I hate Swell and they gave me nothing but headache! These people cancelled my order and never even bothered to tell me about that. I was waiting for my order and had no idea it was cancelled a long time ago. Purchased several items from Swell which were on sale and price was really awesome so I ordered from them thinking that was a great deal. When my order did not show up I contacted Swell customer service and was told that my order was cancelled. So I asked about my refund and they said that they don't do refunds and offered me a discount on my next order. These people are crazy if they think that I'll ever order anything again! Stay away!

Had a horrible experience with Swell and their customer service. I had made an order and when my order arrived one item was missing. I contacted customer support and was told that they cancelled it because the item was out of stock. They never even notified me about that! I asked if I could order it in a different size, they said it was completely out of stock. When I checked the website, it was still in stock in all sizes! The rep then told me he didn't had any information about that. I was told he'll call me back later and we will discuss all the details. But he never called and I never received my item.

I made an order and they charged me for the product plus shipping. Later I received a confirmation email an my tracking number. Everything seemed to be fine. Several weeks later I contacted customer support, because I didn't receive my order. I was told that the item was out of stock. But they still had the item on the website. They have false advertising because they don't have their inventory updated. They are very well trained for sending customers confirmation emails and charging their accounts for products! And they never informed me that my item was out of stock. Absolutely ridiculous!

Swell.com looks great and appears to have some good savings but the customer service is dodgy-i placed an order only to be emailed a day later saying they couldn't supply half of my order to australia due to recently changed legislation and they listed all the brands that were unavailable for australian residents- this turned out to be almost half of their site content. I selected some alternative items and emailed them back, and waited for mynorder to arrive. Two weeks later I was still waiting and hadn't heard anything so I followed up with their customer support, only to find that my order had been cancelled because they didn't have the correct email address or credit card number. It all sounded dodgy as they had contacted me via email already, and the payment was confirmed- if id made a mistake the payment wouldn't has said processed...basically if they don't want to ship internationally just say so... don't make it a headache filled with unconvincing lies... not worth the hassle when there are sites like pacsun.com and surf fanatics that have awesome international customer service and capped shipping!
