Taco Bell service and food

4th time in the past 3 weeks that I've ordered food from taco bell and it felt like they took something out of the fridge and handed it to me. almost completely melted ice in my pop, dry/flakey tortilla, cold meat, soggy brown lettuce, and just overall terrible service from both the tittabawassee and state street location in saginaw, mi. today 7/31 i called to complain about my food again, and was told that if i didn't come back right away that my money could not be refunded, also that i can't get a free meal because i've been getting cold food and he doesn't want it to happen again, therefore i did not receive anything for the extremely poor service received and i lost about $10. i'm extremely upset with the poor service taco bells employees and management have in the saginaw area. change something!

Taco Bell nacho fries

There is false advertising for the nacho fries and cheese. The picture on the menu board shows the container full of fries and the cheese cup full of cheese. Our fries container was not filled and the cheese was barely half full. A bit disappointing after seeing the picture. The product should look like the picture. I'll have to say tho, they were delicious!

Taco Bell online ordering

I ordered online and payment was taken. I pulled up to the drive thru and was told that they had no record of my order. They couldn't give me a reason why. I told them I had an email receipt confirming my order and they said there was nothing they could do. I drove off $20 poorer and with no food. I'm on a budget and that night was supposed to be a special treat since we never get to eat out much. Thanks Taco Bell.

Taco Bell service

My husband and I went on July 30, 2018 to Taco Bell on Century in Hillsboro, Oregon.
My husband order a Box. We waited 15-20 minutes then the fries were cold. So I asked for replacement fries. No one said sorry or how long the wait was going to be. So I stood there and waited. While I was waiting I notice one of the employees was in the back, not even acknowledging that his team needed him. On one line there were two new people. I could tell cause they looked confused and then the back room employee came to them and started telling them how to make a burrito. At that time on the other line, one of the workers said something about going on 15 minute wait time. Back room employee finally came out to the line. Still waiting for fries...
Couple minutes go by and my husband is done eating. So I asked about the fries, that when I was told they will be up in a minute. 1st of all someone needs to show them how long a minute is. Cause it took another 6 minutes before we got the fries. I was tired of waiting I went out to the car and told people that they will be waiting 20 minutes for FAST FOOD. Half the line left

Taco Bell service and lack of product

Have lived in Texas for over three years - finally broke down and went to Taco Bell. When ordering they said they didn't have any ground beef prepared and that it would take 15 minutes. So as to not hold up the line and have to wait, my husband said to switch to steak, so we waited and waited and waited - about 20 minutes. When we got to the window we asked what the deal was and asked if they let the guy in front of us sit and wait for the ground beef IN LINE! First they said yes. So, my husband said then I want ground beef tacos and to change the price. They said they already had it priced at ground beef amount and that the guys was waiting on fires - FOR 20 MINUTES! We asked why they didn't move him out of line and wait elsewhere. He said that the General Manager refuses to do business that way. So we told him to make sure her name and number were on the receipt so we could contact her directly. so we got our order - no contact info on receipt, no hot sauce (specifically asked for) and no napkins. I guess it'll be another 3 years before going back to A Taco Bell, but never to this one - every.

Taco Bell I was waiting for my 2 chalupa boxes and my 2 empanadas and I was there from 10:04 until 10:39

I got to Taco Bell and was waiting from 10:04 until 10:22 and my food was done but they told me they have to drop my empanadas and it will be 7 minutes longer and I waited till 10:39 and told a worker to tell the register lady "Sara" that I want my money back me and another gentle man we're waiting and he got his food when I got my money back the gentle man was 2 cars ahead of me, I am very dissatisfied I no longer was even hungry so many people were driving out and pulling into was ridiculous, some fast food spot they got running . Taco Bell wait time and incorrect food.

After waiting for 10 minutes just to order(there were not many in front of me), I finally ordered two 7 later bean burrito with no cheese or sour cream added on, as well as fries. When I arrived back to my hotel, I opened up my burritos to find that I had been given twomeat filled burrito with sour cream and cheese, all of which I cannot eat. Additionally, the fries were cold. My balance due was 8.39$ which seems to be a waste of money since I cannot even eat what I ordered. The customer service skills were awful and I spent over 15 minutes in line total.

