I renewed my My-Faves contract with T-Mobile back in November 2007 and sent in all of the paper work to TLC Marketing and that has been the end of it. I have contacted T-Mobile monthly as well as TLC and have only been thrown back and forth. The only information that I have received is that I do qualify but I have not gotten a booking request form from anybody. It is now October and nothing. I am strongly considering leaving T-Mobile after my contract is up for do to their contract violation.

Every time I tried to schedule a flight, it told me nothing was available. I extended my contract until [protected] & 11-19-2010 for Both phones. I've been with them forever and I am considering leaving them because they failed to fulfill their part of the contract!

Mr. Wosterman has discontinued his listed e-mail address.
The web site's email is also unlinkable.
I want to know how to proceed filing with BBB or long beach, CA district attorney.
There is plenty of us scammed to make enough noise.
add me to any list or class as a plaintiff if that occur.
Basta of so much greed!

ABOUT THE SMALL CLAIM:

If I am to file a small claim, against whom should I file it? (T-Mobile or TLC Marketing)? And what are the relevant info I need to submit? (Address etc.)?
I have never done this before, so if any of you have, please help me and give some info..

**UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE** - April 2009

I just spoke with a few class action lawyers, and all of them specifically said the same thing...Class Action WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE UNLESS we could prove every single person followed their original Terms & Conditions of the voucher(s) they sent out. NOW, with that being said, those T&C's were a bit funny (I deal with T&C's for a living) and they were a bit gray. So, the best thing to do is contact the Attorney General's office of your state, AND file a small claim against them. I know for me, that is what I am doing RIGHT now. If anyone is California is experiencing this problem, feel free to contact me and we can do this together. I hope this helps.

WOW, I am sooooo happy that I am not the only one who has had this problem. I am not even going to reiterate everything, because EVERYONE on here knows what I am going through! I have been experiencing this problem for a year now as well. And it's just ridiculous! Especially with that Teresa woman from TM's "Executive Response". OH, and I also contacted the Presidents office when all of this first began, and his secretary at first was "helpful" but really didn't get anything done. Does anyone live in Seattle, I say we wait outside the corporate office with signs and try to get his attention. BUT, I am allllll about the class action lawsuit! Someone let me know if there is one of those going on!

I sent in my booking request form in the time stipulated and have heard nothing/seen either. I smelled fraud. I have a few lawyer friends who may be able to shed some light. I would like to know if anyone hears of a class action lawsuit and will gladly join.

Look at all the complaints, I recommend everyone file a complaint and contact the media. Look at this article: http://promomagazine.com/contests/0901-tlc-free-flight/ Very interesting how TLC tried to do this scam to the Dockers promo.

Add me to the list as well. I received a booking request form from TLC and it expires 3/31/2009. I sent in the request form with three departure dates and my destination. Two weeks has come and gone and I have not heard anything from them either. This is ridiculous! I think its a disgusting thing for Tmobile to team up with a company that is obviously a scam and sending people emails and booking forms that are just a waste of paper. I seriously plan on doing something about this. If anyone finds a resolution or files a lawsuit, I'd like to be included. I'm going to try and look into a lawsuit here on my end. My email is lizwins00@gmail.com

Has anyone tried contacting the media? T-Mobile needs to extend the promotion due to fraud on TLC's part. First of all, we were promised 13 months of validity, I got my forms June 2008, but yet they expire 3/31/09. Read the terms, it says 13 months. I have everything documented including all of the original emails, letters and the form itself. Where did they come up with this 3/31 end date? The form and original Terms promised 13 months from receiving them.

I agree with all of you I sent in my booking request forms for my free tickets for my fights and my checks for the 50.00 dollars was sent back to me with a thank you. They said they processed the checks and also put a voucher number on the checks, yet I have not received any call or any tickets and I am supposed to be going to New York in two weeks. I was scamed along with all of you. The was in the newspaper in Minnesota a few months back about a couple who had their honeymoon ruined by T-Mobile, yet I believe after going to the newspaper they finally gave them the tickets. I am ending my contract with T-Mobile in Novemeber because of the Fraud against their customers.

Here's another one. First they send me only one booking request form even though I should get two. It took about 20 phone calls and a letter threatening legal action to get the second form.
I filled out mailed them both on the same envelope and they guys tell me they received only one! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?
Finally I made up my mind and decide to go for at least the one free ticket I got. Know what happens next?... I phone TLC for booking and they tell me that all three seperate dates and destinations I requested are booked out! And today is the last day, so there's nothing I can do!
This is the worst thing that ever happened to me. Can't beleive this sort of scams exist in this day & age! If someone is going for a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT I'll be a happy to join in. I have detailed records of all the written communications I had with them. This is from Houston, TX.
We just can't let these guys to scam people like this!

