I work with Sybrant as a Software developer for more than 1.6 years.
I never seen such a worst company in my career. The company policy and the working culture is bad threatening employees and treating as slave.
The management don't have proper focus on services, what they do, Un-Educated CEO changing the process without any reason. He want to earn money in this business that's the only motto.
There is No proper hierarchy and process. Even the super market businessman running the business with a proper vision.
Firing the employment - due to lack of new projects in the company, without prior information. If the employee declare the resignation the salary was not settle to the employee, No proper PF settlement - The finance team deduct the PF amount and not deposit to the PF office.