Taco Bell taco bell 1695 w. webb rd, wichita ks

7-30-18 My daughter just got back from the Taco Bell at 1695 W. Webb Rd in Wichita Ks. She ordered a cheesy gordita cruch, no spicy ranch plus nacho cheese. It had spicy ranch on it. I ordered a Nachos BellGrande with extra, extra cheese. There was no extra cheese. Her boyfriend ordered a nacho fry box and the burrito had no meat in it. I called the store to complain and hopefully get my name put in the book for another time since it's storming outside and she didn't want to get back out in it. The first call the lady I was talking to said that she made everything herself and nothing was wrong with it and then she hung up on me. I called right back and it took about 20 rings before anyone answered the phone. When they answered all they said was hello and I asked if this was Taco Bell and she said no, this is so and so. I didn't catch her name. I asked again if this was Taco Bell and she said yes. I told her that I had just called and the lady hung up on me. She said she was sorry and asked what the issue was. I started telling her everything that was wrong and she said that we would have to bring the food back up there with the receipt for anything to be done. This isn't the first time that we have had an issue with this Taco Bell but anytime before they would just put down the items that were wrong to where we could come back in another time and receive the same items. I have never had anyone from any other Taco Bell treat me that way that these people treated me.

Taco Bell service

Worst treatment ever from employee worker at taxo bell. I been going to for 30 yrs. This is sad. In the end i didnt recieve meal that not. For my children. WorryIbg something would have been done to thw food. Taco bell elgin. Il. 304 mclean. Blvd .
Rebecca aka. Supervisor was rhe rude women taking orders at drive tru. She was obviously in bad mood or something she didnt let us finishing ordering. Nor did she xare at the window to pay where she tgen still messed up the order. And refused to let us pay to fix it we have 4 kids not one. So she rudely says pull around pull around in yelling form. Then we waited no food in 15 min wait outside. I then went iin where she then says well you pay for it. Im like u saod pull around repeatedly and she like yea pull around get out ur. Car and come in
Where this argument continues for 3 min
Where she says swear words and i will admitt i gave her dew words back. In the end my children didnt habe taco bell din er bexause of her..

Taco Bell customer service

This is store 636 and I work across the street at Hertz. I go to this store at least twice a week. I stopped going inside to eat because of the manager Hayley. This day I decided to have my meal at a table instead of in my car. I ordered a steak nacho but my chips were soggy. When I asked for something in place of them the cashier was helpful. Ronda offered her favorite and called for Hayley whom was with a heavy white woman. She told Ronda to wait then when she finally came to the counter she told me that was her wife and continued to tell me about her personal life. This is why I stopped coming inside someone needs to teach her professionalism.

Taco Bell everything

My boyfriend and I came there after work on Monday July 30th 1245am ish, we order about 25 dollars worth of food, BUT before we can order we wait 10min for an unknown reason because no one was in front of us, anyways we receive attitude and missed two items from our receipt, so we call.. bad idea.. the so called manager didn't feel comfortable giving us his name but felt comfortable to tell us to call 1800 tacobell and proceed to hang up on us, we we're literally polite the whole time. Every time we come to this location it's always a mess and full of racist and raging "workers". I'd suggest corporate come in and do some retraining because this is ridiculous. oh and the cashier wouldn't keep her gross hands out of our bag, after we asked her nicely to stop touching everything.

Taco Bell watermelon freeze

I went to the tacol bell in upland, ca on central and was told the machine wasnt working. I also went to the taco bell in la mirada on la mirada blud and was told the same thing. Then I went to the taco bell on carmenita and was told the same thing! I [censored]ed about it to them and was told that all the taco bells were waiting on a part for the machine! Taco Bell cinnamon twists and employee behavior

I came into Taco Bell about 45 minutes ago to order a dollar cinnamon twist I thought maybe it would be a quick snack, unfortunately it was a horrible experience I don't complain much but this is the third time I have been into a Taco Bell and have had a bad experience I figured it is time first there was an employee in line with friends they were horsing around jumping around they were even wrestling and knocked into me which I thought was very unacceptable and rude, for 2 the other employees that were working did not say one thing to them about their behavior they just continued to laugh with them & third it took about 15 minutes for one order of cinnamon twist to get to me. I looked around trying to find out what was taking so long I noticed three employees over to the side standing around just talking but at least they did get this order right unlike the last time I ordered four items out of four items were wrong. Well I asked for a manager and they told me they were unavailable at the moment I think the employees either need to find a daycare for themselves or need to get a clue on how to be professional I know I was only a dollar customer tonight but that is due to the fact my unsatisfactory 26 and 34 dollar purchases last two times I orderd from there. My business often eats out on Friday's and have take out throughout the week but less and less are we ordering Taco Bell. Hopefully next time the person the employees decide to wrestle with while in the restaurant is not an elderly person or a small child they knocked down..

