T Mobile / not honor their word
Purchased a cell phone - - twice — - had to return both - ineffective, puchased a 3rd phone, not work well, then 2 times, called 611 & asked if I may return it, the company on the phone said yes - - had 30 days. Went to store - they said had on ly 14 days and a restocking fee of $50 - not negotiable. Went against their word — - what am I to do ?
