After being offered a position at T3 Communications and relocating out there, a previous employee who had been out on disablity shows up wanting her job back. Due to this company's finanacial problems they could not afford to pay both of us. The employee (Angela) is a girlfriend of one of the employees and close friends with everyone there (all 10 of them) so I was purposely set up to look bad. I would not have spent $3000.00 on relocating out there if this was not a true position or an incompetant person. The older woman who was training me acted more like 14 than her age of 45. This company's poor ethics and financial planning will never let the company grow.

Hit the nail on the head...And she's the technology directors fiancé so you never had a chance. But there is hope as they bought out/partnered with a IT company who's owner is snakier than them that's dismantling T3 to build up their business, and are slowly but surely replacing T3 employees with their own.
