part of the managing team. I think action needs to be taken immediately. This inst the first incident with them either. This was just the one where i've had enough of their [censor]. Excuse my language but something needs to be done. Has to be the worst taco bell ave ever done business with. I will never be a paying customer at this establishment.

The drive thru is for quick service. It isn't meant for you to sit there while you hem and haw over what you might like. "It wasn't even 5 minutes" Do you think it is fair to sit in the drive thru for that length of time while trying to decide what you want? If you don't know, go inside, or at least pull out of the line until you are ready to order. There is nothing worse than being stuck behind people like you who sit there trying to figure out what they want. Go inside next time, or check out the menu online so you can be prepared. Don't hold it up for everyone else.

I agree with the manager. Most people go thru the drive thru because they are in a hurry. I don't mind waiting for a large order, but not just so you can sit there excessively and hold up the line. If you can't decide then go inside or go around the drive thru again while you think about it. Not a big decision, "Taco Bell" sells tacos, and I'm sure it's not the first time you've seen the menu either.

Taco Bell cross-contamination of a naked egg taco

On my way out of town for business, I ordered a naked taco at 129 I-45S location. I am allergic to gluten and they accidentally put a tortilla around it anyway. Went back in, THOUGHT they gave me a fresh taco, and ate it. My face swelled and a horrible rash ensued along with severe gastric distress on the 2 hour drive there. All I ate was that Taco and hash browns. This was on Friday, October 27th. I had to attend a conference and network despite looking like a klingon from a distance wit that rash. Could not eat, even, due to stomach pain. On Sunday when I passed back through, I talked to the general manager and she took a picture of my face in order to show her staff the results of cross contamination. The manager also gave me the card to the area coach Jose from Tacana franchise, I think? No one has called me since. Celliac disease is no laughing matter and eating it can destroy your stomach or even kill you.
I don't care if that photo becomes the face of cross- contamination training photo for the Us, I told her. Maybe a visual will help employees understand the seriousness of cross contamination with respect to allergies and celliac disease. As for desired resolution, what can you do but be better? Can't un-ring a bell or the humiliation and pain I suffered last weekend.

Taco Bell worm in my taco

On Oct-17-17 during my lunch time I bought my lunch n one taco bell in Torrance ca and when I was eating my hard taco when I open it I saw that there was a black worm inside I dindt know if I ate other worms the thing cause nausea and vomiting after work i went back to the taco bell ans spoke with the manager about that and he keep the taco ans said that the worm was going to be send to labs and that some one will be contacting me but until now I haven receive any calls i just want to request a reconpesation for that was very disgusting for me

Taco Bell food and other

We always go to Taco Bell every time we go to Taylor AZ, which is often. This was the first time since they remodeled. When we take time out of our busy day to eat, we want comfort, friendly, nice atmosphere and most of all good food. Well this Taco Bell now has none of this. Atmosphere is very cold It has galvanized tin at counter, hard 2x4's for benches, small kindergarten school type chairs for everyone to sit in. If the idea was to create a western look, it's got a long way to go. The food was the worst ever! Mexican Pizza was cold and very bitter the tortillas were rancid, the Bean Birrto with green sauce was half the size as normal and about 3 tablespoons of beans, I could not even find the green sauce, it was just a rolled tortilla. If the people that run Taco Bell thinks this is okay then we will accept that because there are several other good restaurants in Taylor to eat. Thanks for listening. Ellie

Taco Bell food quality

I was so disappointed in the experience of the restaurant located by the Southlake mall Hobart indiana. Although the cashier was super the food took forever to prepare & than it was wrong...once I sat down to eat the food it was literally ice cold. I decided to toss the food rather than go up to the counter again as I noticed one of the food preparers had his jeans exposing his underwear. Needless to say so disappointed certainly there is a big problem here.

Taco Bell services

On 10/31/2017 at 2115 This Taco Bell was empty One table taken two people in front of me. The 2 people were at the register talking to the male at the register for quite a long time talking about his writing on his face he had on for Halloween and everything. After about 10 or 15 min I Just walked out and the people in front of me were getting annoyed also. Think they were ready to walk also.
It gut's annoying when you're in a rush. I'm a 100% disabled Vietnam Vet. I went there cause I can't stand too long and thought I'd be out in a fairly reasonable time. I wanted to eat in. I tried to submit a complaint to Taco Bell online and found you get a runaround and redirected to Yelp which did not work.

