Taco Bell overcharged and order was wrong

I just went through the Taco Bell drive thru and was overcharged, food was incorrect and got to wait literally 20 minutes for all that. I would've left but Taco Bell has the drive thru that you are stuck in if there are people in front of you or behind you. When I finally got to the window and got my food I advised the lady my food was wrong. She actually argued with me that it was correct and called me a liar. The food was greasy, soggy and the staff extremely rude! I haven't eaten Taco Bell in over a year or more and sadly won't again.

Taco Bell taco salad

Recently I ordered taco salad from deferents taco bell restaurants here in san francisco bay area, tree times at thorton ave.in newark, ca. 94560. Yesterday at century boulevard, pitsburg, ca. And was the same, for same reason the taco shells for the chicken, or feef salads, are rancid what it's very bad make me to burp very uncomfortable, don't know wi but im thinking is because of the oils they using are detediurarad old, stored for to long, in hot place etc. Don't know but this is my impression, I talked with more than one person eating the same thing and they saing the same, please contact me for discussion at [protected]) im antonio [censored]undes.

Taco Bell not receiving what I paid for

I just got off work and was craving Taco Bell so I went to go get some tacos and nachos. Paid for 2 tacos, a drink and the nachos.. and I just got home to find out the nachos aren't in the bag but the nacho cheese is? How does that make sense.. not my first time leaving a dissatisfying review for tbell though. Should have expected it. Certainly makes me wanna give my service to other fast food businesses.

Taco Bell unethical behaviour

my concerned is the way the manager treat us this morning is not right anymore, being so rude to us instead of asking us what is the problem our order, she just refunded our money and ask us to leave, seems like shes being hateful when she heard that bacon thing inside that crunch wrap combo, and being a costumer treating like that can cause you trouble to your businesses, And i felt bad because we always mostly everyday go there and eat breakfast before school, and today I promise myself and tell all my family, friends relatives to boycott your store, costumer services are worst,

Taco Bell all of it

so this is the third complaint I have made since taco bell has not replied to my other two. your guys customer service sucks you forget half of my order the other half wasn't even right. you guys lost a customer forever thanks taco bell thanks! you could at least get back to be maybe apologize to me. Taco Bell denial of service - diamondback special - taco bell - 4080 south gilbert road, chandler, az

Reference Taco Bell location - 4080 South Gilbert Road, Chandler, AZ 85249.
Date of incident: 10 Sep 18/5:48 PM.
Today I went to the drive thru and waited (10) minutes in line with the intent of getting the Diamondback special with purchase of (3) tacos contingent o f purchase of a large drink. I finally got to the speaker and requested the special at (5:59 PM) and was told to "hold on a second" and was then told the computer would no longer allow Diamondback Specials. I told the clerk that I'd been waiting in line over (10) minutes and that they "should honor my purchase". Clerk asked me to hold on and spoke with the manager. I was advised that the computer "shuts down" after 6:00 PM. I told them that I'd got to the speaker at 5:59 PM. My watch is a Fitbit and on atomic time - it's accurate. They told me that I could still purchase food for the full price and I said "no thank you" and had to wait another (5) minutes to get out of the line. Poor customer service folks from management/staff.

Taco Bell product, customer service

Went to our local Taco Bell when we saw a commercial for the 3-cheese burritos, which were great. When offer ended we ordered beef & bean
Burritos. They were great as well. Second visit took beef & bean burritos home, opened & they had hardly anything in them- very disappointed! The pic in beginning of site I went to shows these really full burrito/ingredients coming out both ends of burritos. Contacted Taco Bell, explained situation but never received any answer, even said we'd think twice about returning. Figured we'd give them another chance ( we go thru drive-thru) told girl taking order about our dissatisfaction, told her "we ordered 3 beef & bean burritos a few days ago, they only had about 1/3 amt of contents in them & I'd like them to be filled". Girl didn't say a word. Next window paid, father said thank you, no response, went home. When opened bag, took one out & saw there were 4 burritos in bag, but nothing was said to my dad about this. Ate the burrito, it was mostly beans & rice not much beef, was like eating a plain bean burrito with not much taste which is why we go to Taco Bell & not Mighty Taco. Basic cheesy bean & rice burrito costs $1.00, then charge extra for ea add'l ingredient, meat costing $.60 ea. How much for nacho cheese, etc. I would like to
keep returning to Taco Bell, but this kind of customer service leaves much to be desired-I worked in customer service for 20yrs so I know how to deal with people. I appreciate your concern & look forward to your response. Thank you Bonnie Siska

Taco Bell tostadas/customer service

I ordered 2 tostadas at drive-thru at your location in Dodgeville, Wi. 1st the drive thru cashier was rude and unfreindly when i asked if i could please get some hot sauce. 2nd when i opened the package after driving off i discovered the shells had one dry crusty dollop of beans that covered an 1/8 of the shell. It was plain to see that no effort whatsoever was put into msking these edible. With disgust i had to drive back to the location and confront management who tried to make excuses and kept trying to come up with an explanation. The manager was unwilling to take responsibility. Then gave a refund but did not look at the receipt and shorted me. I have pics of tostadas!

