Taco Bell the customer service

They got my order wrong and when I returned half the order they still wanted me to pay more when I went back in wow then I explained what I wanted and they gave me something else imagine about 8 workers back there and not one could get what I wanted . Nothing offered or free for my troubles I paid 15 .oo for six tacos ? Someone did something wrong I wanted the two chulpas and a regular taco they gave me three crunchy tacos and three doritto tacos lol never going to taco Bell again what bad place to order in Gilroy ca on first st.

Taco Bell food quality

Anytime we go to taco bell we know at least one thing will be wrong or missing. More often than not their food is horribly made and has hardly any meat or sauce or whatever. For instance EVERY TIME i order a quesadilla i order with extra sauce (because of this reason) and i either get hardly any or like today i got none. Literally i pulled the quesadilla apart because it was horribly made and half of it had no meat and none of it had sauce. That extra i order is $.30 and that adds up. The cheese is never melted either. Im just sick of your crappy employees and im done wasting money. The managers are rude and no help at all.

Taco Bell food and customer service

I came through the drive through and got 4 beefy nacho grillers got home and me n my husband started eating them to find out his 3 had little to no meat or cheese on them they were burnt and my had nothing but cheese and was busted and burnt. I took them back up there and talked to the lady at the window her name was Courtney. She was rude and said that she watched them make them and took my name and said to come back in the am. Did not seem to be concerned or even care! I will not go back there

Taco Bell service

Our Taco Bell located in Mooresville, NC has been horrible on drive thru times. We like the products but honestly after giving this location 3 tries after our hard night of work and waiting over 30 minutes in line each time is ridiculous.
The people that work here are rude, don't care and act like they're on drugs. Our fellow workers called about same problem and the manager was rude to her telling her he's going to run his store his way.
Not only have you lost us but our co-workers as customers. We are all servers at a sit-down restaurant. We understand the service industry and this is unacceptable. If this is a franchise then I would highly recommend corporate stepping in. This town is home of most NASCAR drivers and with social media can really ruin a business name.

Taco Bell horrible customer service

As I went to the window to pay for my order she told me me my total and as I reached to give her my money she slammed the window in my face and made me wait about a min before she took my money then she finally came to window and snatched the money out my hand and left my food sitting before she gave it to me then she gave me the food and slammed the window in my face again as I asked for hot sauce and I had to wait again for her to give me hot sauce and at that moment I wanted my money back and she made me wait five min at drive thru and never came to window to see what I wanted so i drove to the front to go inside and she had doors locked when visiting hours said it was open so I had to get back in my car and come to drive thru to get my money back and she made me wait about five minutes before she asked me what I wanted so I got out of car to knock on window to ask for my money back and she finally gave me my money back and threw it into my hand with a very nasty attitude.

After leaving my doctor appointment, I figured I would just grab some tacos before I headed back to work. I ordered the #8 add sour cream. I get back to work which takes me less than 10 minutes via expressway and pull the first taco out of the bag open it and all the cheese is at one end, all the sour cream was in one spot but the worse part of it all was that the meat COLD! it wasn't even 11:30, so I DON'T understand why the meat was so cold. Truly disappointed w/the quality of the food especially for the price I paid. I feel that if you are going to choose to work in the food industry then prepare the customers food like you are preparing your own.

Taco Bell service and making wrong food numerous times

Everytime I visit Taco bell in cockeysville, on York rd I have a problem with my food.Today it was a problem with the manager and my food.I always get the same thing when I go there and it's always wrong when I get home! So I was just coaching the prep people along that I wanted this and no don't put that and the manager, starts yelling n cursing at me for me saying what o want on my food that I'm paying for.He was very rude and unprofessional, I don't think this kind of service should be shown in public.Then my wife gets a taco supreme, gets outside and it missing the stuff that goes on it, MY POINT! Food still made wrong, anything I ask extra o pay for and never get it.I think this subject should be addressed to the people in this store. NEVER GOING BACK, LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER

Taco Bell serving rotten food

We ordered a Grande meal, consisting of 8 soft tacos, and 2 bean burritos. My son, ate a soft taco and complained that it tasted funny. He is only six, so I tried on to see for myself. Just as I finished my first bite, and noticed a musty flavor, my daughter dropped her soft taco and acted like she was going to vomit. There, on the tortilla was mold. Every soft taco tortilla, had spots of mold on them.

