Taco Bell food and staff

I went to Taco Bell in Springville Al. I ordered a number 6 combo and a number 9 combo and the 5.00 steak nacho box. We got home and the order was wrong and one hard taco had less than half of the meat in it which it was supposed to have. I called the store to tell the manager and the man laughed and hung up. I also received a call from my bank I was charged twice for the same thing. I went down to talk to the manager and he said he was not going to do it until I brought something from my bank. I showed him my online bank information as my band told me to do. I will never do business with you or your company ever again. This is the worst experience I have ever had in over 15 years of doing business with you and your company.

Taco Bell restaurant appearance and food

This Taco Bell is probably the nastiest and smelliest fast food place I've been to. Not only are they super slow during non rush hours. The dining room smells like dirty rag. And it seems like no one cleans it during the day. The fountain drinks are more water than anything else. And the food also stinks like the dirty rag. I couldn't even eat my taco because of how bad it smelled. I would have left this on a survey but the receipt has no phone number on it.

Taco Bell food was made incorrect even after clarifying several times.

I ordered a burrito supreme combo and specialized the burrito no red sauce, no onions, no sour cream, add chicken and add rice. After several times of repeating myself and the drive thru attendant repeating it as well it was made wrong it was missing lettuce and had sour cream. My receipt was correct but the food wasn't. I didn't realize it until getting home and biting into it 20 mins later.

Taco Bell the rockies baseball special when they have 7 runs.

I am complaining about the Rockies Special when they get 7 runs. I live in Pueblo West, CO & we watch the games down here too. We are seniors that also live on a limited income...& we watch for specials. The other night when the Rockies beat the Diamondbacks 19 to 2 I looked up the Taco Bell Special on the Internet & it said 4 Crunchy Tacos for %0 cents each 7 had to buy 4. No drink purchase required & on special per person. It also said most locations outside of Denver metro are not participating.

Well, I called the Taco Bell here in Pueblo West & I ask if they were honoring the Taco Bell Rockies special when they have 7 runs or more & I was told Yes & it is between 4 & 6 p.m.. My husband & I went down & ordered 4 each & the lady said $8.29 or 49 & I said what happened to $2.00 for 4 or $4.00 total plus tax. She said you have to buy a large drink. I said that is not what it says on the Internet & I called to see if you honored it & I did ask for the ROCKIES SPECIAL. She said no we just do a baseball special & you have to buy a drink.

Is not the Rockies a baseball team & why are you not honoring the Taco Bell Special like you said you were when I called? We just do a baseball special is all she would say...so we left.

Today, Saturday, I called the Taco Bell on Elizabeth & I ask the same thing that they said we only do a baseball special & you have to buy a large drink. I said why is the ad on the Internet saying a drink is not necessary this year. You bring me the ad & I'll look at it. We did & they said we said we would look at it, but we aren't going to honor it. My husband was so upset & told them they were dishonest & cheating the people. He said we came 20 miles one way & now you won't honor the ad. He said we will let corporate know this is not right & he said he is thinking of calling the TV station.

If Taco Bell is running this during the baseball season & the Rockies get their 7 runs then all Taco Bells should honor Taco Bell or don't run any special. I can see Wyoming or another state not honor it, but the Rockies are a Colorado team & if they do what you have said for them to do to get the special then ALL Taco Bells should honor it!

Also my husband & I were in the Taco Bell in Pueblo West a couple weeks ago & we got a beef burrito. These burritos were a mess to eat. The insides ran out when you tried to eat them & they were almost like just liquid. We didn't eat it all as it was all over the paper. My husband went to the register & told the girl working there & she looked at him & said, Sorry. No one seemed to care one bit. I think we have had our limit with Taco Bell if this is the way they take care of problems & the rules are different if you don't live in the Denver Metro area. If we can watch the games in Colorado we should be able to get the special.

Taco Bell incorrect order

I ordered a number 8 which is 3 hard she'll tacos and a drink with two extra tacos and a number 11 loss Doritos los tacos and a drink. When my daughter and I arrived home We were short two tacos and tbe drinks were horrible, more water than soda. The lines were not long and tbe inside was closed so there was no need to rush the order. I didn't go back because it was late and we had already made it home. This is totally unforgivable.

Taco Bell my visit ended us at the hospital...

