I purchased 300k of gold from swagvault. They only delivered 200k. They have not responded to my emails and complaints for more than 24 hours.

Beware!

After one week of no delivery and repeated attempts to contact this company, i found that e-mails were not returned, the phone was turned off, and the live chat was disabled. This company, Swag Vault, has stolen $88.00 from me and will not respond. They are poor business people, but even more, they are thieves.

After paying Swag Vault 70 Dollars, they play my guy for a hole hour and then my account got band and they said they were keeping my money and not giving me a guy in place of the one they lost. This company is a big rip off! The phone number u would call to contact them does not work and is always busy...

Just as an FYI, buying in game gold for Guild Wars 2 from ANY third party site WILL get you a perma ban. Such actions are very clearly against the ToS, and are very harmful to the game. So if you decide to use any third party gold selling site, you take the risk of getting banned.

Any action ANet takes against accounts that have violated the ToS, especially in the matters of buying gold from third party sites, are well within their rights.

Dont ever use this scam company! I tried to order a CD key today, simply because I want to use my boyfriends disc and I dont want to pay on battlenet as they always charge you monthly. almost 3 hours! they kept me waiting on live chat for him to tell me, i just wrote a note, wtf it takes 3 hours to write a note?! Here is 3 hours worth of "help"

I first spoke to "ANN" who very promptly passed me on to another advisor without even telling me she was transfering or why which I thought was very rude. Then I was speaking to "DEMIRRY" if you could call it speaking, I was kept waiting for 2 hours! receiving 1 sentance per 15 minutes if I was lucky

This is what 3 hours worth of customer service looks like

"Ann: Hello, welcome to SwagVault. How may I help you today?

Jennifer: Hello, I made an order earlier today, I just tried to log in to this website to check the status and it's not recognising my email address, it made me a little worried

Jennifer: I ordered a WOW EU cd key, I saw that my paypal payment went out at 13:00, but I have not heard anything as yet

Ann: (My personal details were here deleted for personal security)

Jennifer: yes thats right

Jennifer: oh no wait

Jennifer: its, (she had my email wrong, I corrected her)

Jennifer: maybe I typed it wrong, sorry about that if that is the case

Jennifer: its cold here, cold fingers, hard to type :)

Ann: I'll check for you, one sec plz

Jennifer: ok thanks

Ann: (the email I just told her was wrong) we sent it to this address

Chat InformationPlease wait while I transfer the chat to 'Demirry '.

Chat InformationYou are now chatting with 'Demirry '

Demirry : hello

Jennifer: Hello

Jennifer: It seems I may have mis typed my email address

Demirry : did u not get the cd key?

Jennifer: no, it seems I types my email wrong. I must have typed (wrong email), whereas my email address is (right email)

Demirry : sec plz:)

Jennifer: are you still there? Ive been here for about 20 minutes (that 20 mins was just inbetween this sentance and sec plz)

Demirry : here

Jennifer: ok, are you able to help with that?

Demirry : may i have ur payper name, payment email adress, phone number and home adress sir? we have to confirm the order infor just to ensure its security before resend it

Jennifer: (my info)

Jennifer: I'm pretty sure that information is secure. If I was here to commit fraud, I would not have sat here staring at a blank screen for almost an hour getting a 1 sentance reply every 10-15 minutes. I'm starting to concider just letting you keep my £6 and shopping somewhere else

Demirry : wait a min sir, checking now^^

Jennifer: Its been a little more than a minute. Are you having a tea break, or chatting to several other people at once, It has been almost 2 hours now just to change an email address

Jennifer: I can assure you I will be writing a very long email complaint, this is just not good service

Demirry : really sry 4 ur waiting sir

Demirry : i've noted it, when guys in charge come to work 2morrow, they will resend it again i guess

Jennifer: I guess... that doesnt sound very professional at all. You kept me waiting 2 hours just to make a note

Jennifer: how slow exactly do you write

Jennifer: You can keep my £6 I will just open paypal dispute this is clearly a scam company"

I beleive this shop/website must be a scam. As any reputable company would have sent a confirmation email before the real product was sent to save this hasstle. Perhaps I never wrote the wrong email to start with, they just want to see how much they can bore us to death before we let them keep our money.

I have used swagvault a number of times for World of Warcraft - Eur.
I have placed orders for gold and they have delivered to me, each time, within a very reasonable amount of time and always the correct amount.
They were always polite when I met them in-game to get my order off of them.
I am happy with that.

After a while of using them for gold, I decided, like the fool I was, to order powerleveling.
They charged me.
They then had my account for almost two weeks, didn't do anything on it.
I checked plenty of times.
Early hours of the last day they changed my password, and stole all my gold and items from my accounts.

I changed my password back and Blizzard refunded all my items and gold (I put in a hacking claim.)
Don't worry, Blizzard, I learnt my lesson.

My belief is that when people order powerleveling, they use the money/items from those accounts for the people ordering gold.

