Television show
Being titled the History Channel, I'm curious as to why you would broadcast a show that shows the slaughter of animals. I used to watch your channel every day. I loved the educational shows that were aired. Now to see a bunch of ignorant people slaughter animals for money is disgusting. Appearently ratings and money are more important to you too. Shame on the History Channel. Regardless of what you show now, I will never watch your channel again.
Graphic massacres of alligators
Who decided to put a show consisting of massacring alligators on a wonderful channel such as the History channel. Are there that many people who are in to butchering live animals that you had to ruin such a one of a kind informative program so they can all comment on the amount of blood that comes pouring out of the poor thing. I'm disgusted, disturbed, disappointed and pissed. What a waste and it doesn't deserve a slot on that channel.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Disgusting cowardly murder (of animals or people) is not a show. Shame on history channel, which is now blocked in our home. I'm sure there are corners of the internet where sick people can watch this type of perverted content but to have it on an open network, and one that was known for educating people, especially about history, is disgusting.
No wonder so many people are cable cutting.
Whoever greenlighted this show for this network should be fired.
I am appalled, my son wouldn't believe me until he saw (30 seconds) for himself, and this has soured our long tradition of enjoying HIstory Channel show. Hopefully, enough people will speak up so that something is done to correct this.
BTW, If you send a comment to the History Channel complaining about the show, you get a bot answer saying they don't respond to individual programming questions. Great PR. Not surprising, considering they believe this sort of show belongs on TV
Alligators have been around since the prehistoric era. Animals exist for a reason. It is called the ecosystem. Mankind tends to destroy every fragile ecosystem it encounters. To allow the senseless slaughter of any animal is a crime against the Earth. I am truly appalled by the programming of a formerly magnificent channel. I have stopped watching this channel for these type of programs. I have blocked the channel. Also, why would the History Channel even consider airing programming of this nature? I guess that I understand the very loose historical association? Again my total dismay and disappointment to you History Channel.
This needs to be stopped..it upsets me. I wish one of them would fall in the water and get bit. Don't understand the point of this show especially when it bothers so many people.. Unbelievable they get paid for this, its totally disgusting..
How about a show where people shoot the stupid rednecks and feed them to the aligators!?! That would be worth watching! Other than that, the show is disgusting on every level.

There is no reasoning with animal rights extremists...let them have their rant then resume business.

What bothers me the most is the ad that says these redneck retatrds are taking down 850 lb gators, if any one of these slack jawed idiots ever encountered an gator that size they would ### themselves on the spot and then be eaten, now That is something I'd pay to watch !
