T K MAXX / on line shopping
I put an order into TK Maxx online shopping this friday, i received a email to say they had got it and it was ready to be dispatched, today 3 days later i got an email to say that 1 of the item's was not instock, but when i went onto the site they have plenty in stock. Gutted as they have now charged me £3.99 postage, because the item is out of stock today, but is not it does not go over £50.00 and qualify for free delivery. Why can you add these to your basket when they are not in stock... Very poor customer service, , , , and i agree with those people complaining about bags upto 50p for a carrier bag, this makes there profits bigger as they are getting money for bags. RIPOFF.
