swift trans / office staff retalitoroy practices
office staff forcing drvrs to take loads that they (drvr mangr) sat on until the last minute. which creates a dilemma for the drvr, not being able to deliver on time or being in violation with dot. then they begin to tell unbelievable lies. which in some cases is illegal when they report these lies to DAC reports which is considered defamation of character and keeps a abled bodied individual from being hired with another company to make a honest living, that is ILLEGAL!!! too many of these companies adoopt this practice. however swift is major player. the ceo is very attentive, but instead of having meetings with his staff workers, which is not going to tell on themselves, a great suggestion would be have an open forum for his drvrs, and he's guranteed to get some suggestions that will work in hs favor without all of the fake faces sitting amonst him as he tries to improve his company and revenue. swift would be a great company if those lying, power trippin staff members would understand that we are not there for them, but that we should all work together. lauren cole, dm, jesse whitmore, fm, and the whole fontana term. is a prime example of power trippin. lauren cole speaks to the drvrs as if she owns the company and pretty much feels that mr. moyes will just look over her arrogant way she handles his drvrs. she has said on many occassions "call jerry" as though he's employed by her. she obviously feels she can take as many drvrs off her board as she chooses when she can not pump fear into them, and has jesse witmore backing her. her record will show just that.
our company sets aside and issues a certain amount of money to keep up maintainance and up keep of the trucks, however fontana term does not allow for that. is this a new rule for the entire company or just for the fontana term? other terms still give that maintanance. i really would like to get other issues but at this time i must roll. thnx.