Taco Bell service and workers

At our local taco bell (shelbyville, illinois) I went in to get an order and the cashier was off to the side talking to another employee about buying and doing drugs (meth specifically). I mentioned this to the local managers and nothing has been done. Actually, they informed the two employees about it and who mentioned it.
Is this the kind of service you provide? Why are they not being drugged tested? And why did the managers pass off the complaint and inform them? My service has been terrible and my orders are regularly being messed up now every time the two are working.

Taco Bell service

When I left Taco Bell drive through I could not see. At the window there are two extremely bright lights facing the cars. The lights gave me a migraine and blinded me. I had to pull onto the side of the road and wait for my migraine to let up & my eyes calm down enough to see. My retinas felt burnt even though I pulled my sun visor down. While at the window I asked to speak with the manager. I was told there was nobody there I could speak with that the manager had just left. After asking who owned this Taco Bell franchise, the girl at the window told me I could call and talk to the manager when she got back from vacation.

Taco Bell grilled stuff steak burrito

I visited the Red Oak, Texas location this evening (drive thru). This is the second time in the past month that I ordered the grilled stuff steak burrito for my husband. Both times...no steak, ground meat instead. These are one of the most expensive things on your menu. I would prefer to get what I pay for. This is ridiculous. When I attempted to contact the store my phone, after a few rings it went to a fax machine. Please train your staff better. We will probably not be customers any longer.

Taco Bell service

They are not friendly at all and when you order and pay the price for this stuff you should at least get 2 spoonfuls of meat and all in the boritos. We got maybe 1/4 of cheese with cheese fries. They dont smile at all or speak besides orders. They act like they don't want to be there. My husband wanted they steak nacho box and had to order something else due to it going to be a 30 minute wait on the steak.

Taco Bell customer service and customized order

I went in with a large order for me and some co workers, the lady taking my order kept saying "oh my god" "jesus" referring to all the extra veggies I added to my loaded fries making me feel embarrassed in front of others. I got extra beef, extra sour cream, with added guacamole, onion, red strips, beans and potatoes. when I got my meal it was most definitely not extra beef or sour cream and I counted my tomatoes and red strips (because there was so little there) i paid close to 10 dollars for my loaded fries and got a very disappointing platter, AFTER being embarrassed in front of employees and other customers because my order was "too much". I know in my picture I already started eating, but it's because I'm at work on a time crunch and I have to eat very fast and I was very hungry because I do a lot of manual labor at my job. I was most definitely expecting a larger portion and didnt want to complain when I got my order, prior to already being embarrassed I didnt want to be more embarrassed. thanks for taking your time to read my complaint. my phone number is [protected] and my name is Stormy

That is Not Xtra ingredients like you ordered! Its not FAIR u pay for Xtra Ingredients and Don't Receive them!

I Paid 1.60 for Xtra Cheese on Burritos and NONE had Xtra Cheese! Ordered Light Lettuce on Tacos, they Put XTRA Lettuce! How do they get XTRA out of LIGHT is Beyond me!

Taco Bell a product that has not returned

Hello there, I am a committed customer, I am actually eating it right now as I am writing this. But I fell in love with a product that sadly, I have not seen come back. The naked chicken chips and the crispy chicken quesadilla were incredible and I know a lot of people enjoyed them as well! PLEASE bring them back and make them stay, I assure I'll come even more if that was the case!

She was down right rude while she was taking our order and kept getting snappy at us for not knowing what some people in our group wanted. This is not the first time she has done this and i dont think this is very polite to have her on your service and team any longer. She is completely disrespectful and you are going to loose quite a bit of service from her working at your compnay any longer.
