I ordered an item that never arrived even though they charged my credit card. I asked for refund and they wrote on sept 25 that it will be credited to my account within 7-11 business days. It's been more than a month, and they have not refunded. I wrote mail, they did not respond, I called and got the same answering machine. It is definitely a scam. If anyone ordered from Gately's online shopping website and had the same problem, please advice me what to do. I'm reporting to credit card company.
