Ordered two(2) Penn Reels. Received One(1) and Contacted the Store at time of Receipt by UPS. I was Advised That the Reel was Not in Stock but on Back Order. Several Weeks Passed and I contacted the Store Again to Advise Same That any Suitable Replacement would Suffice. Contacted the Store again and Advised that the Web (Online) Person was not Available and the Actual Store did Not Manager the Web Store. Contacted the Store Again and Encountered Rudeness, Hang-Ups and Finally Advised that I was Not Pleased with the Lack of Response and Left my Name and Number for the Manager to Contact Me. Once Again, No Response, So I Sent and Email 4 Weeks Prior that I was Going to Place a Formal Complaint.