I mailed my booking request form February 11, 2009 and have yet to hear any response from TLC Marketing and it is well beyond the 14 day response time promised in their Terms and Conditions. I began suspecting the worst after the no-response and reading the posts on the Complaints Board. Something needs to be done to prevent this company from perpetrating this type of hoax on unsuspecting customers. I'm not sure how all those deceived can be contacted, but if anyone does succeed in finding a lawyer willing to file a class action lawsuit, please post on this board and I'm sure those impacted by TLC's non-action will respond. Maybe the more immediate approach should be for those impacted to file in Small Claims for breach of contract, but will need some legal guidance as to where to file. Does it need to be filed in Hudson, MA or can it be filed in any court in the US as long as T-Mobile does business there?

We have called the last 4 days [protected]) and we are told that our booking request forms have not been entered. They are entered into the computer in Boston (TLC marketing [protected]).

I sent my booking request forms via the usps with a tracking number. My booking request forms arrived at TLC in Boston on Feb 12th. It has been 14 days and nothing.

I have called TLC. All I get there is a string of voicemail. If you use the dial by name directory at the TLC number above, there is a voicemail for T-mobile. I left a message today, we will see if I get a call back.

There is also an email for TLC markeing, us.info@tlcmarketing.com, I will write them as well.

OMG! I can not believe this is seriously happening. I received the voicemail indicating that I would hear from a booking agent as have not til this day. I was supposed to be going to Georgia in about 2 weeks. I am soo disgusted. And I have a family plan. This is utterly disgusting. I'm calling my Attorney General. He will definately look into this. I am not happy.

Add another to the list! We've been calling for days now. No one at T-mobile knows anything about the promotion except that it's handled by the business support arm of which there is no phone number and will only respond by email... but they don't. Our certificates were submitted and accepted online. We got a confirmation code. Nothing after that. We were supposed to get our tickets within 14 days. That was over a month ago.
The concierge (middle man) says after 3 weeks they purge all email and requests and you have to start over. The web site will not allow that stating the certificate have already been used.
No one know anything. Here's what I know. My wife and I have both taken time off from work for these dates. No tickets. No answers. We've been screwed.

WOW! I had no idea so many people were having the same problem my husband and I have been having. I devoted an entire morning calling number after number just to end up completely frustrated and angry. I was sent from TLC to T-Mobile, to this person to that person. By the end of the morning I had called EIGHT different numbers and spoken to countless people including supervisors without ever getting an answer. Is there anyone out there who HAS gone on a "free flight" offered by T-Mobile?

Any suggestions as to what our next step should be?

HELLLLLOOOOOO EVERYBODY...I thought I am the only one who is being scam at this free flight...they received my original request form on the first week of Jan 09 and sent it back to me the week after because of invalid departure destination & sent it back right away on 01/22/09, I did not know that, that will be the end of it...I am trying to contact them almost everyday asking if they received them & still no response... FRUSTRATED & VERY UPSET...told me last Friday 02/20/09 that they will send me another request form but what good is it if it should be postmark by March 01, 2009...I still did not received the request form...you cannot even talk to a Supervisor, always unavailable & to leave a message, the box is full...what is this...I hope the BBB & the ATTORNEY GENERAL will check into this kind of marketing...FRAUD...SCAM...FRAUD ...SCAM...I have all my records documented with all the dates & time & the customer representative names & their ID#...2 of their CS even told me that they will email the supv regarding my problem & will call me & still did not get any response..CS told me that the TLC Marketing should be the one to give them the response but no answer from them...we should all boycott TMOBILE from this SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMM...

I have the same problem with TLC and TMobile. I upgraded my TMobile cell plan and eligible for 2 free round trip tickets from TCL Marketing, MA. I filled out the information and sent the 2 booking forms and sent them together and never heard a thing. I called TMobile numerous times to get the wrong contact# for TLC. Finally I acquired the phone# and contacted TCL early Jan. [protected]) They indicated the forms were filled out incorrectly and they were sent back. No forms were arrived and my travel date came and went. I contacted TLC again and they said they would send 2 more forms out. We waited and waited and finally I received my form but the other person did not. I took the initiative to copy the form (Form indicated no copies) and completed it for my other eligible free ticket and sent them back together in the same envelope immediately. I received an automated voice message indicated that TLC received my form and they will be contacting me within 60 days of my 1st departure date. I called TLC to find out what the next step was because the expiry date is near and they gave me a code and a phone number to call to setup my free fright. [protected]) I inquired about the code for my second ticket and they indicated that information was never received. I sent them both back in the same envelope and when I told the TLC this info. the rep. indicated that was not allowed. Now remember they accepted them both the first time in the same enevelope; they indicated that I just got lucky. No where is it written that you can't put 2 forms in the same envelope. I requested they send another (third) form and they declined. I contacted TMobile to have them help resolve this concern and they contacted TLC and the TMobile Rep. indicated he was told the same. The form was filled out incorrectly and they are not sending another. I really don't think the form was ever sent so they wouldn’t have to honor this 2nd flight. I asked it to be faxed since the time of the promotion is coming to an end and they indicated that is not part of their policy. The TMoble rep. gave me a $100 credit for my time and effort in trying to get my free promotion. If anyone is looking to sue, please include me, as I'm not interested in the TMobile credit, I'm looking for the free ticket and both companies to be held accountable to the agreed contract.