I gave 1 star only because I had to in order to post the review. My husband and I went to the Taco Bell located on Hwy 20/Cumming Hwy in Buford Ga and pulled right back out when we were welcomed by the line that was all the way out into the road. There were 13 cars in it and people were standing outside of there vehicles. The dining room was closed so since we already had our minds set on Taco Bell we drove to the other side of town to the one located in Suwanne, Georgia on Peachtree Industria Blvd l right near the intersection if Peachtree Industrisl Blvd and Suwanee Dam Rd. We order the steak nacho box and 6 cheesy roll ups. My husband is highly allergic to raw veggies. Ordering cheesy rollups u would assume we wouldnt have to worry about this. Unfortunately we are spending our evening in the urgent care b there was tomatoes and lettuce in each one of them.Not just 1 piece by accident, there was about the same amount that would be on your normal taco. I'm not sure if the employees are messy when making food and food accidentally falls into other compartments but this a bit much. It was obvious we didnt want veggies in bc the nachos were even ordered plain wih just the meat and cheese. This is very scary ecspecially if this was a child and not an adult. As if this could get any better when I called the store whoever I spoke with had the nerve to tell me " next time you should check your food before you stuff your face but my bad dude tell ur man sorry" and hung up. ABSOLUTELY UNEXCEPTIBLE.

So because you ordered the other stuff "plain" in should be obvious you don't want veggies? And if he is so highly allergic, should he not be careful and inspect his food before consuming, as well as making sure when you order that there are no veggies due to allergies? You cannot blame them.

Taco Bell product, service and management

We eat Taco Bell at least 15 times a month and we have not had 1 visit were our order was correct. We have wasted so much money on throwing food away and on gas bringing stuff back. There is a black male manager that is rude and is very mouthy with customers when they have a problem. Im sending yall 2 pictures of my power burrito with chicken (look at the rotten lettuce). This was after returning the 1st one because they put regular lettuce and no chicken. This restaurant is located in Orange, Texas 77630

Taco Bell customer service, inappropriate employees

I came through drive thru at Taco Bell in Bedford Indiana (zip 47421) no later than 2:50 am. Assuming that the restaurant is still open according to business hours (Friday night til 3:00 am) I decided to attempt to see if I would still be served. Upon driving into the parking lot, all of the employees were by the front door smoking and seeing me pass them, they flipped off me and the others in my vehicle as well as making some rude remarks. Examples; "don't come in so [censored]ing late" "were closed you [censored]es"
Regardless of the remarks I stayed at the drive thru from 2:50 until 3:00 hoping the employees would still serve us even though they'd prefer to be closed.
Not only did I waste my time, but unfortunately mine and others before me had to take our business else where. I love our local Taco Bell, and have been supporting the new management more and more. The service has been excellent these last couple of months. But tonight was way over the top. I understand if the employees want to close early and be clocked out at 3:00 on the dot, but that gives them no reason to verbally assault loyal customers. Your employees tonight were pitiful and will not be respected by the public if that's the normal behavior they decide to portray.

Taco Bell bad food

My pregnant wife and I ordered 2 burrito supremes that had literally no meat and a few hard tacos that had very little meat. Everything was just cold and just a liquid mess. This was by far the worst food we have ever received from your establishment. We order from here often and it's always been hot and tasty by the time we get home (we live 4 miles away) but not tonight

Taco Bell nacho fries

Today when I got home with my drive through order of nacho fries and nacho supreme, my cup of nacho fries was half full! After waiting almost 15 minutes for such a small order I couldn't believe it. I was so excited that they are back but do you only get half of what you are supposed to? I wish I knew it wasn't worth the money if I am not going to receive more than 10 fries. I have never been so disappointed

Taco Bell drinks & employees

The Taco Bell in Sumter sc on broad st never has the right drinks they always say they out the you ask for tea they say it's not ready yet they never have all your food in bag there employees working the window are always rude they never have a name tag on so you can report them something needs to be done I love Taco Bell but I reather drive to the one across town to get food

Taco Bell drive through order

I just got home from picking up food from the drive through and realized my order was wrong. Not only was the quesoritto completely left out, but they got my power bowl order wrong after confirming the order three times and with a second person. I tried to call the restaurant and all I am getting is a dial tone. I am very disappointed with Taco Bell right now.

Taco Bell the service

Hi my name is Dominique Duchane and i would love to let you know you store located on W Northwest Hwy in dallas tx ...it was rude for no one to help me when i walked in the crew just looked at me. i was waiting for about 3 minutes there was no one in line but me ...there was a crew member sitting at the table with a customer i guess it was they family member im not sure but i thought it was rude not to help a customer you see walks in you store...have a nice day

Taco Bell food/wait time

What I ordered came out wrong. The cashier fixed part of it but not all. The wait time was unacceptable. They're we about 5 other customers still waiting on food ahead of me when I ordered. Two of those customers orders were wrong. Everyone in the back preparing was to busy talking instead of trying to get the food out. The window was also backed up.