Taco Bell paper bag, order preparation

I am tired by now. I been eating at Taco Bell from last 15 years at least 3 to 4 times a week.

I am having issues with order falling from brown paper bag when I carry from my car to the house (distance is 20 feet). Also, mistakes after mistakes in food preparation based on how its order. If I say no sour cream in ordered food they still put it in.

By now you owe me at least $500 credit and I am tired of your mistakes as it happened too many times in last 5 years specially 15 miles within Parsippany NJ 07034 area.

I'm unsure why you keep going to Taco Bell if they have cost you so much over the years and continue to make mistakes. I'm also unsure why you do not check your food regularly before you leave the restaurant. Regardless, I'm sure you know that they can't just issue you a random amount of money as a refund or credit based on your experiences over several years. The next time they make a mistake, return the food with the receipt to the location so that you may receive a replacement or refund.

Taco Bell disposition of cashier who worked drive thru

The time was approximately 12:58 am. I visited the Taco Bell, in Baton Rouge LA, located on Oneal Lane! An African American female took my order! When I pulled to the window, I wasn't greeted, she merely passed my drink to me and took my debit card, which was my form of payment! Once the card was approved, she gave it back and closed the window! Still nothing was said and she closed the windows! It didn't take long for my order but once it was completed, she gave me my order?m, not ONCE did she ask if I required sauce, napkins or felt I deserved a thank you come again! I will not be returning to this taco agand n and I'll be sure to tell others of how horribly trained these associates are!

Taco Bell customer service

Both Taco Bell's in Carrollton, GA have the worst customer service I have ever expirienced in my life. Everyone in the city absolutely hates going to Taco Bell here because it is so widely know how awful the customer service is. I have never been to either restaurant and gotten my TO GO order in less than 20 minutes. I wait, on average 30 minutes every single time I go. It's absolutely ridiculous. Taco Bell has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I even go inside sometimes because I don't feel like waiting, and wait the same amount of time. If this issue doesn't get fixed I will never go to Taco Bell ever again. It's sad. I have watched employees do absolutely nothing while I'm standing and waiting for my food.

Taco Bell horrible cashier and untrained manager

Last night ordered food after a long night of work. My order total was 8 dollars and my friends was 20 something. When I told them they charged me for the wrong order total they said they didnt know how to fix it And closed the window in my face. So i waited and asked to talk to a manager. She said she was the night shift manager and had never been trained to do a pull back on a credit card and just shut the window and walked away. I work in customer service and know that this is un called for. I waited again and asked the employee for her name and her managers name she said she wasnt aloud to say and slammed the window. I have never had poor service like that so i pulled off and called and asked for corporates number they hung up on me both times i called amd asked for corporates number. We will never be back. Both were very rude and manager obviously not properly trained and didnt act like either one of them valued their jobs.

Taco Bell food

years ago I had lunch at taco bell on 4404 west main street belleville, Illinois 62226. I got food poision from them years ago, /I call my self going back there thinking they was different, I visited taco bell october 29, 2017 at 5:00 pm and I got home to eat food and went sleep and woke up not breathing right and threw up food /I will never eat there again, dont know if food is fresh or spoiled with ground beef.

Taco Bell unprofessional drive through team, horrible experience!!

I go to this Taco Bell on a regular basis, but today was the last time I will ever visit this location again. I have never been so insulted by a drive through cashier (Magdalena G). First of all, she got my entire order wrong and items were items missing from the bag. When I mentioned the missing items, she handed me those items which I wouldn't have received if I hadn't noticed before I drove off. They also charged me for an item I didn't order. When I told her about it, she said sorry and handed me $1. The item on the receipt cost $2.91. She closed her drive through window, so I couldn't even tell her that it was still incorrect. I had to drive back around and speak with her again about the incorrect items plus the incorrect refund. Still no apologies. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. When I told her about the discrepancy in my refund, she handed me one more dollar and actually said to me, "I just want you to know that you came back for $1". And she shut her window before I even registered what she said. No apologies for everything wrong on my order, missing items, charging me for an item I didn't order, giving me the wrong refund, but had the audacity to insult me over $1?! SO unacceptable. I have already contacted her manager Rosa and will be sending a note to corporate in Irvine. No one should be treated this way when they're paying for food or a service that your company is providing. No matter if it's $1 or $100, there is no need for the unprofessional behavior. Magdalena needs to get into another line of work if she can't be polite to customers.

