T Mobile Hot Spot Home phone / unrelaible

I've been having T mobile hot spot home phone + WiFi cellphone service for 6 months. The reason I got this service is that my cell phone reception is weak at my home. So if I can use internet to connect my cell and home phone, that would be great.

First 2-3 weeks, everything worked as it promised. After that, hot spot home phone is very unreliable: disconnected, dropped call, static, and not able to answer the phone ...

The wireless router needs constant resetting for every 2-3 week when the hot spot light goes out...

and also the wireless router is very slow for my internet connection too...

I got really fed up with this T mobile Hot spot service.

I've talked to the rep and they just to reset the system everytime I call.

Did you get any resolution. I have complained to T-Mobile repeatedly and they told me they never heard of this problem. Go to the Linksys forum and you can see this is an all too common complaint and T-Mobile knows but does nothing but take your money. I am holding their feet to the fire, afterall I already paid the activation and equipment fees, etc. Contracts work two ways and they have to "perform". They now sent me a Fed Ex letter saying they are terminating my service but want their money anyway - despicable company.
