So I was online doing a survey for a 1, 000 gift card and it said if I completed this short survey which lead me to buy 4 Disney books for $1.00, and after it lead me to do another survey which lead me another payment for something to buy which I didnt continue... But I did reciece my 4 disney books for my daughter, & I checked my account & it took out a dollar, which was fine.."great deal"... BUT now their is a pending in my account for $22.00 and I do not recall signing up for a subscrition... And I cant afford for that money to be taking out my account. I feel as if I were scamed. If I could reach someone that is responsible I would like to discontinue this now. Someone Please contact me.

I cheak my chase account often and see a 35.00 fee for Disney books I did a survey a month ago that said one doller books to continue to receive a amazon gift card. It was to many surveys I had to take asking me to buy more stuff so I stopped. I revived the book but why am I being charged 35.00 for more books that I don’t ask for? I am calling the number everyone has posted and I want it canceled
ok i see a few people have posted who to call to cancel but it says protected and no phone number ort even the name of the company
I have had the same problem. I cancelled my subscription last October yet they have taken money out of my account give times since then. Once they did a reversal and put the money back in my account, bit four times I also had an overdraft fee of $35.00. $140.00 in overdraft fees and $102.23 for books that I never got. Complete thievery!

im being charged for a subscription after i only got the books i had ordered and sadly for me it isnt a pending charge...i am now $-57.53 in the hole for something i didn't want...I have Christmas to buy and i can't do that now thank you. I did get the 3 books i ordered but this is ridiculous.

Um. I paid a dollar for four books for a stupid survey thing. I had 7 bucks in my account and now you guys just over drafted me charging me not only the 21 whatever but now I have a 35 dollar penalty fee. That was my last 7 dollars for gas in my car to get to work tonight and now I am stuck in a parking lot in the freaking rain and have about a 35 minute walk ahead of me. So thank you so freaking much. I really need you to make this right.

Girl! They are a mess! I don’t even have the overdraft option on my bank account and they took money out! -$20.34! I need my ‘money’ back/at least get me out of the negatives. It happened to me to! they would be taking 21.89 out of my bank smh! and finally cancel it all you have to do it Call [protected] and they gunna ask you to put your account number its on the paper you got when they books came and put your zipcode and wait for a customer to answer and tell them that you want to cancel it its super fast and easy! hope this work for you guys!

I would like my money back because i didnt sign up for a subscription. I only did the survey which said 1.00 for the books it didnt say that i was going to Charge 21.46. Thats scamming plus i didnt save my card information so how and why was my money removed i of to find a way to get to this these peoples are so thief.