Taco Bell the taco salad

Each time i order the same thing, and each time without fail it gets worse. Today was the deal breaker. I am attatching a picture of my disappointment. The extra sour cream where? The quac was there, and the size of the salsa, it wasnt salsa it was a small sauce.
They have opened a authentic mexican restaraunt very close to this store, for the money and less hassle of checking my order each time its worth going there
After today i dont think i'll be back.

Taco Bell slow service!!!

The Taco Bell in the Woodburn Oregon location is extremely slow! The slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to in my life. It is closest to me so I tend to go there but I'm better off driving 15 min down the road to another location guarantee it would be faster. I am not over exaggerating. Every time I go there it takes on average 20-30 min for my food especially in drive through. Sometimes the parking lot would be pretty empty and I would figure it wouldn't take as long but I am wrong. Never fails and it's been like this for as long as I remeber even people I know that go there say the same thing! I'm not one to write reviews but I truely think there is something that should and could be done so just had to and because it's very frustrating.

Taco Bell missing food and food made wrong!!

On Sep 13th at 10:43 pm i ordered from store #026046 at 12156 south st artesia ca 90701. I placed an order for :

1 bean and cheese burrito
1 nacho w/ extra side of cheese
2 crunchy tacos w/ extra cheese

I didn't receive my bean and cheese burrito.I also requested no tomatoes or lettuce on any of the items i ordered. Due to food allergies. And everything i received was wrong and had tomatoes and lettuce . And there fore i was unable to eat dinner after working all day. Considering i was the only vehicle in the drive thru, there should be no reason why my order was wrong and incomplete.

Taco Bell employee and manager

Tiffany that works at the Bryant location should not be a manager or work in customer service she was made aware of a situation where an employee Tonya was very rude she cursed a customer and told them owell when explaining this to Tiffany they both started laughing told me owell and walked away Tonya had after me telling her my order was taken wrong called me a [censored] and told me owell get over it when I told her I wanted management Tiffany came to the window where they both laugh about the situation and walked away

Taco Bell forgetting food and out of things

I went to get breakfast and i ordered 2 number 17 combos. I ordered my first drink coffee and then tried to order orange juice and they were out. I tried soda and certain sodas in the machines werent working so I asked for water and out of bottled water. So I ended up with fountain water. When they gave me my coffee he was laughing and saying he put the wrong lid on it he put a regular drink lid on it and didn't change it. Then I didn't check my bag before I left and they didn't put either of my orders of cinnabons in the bag!

Taco Bell beefy frito burritos!!

I went to taco bell on 1600 w katella ave. & ordered 2 beefy frito burritos
after ordering i pull up to the window and was told they are out of beef!.. I'm not a huge fan of the beef anyways so i asked for the 2 burritos with just rice, fritos and nacho cheese . They gave me my food and when i got home i took a bite and they put something else in my food than what i asked for! i could have been highly allergic to the ingredients they put in it! this isn't they only time they have done this! this could be a lawsuit.

Taco Bell unethical behavior

I visited your store @ 12480 West 64th Avenue in Arvada, Colorado on Monday September 11, 2017 @ 2:28pm. I placed an order for the meal Cravings Deal.
I gave the cashier: Katrina a twenty dollar bill. As she was giving me change back I requested my $20 back and explained I wanted to give her a ten dollar bill. See continued to give me the changed for the $20 I gave her. I asked her why are you giving me change back for the twenty dollar bill. I wanted my twenty back and I wanted to pay for the meal with a ten dollar bill. I kept insisting in why are you not responding to my request?
Katrina got upset and shut the cash register door with my twenty dollar bill I gave to her.
Katrina stated: “You can talk to my manager”!
The manager: Emma came up to assist and I tried to explain to her I wanted to pay for my meal with the ten dollar bill I had. Emma started to give me change back for the twenty I gave to Katrina. I explained again what is it that you don’t understand in what I am asking? Emma gave me my twenty dollar bill back and I paid for the meal with the ten dollar bill I had. Emma seemed to be upset as well in what has transpired in the commotion of things. I requested for the owners name of the store. Emma gave me only the first name (John). I requested for John’s last name and Emma would not give his last name to me. This all took place in front of my grandson.
I Pledged I will never return back to this Taco Bell again which happens to be in my area of location. Please Respond!

Taco Bell drive thru service

I went through the drive thru and ordered a couple of burritos, a small soda and very large water. The staff working the drive thru repeated the order and mentioned a courtesy cup of water. Since I don't work at Taco Bell and only eat at fast food restaurants once or twice a year, I didn't think anything of the term "courtesy cup, " and the staff member didn't explain that it wasn't large.