Taco Bell product and service

I went into the tacobell on barten Blvd in rockledge fl and it took 15 mins for them to get my food to me and when i got it it was all falling apart and looked like it had been rushed to be made, Which doesn't make any sense due to it taking 15 minutes unless they just forgot about the order, When I tried calling customer service to inform them of the issue the person I was speaking to told me they would not call me back for any reason and told me one complaint won't do anything to help the store, It's a shame because I love Taco Bell but after my experience they will never get a dime from me again

Taco Bell my check being shortened in july

On June 30, 2018, I put in a total of 87 hours which is overtime .. Its been 2 months since i haven't heard anything about why i was short 15 hours on my first check in July . I've also talked to the area coach of Taco Bell August 2, 2018 and was told that she was going to get back with me on the following Monday, I didn't get a reply back or anything and I've also emailed her on that following Monday, August 8, 2018 .. I've been waiting and waiting on some kind of information on why it happened .. I have all of the little slips on the hours i put in .. Taco Bell 2904 gallatin pike

Yes my name is sean and I do postmates and I was picking up my food throught the drive thru. I asked for a seprate order amd he couldn't do it. So I ordered anyway. I got to the window as soon as I got the food. I asked for a receipt and was refused. I asked to speak with a manager and he said I am the manager. I had to cancel my Call and call the customer back to tell him I couldn't deliver. The customer was very upset. I have never had no problems with taco bell till I went to this taco bell. Taco Bell rice price vs qty

Hello,

I ordered 2 sides of seasoned rice from your Twinsburg Ohio location and it is seriously the smallest serving ever. Ill attach a picture with a quarter as size comparison. For 1.50 each, I expect to get more of a scoop of a rice instead of a tablespoon. Anyway, you guys could make this up to me with a 5$ gift card? Any plans on you guys making rice bowls instead of just tacos?

Taco Bell beef burritos

Im a 45 year old man that has been a lifelong customer of Taco Bell In Tucson Az.
I live Three blocks from a Grant location store and visit the store approx. 3-4 times a month and usually spend around $20.00 on assorted menu Items for my wife and mainly Beef burritos for myself.
I went in tonight to get some burros and was told that youve discontinued this menu item.
Im sorry to say that this was my preffered menu item and that with the discontinuation of said item, I will no longer remain a faithful customer of your franchise.
I feel that over the years your franchise has gone away from a lot of the original menu items, and tried too hard at twisting what was once a great basic mexican fast food chain.
I wish your company no real bad will, I just believe in spending my money on what I really want

Taco Bell both

Everything I asked for they was out of like 4 different items they place was so dirty I didn't want to even make a pop no napkins I asked 3 times for napkins before I got them they couldn't give me the $5 box cuz they was out of everything the workers acted like I was bothering them and I spent $30 and they acted like I was asking for something free I have worked in fast food they could of at least hung a note saying they was out of something

Taco Bell order online

I placed an order online for in-store pickup. However I get to the store location and they said there was no such order there. I have order number #900827 pick up time of 12:09pm. Location to be 1747 w Bethany home Rd. Phoenix Arizona I called them as well still nothing and called the several different locations and nothing. My order total was 22.74 I paid by MasterCard. Taco Bell double cheesy gordita crunch meal

I just purchased this meal and just couldn't not complain about my tacos

First of all, they were delicious, but there wasn't even a 1/4 teaspoon of shredded cheese on the 2 tacos and the Gordita.
This is ridiculous! The name indicates "double cheesy" ?
Not hardly
You could tell it was just thrown together!
Very disappointed!

Taco Bell bad service, dirty store, dirty clothes, rude staff, missing food

Sat in drive thru for 18 min at 6:30 pm 9-3-2018 at Grand Forks ND, did not get the taco we ordered. So my husband went in to tell them. But no one would help him. He said the girl just looked at him and walked by him 3 times. Another man asked for a straw, as the container was empty. So she gave him a dirty look and handed him the whole bag of straws. So the guy had to load the container himself. Really! There was food and hot sauce all over the floor. There were many dirty tables. Staffs clothes were very dirty also. People were shaking there heads at the lack of service. My husband never did get the taco he had paid for, so he walked out, and so did another guy. This has been going on for so long. Don't see why they are not turned in to the health department. This is the last time we will be going to Taco Bell here unless things change.

my wife went to war-mart so I asked her to get me a subway 12'' chicken rotisserie sandwich my wife does not speak English she came home crying because of the way the man that helped her was rude and charged her for 2 6inch sandwich instead of 12"
she tried to bring it to his attention and she felt as if he was taking advantage of because she new no English he told her that because she asked to wrap them separately thats why he charged her for 2 6inch it wasn't the money it bothered that someone would treat and take advantage of my wife for her to come home crying really got me upset. the store#726

Taco Bell lack of help at your store #003798

This is to inform you at store # 003798 yesterday 9/2/18, my order # 210975 took almost 30 minutes to receive, there is a lack of help in this restaurant as well as the one on Chinden Bvd in Garden City, Idaho. I have been a customer for 6 years and have never seen a more dirty and lack of customer service in these 2 places. I suggest you fly out corporate to visit these 2 places and get some customer service training going on. Honestly to waite 30 minutes for 3 items in this day and age is ridiculous!

Taco Bell chicken vs beef

I recently visited the Taco Bell on St Augustine Road in Valdosta Georgia on September 2nd 2018 at approximately 10:30 p.m. I went through the drive-thru and when the lady took my order after she gave me the total it was clear that she didn't bring it up correctly. When I got to the window I let her know I want to Chicken on everything. I knew the total because I come there all the time and I get the same thing so I knew exactly how much it should have been with the substitution of chicken. She had an attitude because it had already been made and I just made it clear that I had already ordered it a certain way. Either way I specified what I wanted which was Chicken on everything in my Gordita Crunch box because I do not eat beef. Shiri run my stuff up and the price is more in the price range where should have been which was $7.90. I got home and my food still had the beef in the Gordita Crunch. I paid extra for the chicken because I don't eat beef so I felt like with me making it clear twice at the window and at the intercom that my food to be prepared correctly. This is not the first time that I've had an attitude with this location and received issues with my food being correct. I spend a lot of money here and I come here at least once a week for lunch. This is just unacceptable especially for the fact that there was an attitude with the person who had to correct the order even though I ordered it correctly.