A few of my characters were in the sterotypical areas for delivering gold, such as goldshire, and the others had HS or gone to the nearest bank.

I no longer use any site for gold or powerleveling.
Instead, I have started using guides, such as the James' guides, as they level me fast, so there is no greed for powerleveling.

I would advise you not to use swagvault.

I recently bought 5000 gold on swagvault and it never came to me. I wish I had checked before placing the order. I tried to contact them via email, phone call, online chat, but they just choose to ignore me. I was very upset, cause I need the gold badly and I don't have more money to try other site. I have confirmed with my friends. They did recommeded me some other good site. So what I should do now is to get my money back. How? Can anyone here help me out?

I ordered 1B EVE isk from Swagvault. After an half day, they marked my status as "received" when in fact I had never

received any ISK from them at all. They tried to convince me that my ISK was indeed delivered, but im sure never got it.

They insist I have received my ISK. I know that they are liers. I have since filed a claim against them with Paypal.

Ather that, i try another gold service, such as vcyoo.com, which is better.

I ordered some EVE isk from Swagvault. After a couple days, they marked my status as "received" when in fact I had never

received any ISK from them at all. They tried to convince me that my ISK was indeed delivered, and that there may be a delay

in EVE's in-game mail system. But that is rubbish because my in-game mailbox works fine and dandy.

They insist I have received my ISK. I know that they are liers. I have since filed a claim against them with Paypal.

Use another gold service, such as vcyoo.com

In the past I have used swagvault and they always sent me the gold I ordered, even an order of 1, 000, 000 gold
was delivered within 15-30 mins. But the last few times I have used them got worse on each occasion.they instead of being quick, they took 4 hours to deliver 500k 2 days for other orders and finally an order of 800k led to my account being banned because they kept asking me to come get the gold to only recieve 50k at a time, which was ridiculous, I ask them before purchasing if they had the entire amount before buying and they said yes, but that wasn't the case.I never been ripped off by them, but they don't deliver the gold in the time that they say anymore. They never seem to have the gold in stock for orders, but still they take your payment and make you wait instead.I have since stopped using swagvault because of this

I have used SwagVault to buy one order of 1000 gold and another order of 2000 gold. Had one small problem. The first order was ready early. The second order, they called me to make sure I ordered with my own credit card. No problems. Then the order was late by a couple days so I sent them an email. Instant responses about my order to every email I sent. They had the order ready within a few mins/hours and done. I would never use the power leveling service but a friend of mine did, and leveled 20 times (more then he expected) and received extra gold and blue BOP/BOE's. Only problem was he had to reset his skills. He bought gold once and got suspended from his account for buying gold and that's it. He didn't tell me he was getting a power leveling service so I kept messaging them non stop saying "WHY AREN'T YOU TALKING" and probably pissed them off. I sent him group invites and he joined and left around 5 times for some reason. He did level extremely fast.

I have used swagvault a dozen times over the past 3 years, as well as a couple other sites, and swagvault has ALWAYS delivered, informed me if there was a problem, and refunded when they couldn't provide the service(the only service they couldn't do was a 10 daily quests in 3 hours order because I didn't have an epic flier yet, so I got a refund 10 minutes after placing the order.)

I have ordered as little as 100g, and as much as 9000g, and I have always gotten my gold within 24 hours of placing the order(32 hours for the 9000g because they were a little short and had to farm a bit of gold to fill the order) but even then, I got 7200g 3 hours after placing the order, then another 2000 an hour later, then the last 800g almost exactly 32 hours after I placed the order.

Swagvault is a wonderful company, and I have used them time and again without any theft or problems. I've given them my account info to pvp honor grind for an alt and to level another alt 25 levels, and in neither case was I hacked.(I changed my password after each of course, but that's just common sense people, can't be too careful) I am very happy with the service quality they have provided to me and I will continue to use them and direct my friends to them, who also have had no problems. I don't know who you people are to be complaining like this, but I really doubt you are WoW players, I personally think you are just trying to sink a good company for some reason.

Use swagvault, they are a great, trustworthy company. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm getting onto WoW again because I have another 7500g order coming in about 30 minutes from swagvault. /wave

I never used Swagvault.com before but they hacked my email account first, probably from some other transaction through ebay. Then they got into my paypal account and started paying themselves. When I opened my email, there were a ton of emails that were already opened. I didn't recognize any of them. I was lucky to have noticed it early. I called paypal and got those transactions on hold. But NEVER even attempt to register on their site.

Swagvault is all about dirt. Dirty people and fraud.

Hey sorry that you guys got scammed, it's happened to me before too...

In the future if you are checking for virtual currency vendors to try to avoid getting scammed check out this site that I found:

http://www.GameRates.com

It lists full consumer-reports-like vendor reviews of all of the top vendors, and has a pretty sweet price matching feature along with some graphs. That way you can find the cheapest prices along with the best customer service for all the major MMO's. I've had great gold purchasing experiences since I started using it.

