Tablets World — False advertising, failure to repair and return product
Tablet was sent back for repairs as there was an issue with the tablet software and HDMI port not working. It has been over a month since I returned the tablet for repairs and the company is ignoring my emails of when I will get the tablet repaired and returned. The company is not adhering to laws on consumer protection by making false claims of 12 month warranty on purchases and technical support. They have at all opportunities tried to escape responsibility of repairing or refunding the tablet by either asking money from me to "upgrade" to another tablet or offering a replacement tablet which is not similar in cost, model or size to the tablet I purchased.