Taco Bell taco bell

Hello, I went to Taco Bell in Cambridge galleria mall... I was charged $2.59 for a soda... when on your site it shows $1.99 and I was charged $2.29 each for soft taco supremes when I ordered 4 soft tacos with cheese and meat and that's what I got... on the website it was $8.44 but when I got the food it was $15.00 I talked to the person who gave me it and they said it was right I shouldn't have been kept the food... I am silly I don't like losing money...

Taco Bell cashier, manager, food

Visited around 4 pm. Cashier didn't know how to work the register. Tried to pay 10 in cash and rest on my card. Manager got called over and still messed it up charged me 1 in cash then put the rest on my card and still tried to tell me it was 10 in cash I owed. Food was gross . Chilli cheese burrito had no cheese and was hard. Waited to receive a freeze for 20 min after I had received my food. Tables and floor were dirty and sticky. Employees looked as if to be on drugs falling asleep and not talking correctly. Over all it was a horrible experience. Will not return!

Taco Bell nacho fries

The container had 15 small fries in it. The box looked like someone ate half of them. I am very disappointed. The fries are cold and old. I understand it's a $5 box but I'm use to them being full and fresh, this is cold and stale. If they were out they should have never served it. I used my spurge day (cheat day) to be disappointed and to trash my box.
Very dissatisfied customer. I work at the health department right across the street so the food should have never gotten cold.

Taco Bell nachos

Went to drive thru at 4661 jonesboro rd. in union city, ga. on 7/10/18 about 9:30p.m. to order nachos supreme, was told they were out of nacho cheese. Ok things happen. Went back this evening 7/11/18, same store, same time to order same and was told they had no nacho chips. What's up? Maybe need to see what or who the problem is. Go all the way there with what you want in mind twice only to be disappointed twice.

Taco Bell continued poor service and quality of product

For some odd reason, my order is wrong just about every time I go there. Orders are usually basic and easy for their employees to comprehend, but they just can't get it right. And it's not just me either. It's my wife, my kids, friends, neighbors...pretty much everyone I know has had an issue with this particular Taco Bell. I've called to complain several times(not as much as I should have) and the managers are usually snippy and confrontational. Then they say, "let us know next time you come through and we'll make up for it". Bad thing is that the food is always bad when I go back. A taco doesn't consist of a little meat, two strings of cheese, and a piece of lettuce. Really guys, your company has reached an all time low in my book. My family and I have decided to avoid Taco Bell permanently, due to the CONSTANT poor quality and service. I know others near me feel the same way. We have other mexican cuisine options nearby, that actually care what their customers are consuming. Could your company start giving applicants an IQ test before employment? That might help turn things around a bit...well maybe.

Taco Bell everything

Firstly, your board says you have two things that apparently you were out of. One, was the naked chicken Chalupa, the other was a combo meal. It's still on the board, and I was not given any other option, other than recommending the nachos. That was super helpful, not. The employee forgot I was there, and even admitted to it, his name was Justin. He didn't offer anything in exchange for everything going wrong in this trip, and the food was cold. It look like it was premade and was sitting there. The sour cream tasted like it was about to expire, there was something just wrong about it. The cheese from the tacos was all over the bottom of the bag. Oh, and when I mention that he should probably change the sign, he said that they were planning on doing it tomorrow. Apparently it's not important enough to do it now. Also, I had gotten a few cheesy roll ups, and there was something in one of them. It was very pale, and squishy, it may have been a tomato. And I hate tomatoes. I was not able to finish that, and that's part of my dinner. Also, there was barely any cheese in the roll ups, way less than there usually is. He also tried giving a drink to me, which wasn't even mine. And he wouldn't of even realized if I didn't say it wasn't mine. This is an even the first time that the board has been wrong, you should really keep an eye on that. You're missing forming your loyal customers, Also, I had gotten a few cheesy roll ups, and there was something in one of them. It was very pale, and squishy, it may have been a tomato. I'm sure that the McKnight location doesn't have the naked chicken Chalupa sign still up, if they don't have it anymore, as well as the combo deals, which he didn't even say was going to change. Just that it was going to be left up to misinform your customers.