%$#^!%$# Swagvault screwed me over! i ordered 100k gold for guild wars and it was delivered. But then i received an message from Arena net saying that the gold belongs to them. So i got my gold taken away and i asked them for a refund and they said no. So i threatened to advertise that there company is a fraud and they didn't seem to care.

Swagvault is easy to take advantage of though. I ordered some gold from them and got screwed. They used the same excuse that "blizzard deleted the gold" and there was nothing they could do.

I was naive at the time, so I chalked it up as a loss and ordered from them again, and this time still didn't get the gold, and was told it was deleted again.

So this time, I did a look up on them and saw that they scam people, so I sent a very nice "lawyers letter" to their support inbox, which was suprisingly quick to get a reply. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a chance to get the gold, so I replied with a "last chance"

This time, I got a nice 1200g in my account inbox. So I decide to e-mail them back and tell them that I still didn't get any gold, and that I would be filing suit if it was not sent. So after no response, I notice I had mail about an hour later in my characters inbox. I check it and there was another 1200 gold.

Now they had no way of knowing whether or not I got the gold, so I mailed them back the next day and said that I still didn't get the gold.

They finally replied saying that they sent it twice. I demanded to get the gold face to face in game to ensure that I get the gold. So as im playing, a lvl 1 warrior whispers me with a name that looks like they slammed their hand on the keyboard (hasdfhio) and says he has my gold. So I meet up in Stormwind and he gives me 1500g.

So in all, I made a nice 3900g from these douchbags. Well on my way for a flying epic now!

DO AVOID SWAGVAULT.COM at all costs ! They used to be a solid company in the past, but for the last couple of purchases I had nothing but problems with them.
What finally did it for me was the fact, that it took them almost TWO WEEKS to deliver the purchased gold AND on top of that, the delivery was 1000g short and they will not deliver the rest of the gold, so I lost 30+ USD on that transaction.
They promised to send pictures of the whole transaction, but in the end they don't even do that.

This all smells like internet FRAUD, although in the past they were quite trutworthy, but something must have changed there for worse.

Do avoid them and rather invest your hard earnded money at some other gold service.

Whilst signing up for Swag Vault, I entered my availability hours as 18:00 (6Pm) - 21:00 (9PM), due to the fact that I have a very tight schedule. Just this morning, I checked my e-mail for updates on my order from yesterday, and I get an email telling me that I wasn't online. Here are some excerpts.
"In-person trade is necessary for delivery of your purchase. While attempting to deliver your order, it appears that your game character was not online."
"The stock will be held for you for the next 2 hours.Once you are ready to go online to take delivery of your order, contact us using Live Chat on our website. We will then be online in 10 minutes after receiving your Live Chat notice."
Do note that this e-mail came at FIVE-FORTY-NINE AM. Apparently, their clocks run extremely slow. That's $47 dollars that I'll never get back, and probably a year less of a life due to all of the stress. Do avoid SwagVault. Please.

Your first clue is when they type in broken english.

Never buy from a place that cannot type properly in a language they are supposed to be fluent in. Almost all mail programs have spell check so it should be a headsup.

I had them do some powerleveling for me. Their support staff sucks, emails get no answers, no one ever answers the phone. But it gets worse... I tried to send them an email requestion to log on to my character while I had some powerleveling going on. They claim they claim they can set that up within 5 min of getting the email... thats BS. Hours went by, still no answer, so I log in using another account to just try to find the player himself and ask him to get off. Now this is where it all went down hill...

I found the player standing in a corner for over an hour being AFK. I complained to them and they said they would add an extra 2 hours to my servive, which never happened. 2 days later, when they were doing the last powerleveling session I had set up. I caught them again, they were AFK for over 4 hours this time. I got on "Live Chat" which took over an hour just to get someone to talk to, and 15 minutes between each 3 word responce from them. And when I asked the woman what they were going to do, she said she would "tell them not to do that anymore"...are you kidding me? A spent a whole hour talking to her, mostly waiting for responses, and after that time, the player was still not doing anything. I told the woman that that was enough of that crap and I was done with their service.

Also... as if it needs to be any worse... when this started, I had an order of game gold that didnt get delivered because I could get on my char to get it because of the damn AFK powerleveler kept kicking me off every time I tried to get on to get it just so he could log on and go afk. I never did get that order and I've since filed complaint with PayPal to get that money back. I dont even want the gold anymore.

Well I must admit I to have been a victim of fraud and file a complaint with Paypal. Regarding SwagVault. This company has send me numerous promises that if I remove the dispute with Paypal they will promise to deliver my gold. Well I dont trust them and they mess with the wrong person. I am going to have them investigated and will bring them down for justice. No one should abuse people who work for their hard earning money so someone can embezzle it. Dont they know is a Crime and they will not get away with it! This company are scammers and they should be shut down and put away. You will not hear the last of me.
