I bought a bio diesel processor machine from Mr. Paul Davis sweet home biofuel. It ended up having a lot of problems. It broke down on me about 4 times I was able to make about 120 gallons from the machine. I ended up sending the machine back to Paul Davis and wanting a refund, I have not received my refund as yet and it has been at least 3 months since the machine has been in his possession I have emailed him several times and he has responded back saying he will be making the refund, that has gone on for several months he has promised to make the refund he has lied to me to many times this is why I am making this complaint.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Sweethome's Paul Davis did not respond to problems that should have been corrected. I have a judgment against Sweethome. Sweethome says they are out of business. They still have a website, but buyer be ware. I had to update the electric, and heating system. Sweethome stopped short of building a good reliable product. what they claim. When the manufacture refuses to honor their product, and the customer has to figure out the fix, well steer clear of Sweethome. If you own a Sweethome and need help with a fix drop a line. My processor is working now great with my fix.
Keven, did Paul Davis ever return you money. My processor broke in June and I have a court date. I would like to get all info about this scam guy.