This is unacceptable. It is February 2009 and T-Mobile is having the same promotion this year. A lot of people will be "scammed" again. This is obvioiusly happening to a lot of people. I am in the same predicament especially with the back and forth with the mail and also between TLC Marketing and T-Mobile. All of us have to be visible. Maybe go directly to media?

I have talked to them 20 times at least. Keep getting shoved around. Ask for their supervisor so many times and they always say there is no one. Actually once I got one (surre!) She apoligized and said she would add urgent to my request(s). On and on and on. I have soooo many hours into this. Our vacation plans came and went. Surly someone has started a lawsuit on this. So wrong that T-Mobile gets the benes and doesn't have to put out. I am so &^%$#* angry!

I just tried to book a flight to San Fransico in MAY, JUNE, OR JULY - giving ALL dates - and they said that all T-Mobile customers have already booked thier alloted slots. I'm thinking this is still a scam. Verizon is looking better and better. May be time to get my attorney to get me out of this 2 year contract.

I am having the same problem. I signed up in November 2007 to T-Mobile for this scam. I followed all the protocols and have received nothing back from TLC. I call and no returned calls. It's a total scam! I will be demanding free phones and 2 months of free service or I will be cancelling T Mobile's service once my contract is up.

I didn't want to believe it, but now I do. T-mobile has totally scammed us. I signed up for their Free Flight Promo in Nov. 2007 and have tried relentlessly to talk to someone who can tell me what has happened to my booking form. I sent it in early Oct. of 2008 and never heard back. I have called Tmobile 7 times since, an hour at a time, and still no answers. They tell me 'someone' from the 'business office' will email or call me in 24 hours. Ha! I haven't received either.
I am on board for pressing charges.

Everyone who is due a free flight voucher from T-Mobile should file a class action suit. I have been waiting for almost one year. I have contacted Robert Dotson's office, and was transferred to one of the Executive customer service team members. I am getting the runaround and I know it. I am currently waiting for TLC to contact me regarding my voucher that T-Mobile said they approved to be sent. First they told me it was in the mail. Now they say a link should be sent to my email. Of course, that never happened. I am waiting for this last attempt they said would get me the voucher. If I don't have it by Jan 30th, I am filing a suit, not a complaint, but I will begin a class action suit against T-Mobile. My message to Robert Dotson...Watch out for the biggest fight of your executive life!

Since T-Mobile is benefiting from their promotion, they need to be held accountable.

Everyone should turn in their phones and cancel their service due to breech of contract and non-performance.

If T-Mobile attempts to charge a cancellation fee, file a small claims lawsuit.

Send complaint letter to your state Attorney General.

Obtain service through another company such as MetroPCS if they providing service in your area.

I thought I am the only one being fooled around by TLC. I guess not:) Last April, I got into the situation when I had to file a complaint to BBB. Guess what? They called me at the beginning of September and ask me if I am going to use my voucher for free flight. Of course I said yes! Also, the lady said someone would contact me prior (not within, I specify it with her - she confirmed - PRIOR) 60 days of my first requested date. Which actually supposed to be three weeks ago, and as you understand, I haven't received any phone calls yet. More than that - I was trying to call myself, I talked to numerous amount of reps of TLC, left few voice mails to their manager Deb (conveniently, every time I was requesting to talk to her she was unavailable) - still nothing. I hope another complaint to BBB will do the trick again.

My situation is slightly different as I applied for the promotion via a friends and family promotion. I was assured when I ordered my plan that I would definitely qualify for the promotion. I requested many times that Tmobile send me written comfirmation of this, and they said due to company policy they can not send me written confirmation, but no need to worry everything will work fine. Well now they deny ever having made that commitment. I had the id of the original sales person, and they inform me that they will reprimand the person for telling me incorrect information, but they will not stand behind it. This promotion seems to be a total fraud. TLC has me down as having qualified, but the Tmobile web site will not let me print a booking request form. Tmobile has clearly lied to me, and will not live up to their commitment.