Taco Bell service

For the 3rd time now I have gone to Taco Bell (all different locations) and ordered a #8... I get home and my bag has 3 soft tacos yet again... a #8 is 3 hard tacos not soft... I now have to drive 15 minuets just to get the right tacos and the whole trip will take me another 30 minutes.. You all need to hire people that can actually do their job and quite wasting people's time.. it's ridiculous...

Taco Bell restaurant service

Hi there,
I ranted and raved about the naked egg taco that I had purchased at Taco Bell in Great Falls, MT, to my boyfriend. He was very excited and also wanted to try the naked egg taco. We made a trip into Missoula from Lolo, to the other end of Reserve this Saturday morning because we had some time to spare. It is about a 30 minute drive. Upon going through the drive-through, we were told that they DID have naked egg tacos, but they were frozen and it would take too long to de thaw them. They were polite about it, but that did not stop us from being extremely disappointed. We love Taco Bell, but not sure if we will be makin the drive many more times if they aren't going to take the time to thaw the food!

Taco Bell all food. taco & crispy chicken quasadilla

Pittsfield ma 01201. Took 23 mins to get food. Got to window waited another 7 mins til food came. Went to eat my taco it was ice cold, then went to eat new crispy chicken quasadilla & was burned on outside chicken was soooo dry & cheese was dark brown. Had to throw out cuz was so dry I couldn't even eat it. Everything I go there it's atleast a 25 min wait even of 1 person in front of me. Foods usually not warm. I've been inside & waited 13 mins for someone to take my order cuz there outside smoking & on phone. Then they don't come in & wash hands after smoking ciggs. I've also been in there with my bf when 4 employees were talking out very loud about someone being a "w[censor]" loud as can be with customers they didn't care nor tryn be at all quiet. It's a fast food restaurant. No matter if I go to drive thru or inside never got my food in less than 23 mins. Even with only 1 person in front of me. Always cold or under cooked. Shouldn't have to deal with that when ur on the rd if u wanna eat & go. As much as I luv taco bell. Pittsfield ma 01201 is by Farrrr the worse 1 ever. Which sux cuz only 1 close to me within 50 miles.

Taco Bell the spice in some of the meals,

My wife and I went to your restaurant, location in Winter Haven Florida. The service was very good clean and respectful. The problem is some of your meals such as the quesadillas, why don't have warning or asking if you would like the jalapeno sauce. My wife got sick over that spice, I can't take it that well either. My question is can their be a way that the employee's ask do you want jalapeno sauce or not on you food. I am not asking for any freeby's just respect for your customers stomach's Please. I spent $21.95 for the meals and they were horrible.

Taco Bell poor customer service

I arrived at the Taco Bell at 2501 Babcock rd. San Antonio, Tx. 78229 at 10:01 pm. An employee was in the process of locking up the lobby doors. He advised me they were closed. I asked what time the lobby closed. He said at 10:00 pm which I already assumed of course. I advised him my car was not running very well right now and I could not sit in the drive through line and I was getting an order to go. He just said sorry and continued to lock the door. So I went home and had a lousy sandwich for dinner. Thanks a lot for the POOR POOR POOR customer service. That particular Taco Bell just reopened after being closed for remodeling for a couple months. Nice way to welcome your customers back. It will be a long long time before I go to Taco Bell again if ever!

It isn't poor customer service (technically it was no service). They have posted hours for in-store business and closed at the advertised time. It's no one's fault but your own that you didn't make it on time. If your car has troubles, find somewhere else that is open or leave at an earlier time. You are an inconsiderate person for expecting this individual to make exceptions for you.

Taco Bell rancid crustos

Went through the drive through at the Rainier Ave Store in South Seattle. Thought the bag smelled somewhat rancid when driving home. Thought it was probably my imagination.

Got the food home. Opened the Crustos. They were so rancid I almost threw up. Had to get them out of the house the smell was so awful.

I don't know if oil isn't being changed or they just left Crustos around for a very long time.

Taco Bell always out of everything, slow, and rude

This taco bell is always out of everything. Including ground beef. What do you order at a taco bell what is out of ground beef? They never cook their shells, they are extremely slow, and they are very rude. I live very close to this taco bell and no matter what time of the day I go, they always do a terrible job. When they told me they were out of ground beef I asked for a recommendation on what I should order and the women couldn't even give me any suggestions. This taco bell needs to change.