When I arrived at the window, I expressed my disappointment at the size of the cup. Instead of apologizing or offering other options, the staff chose to lecture me on how "nothing in life is free" and "you can't always get what you want if you want it free." To be clear, I never asked for a *free* water; I asked for a *large* water.

So I offered, "Can you just charge me for the largest possible size of Pepsi and put water in it instead?" The staff member agreed to do that after sighing and rolling his eyes, and I heard him making fun of me to another staff member as he was filling up the cup, as the window was still open. Just because staff know something doesn't mean that a customer does; and the customer is still a person worthy of courtesy, dignity, and respect.

Taco Bell $ 5 box

I am writing to voice my disappointment that I see "$5 BOX" on all the commercials, and when I go to my local Plymouth, Massachusetts location, I find that the box costs $5.99 there. That's a 20% mark-up over the nationally-advertised price. I find this location always costs more than other locations. My point is I think that there should be uniformity between stores in the same region. I have been going there for years because of the ease and convenience--it's located close to where I work--but I will not do that location any more business. I vehemently disapprove of this bait-and-switch marketing. If you advertise something on TV for $5, it better cost $5 when I get there. With the taxes, it was almost $6.50. Shame.

Taco Bell pizza

Sunday, September 10th 2017 order 3 meals pizza taco and the 2 tacos and drink. The pizza taco tasted like some burnt plastic and actually called to report to the store about this. There was some type of substance in this product that cause a bad taste that I'm still tasting 24 hours later I did called the store when this happen and Billy (not sure if she was store manager) told me to come by and she will provide 3 more pizza's. But little concern about trying again; I would rather haven he money back. What ever what happen with the pizza taco that we received was not edible and I'm concern for others. The store is located in Houston Texas at 17721 FM 529 77095

Taco Bell closing drive through line 30 minutes early

Dear Taco Bell. Last night I arrived Taco Bell drive through to get a bite to eat. This guy was doing hand movements to me to turn around! I rolled down my window and asked why because I had phoned earlier the place closed at 8 pm. Several times, he ignored my question. Customer service sucks there. He was speaking to a guy in a truck laughing at me! I've seen him in Taco Bell preparing food and will get his name and resent my complaint next time I go there. I'm very disturbed by his actions.

Taco Bell missing food/rude employee

I was at the Taco Bell on Farnsworth in Aurora IL 60505. I frequent this location regularly and have never had an experience like this. I ordered 2 $5 boxes as they come and then an array of tacos and other food items made with out meat. This is the same batch of items I order on nearly a weekly basis with no issue. After getting to my cousin's home that was now 20 minutes away, I noticed that I was missing two meatless tacos for my son. I checked all the bags and found no tacos. I double checked that I did in fact pay for them then I went back to the location. On my way, I called to let them know that we had a couple of missing items. I was very polite and not upset at all. The woman who answered the phone was very brisk and told me that she personally bagged my food. She then told me that the two veggie tacos were inside of the $5 boxes and that she instructed the drive through guy to let me know that. When I told her that he did NOT inform me and that I was still left with no tacos for my son, she refused to remake them. I ended the call and called my cousins house to see if the tacos were in the boxes. Of course having no idea, her and her husband ate the entirety of the boxes by the time I called. I immediately called the Taco Bell Back and spoke with the same woman. I was patient with her and asked her several times why she couldn't just remake the two little tacos. My son is 4 years old and this was his only lunch. She proceeded to tell me that it wasn't her fault that someone else ate his food. She took zero responsibility for the misplacement. How is it not? She said herself that I was supposed to be informed and I wasn't. I understand that I was given all the items I paid for. The point is that even though that may be the case, the items were poorly placed, hidden even, and in the end, eaten with the rest of the food in the boxes. I go to this very same restaurant on a nearly weekly basis. I have NEVER had the meatless tacos stuffed in a box full of meat items. Why would anyone assume that was how the food was packaged? Even the meat eaters did not notice when they ate the bean tacos. The woman refused to call the general manager. I called back several times in an attempt to get the contact info for the manager and call myself but there was no answer. I called back with two other numbers and still no answer. At the end of the day, it's two tacos that are worth a couple of dollars. I obviously could have just bought more but because of how incredibly rude this employee was to me and how she insisted the fault was mine, I will never eat at Taco Bell again. Neither will the rest of my family members that go there regularly. It's just so disheartening because Taco Bell is my son's favorite. We don't eat meat so it's one of the few fast food places we can safely go to.
